Chapter 34: Chap 29: Japan
"So how do you wanna do this?" Arthur asked as he and devion flashed over the treetops, "Well I'm thinking we can either stop at Germany and defeat red skull, or we go to Japan and get Requiem back, destroying them in the process, then going to Germany" Devion replies, Arthur thinks for a minute before saying "Do you even know how to speak Japanese" and then Devion suddenly stops and think, 'lots of people speak Japanese right' "Arthur you know Japanese from all those mangas you read" Devion says with relief but Arthur breaks his bubble "I read comics not mangas, but we should be fine, you seemed to forget that we spent 7+ years in Japan" Arthur says as he suddenly increases his speed disappearing form Devion's view, "Oh we did do that" Devion says remembering what he did in Japan.
"Okay since we're technically Japanese citizens would this be treason?" Devion asks Arthur, "No it wouldn't because we aren't Japanese in this world, now how do you plan on getting the weapon?" Arthur asks with annoyance in his voice "Well I was thinking that I go ahead and land in the Emperor's palace and demand it from him if he doesn't I just kill him" Arthur nods to the plan as the duo head to the land of Anime.
<Japan Emperor's Palace>
"My lord, we've successfully invaded into the south and our soldiers are ready to continue pushing" A servant bows to the current supreme commander and Emperor of Japan Hiroto, "Is it true the War Dogs shall be participating in the war?"Hiroto asks as he stares down onto the servant, The Servant shivers as the Gaze of Hiroto lands on him, he coughs before saying "There are rumors about them joining with the Allies, but I doubt this because of the history they have earlier" The servant says, Hiroto nods at his words as he thinks about what to do "Send word to the generals to quickly finish the invasion, we should prepare just in case they come over here and more guards for Tanka" The servant bows backing out of the room.
"If they do come we should be able to hold them off, plus they shouldn't be foolish enough to attack the palace, the weapon should be safe with us for now and Mishimoto has already started prepping it for war" Hiroto breaths out a sigh of relief but his body suddenly stiffens as he feels something crawl across his neck, he slaps his neck but the sensation still remain, all of a sudden a man appears in front of him, "You know I always wondered who would dare take something that doesn't belong to them, what little thief would actually dare steal from me" The man approaches Hiroto his crimson flying around like the wind tries to push him back, "What are you doing here Demon, this is trespassing, if you don't vacate the premises I'll be forced to remove myself" Hiroto calmly says to the man who stops in shock, he looks at Hiroto with disbelief written all over his face.
"Your delusional aren't you?" The crimson-haired man asks with mockery in his voice, "What gives you the idea that you're in power in this situation" The man asks as he continues walking towards Hiroto, "First you steal from me, then you essentially mock me, tell me Emperor wouldn't you kill whatever insect dared to do that" The crimson-haired man face contorts in rage as he looks menacingly at Hiroto, Finally Hiroto finally feels the aura of death that had already filled the room minutes ago, he starts sweating, the royal clothes he wears feel so heavy that he struggles to breathe. Outside of the room, countless bodies with chopped heads filling the room with blood but along with that fear roams, at the center of the room is Arthur who glances at the room, "Well that's that, I wonder how Devion's doing.
Mishimoto is one of Japan's legendary blacksmiths along with Shido Tanka the blacksmith who had made thousands of Japan's weapons stored in the armory along with being the person who created the legendary Tonfas Requeir, a working replica of the Norse weapon Requiem, In smithy filled with worker molding molten lave the two Legendary Blacksmiths work on a black pair of tonfas, coated in black paint with weird golden words engraved into it, "We need to be able to use the weapon by next week" Mishimoto drops his gloves leaving the forge, "is that what the Emperor said?" Shido Tanka also leaves the forge. "No, but there are rumors of the WARDOGS coming into the wa-" Mishimoto is interrupted by a shocked Tanaka "They're back?!, we have to give it back to them, why didn't you say this earlier!!" Tanka says with nervousness as he gets up to go and grab the weapons, "Sit down you fool" Mishimoto grabs Tanka and laughs in his face "This is the royal palace, you really think they're stupid enough to come here, and even if they do what are they going to do with so many soldiers around the place." Mishimoto laughs as he talks which helps calm down the nervous Tanka.
"Usually when we go to places with so many people we kill them" a mysterious man appears beside them, Mishimoto and Tanka stood up in shock as they stared at the legendary beast Devion, "GUA-" Mishimoto is interrupted by Devion before he can yell for the guards, "I wouldn't do if I were you, look I come somewhat in peace. since I want future Japan to exist I'm willing to not completely kill every civil worker but instead just you two what do say?" Devion smiles at them as he smoothly delivers a death threat, "GUARDS!!" Mishimoto screams out for the guards as he and Tanka take off running, "ahhhhh, Well I do want to continue reading about the bald hero so" Devion sighs as he runs towards them grabbing their shoulders, "here's your punishment for stealing from me" the rage in Devion shows on his face as he let go fo the shoulders of the two blacksmiths but the stabs into their hearts with nothing but his bare hands, the fall to the ground if the turned around the would an enrage being who seemed to not be satisfied with their deaths.
"Well let's go get Requiem" Devion quickly calms down and leaves for the smithy.
(A/N: how long has it since the last upload, like people are really still reading this, well to everyone still reading thanks for waiting for these uploads and I'm still going to say it these uploads might take a week and maybe two despite how short the chapters are which is because of my busy schedule so those just coming in every day to see whether or not I have uploaded don't waster your time, just wait a week or 2 and then check up on the story.
