Chapter 64: Club
Before the two could reach the school building Moka ran up to Demolus and hugged his arm while greeting him. This made Kurumu pout and hugged his other hand which sent electric-like jolts through her entire body. It was the first time Demolus and Kurmu touched and the two could feel their instincts raging.
But they managed to ignore it and pushed them back while walking. Moka on the other hand just noticed Kurumu and looked at her and Demolus strangely.
"Umm, who is she?" Moka asked while tilting her head cutely.
"I'm his girlfriend, Kurumu Kurono!" Kurumu declared before Demolus could respond.
Moka felt some sort of pang in her heart without realizing why she felt pain not the physical kind but the emotional one. She didn't understand why, it felt like her only friend would be taken away.
"Moka, calm down she's just messing with you," Demolus said while seeing the distraught expression of Moka while patting her head.
"Huh, really?" Mokas asked him while raising her head to look at his face.
"Yes, so how about the two of you become friends too so all of us can hang out together?" Demolus asked them while smiling gently at the two.
Moka couldn't resist his smile and nodded dumbly while staring at his charming face. Kurumu did the same while thinking that it wasn't that bad of an idea, after all, she could spend more time with him and find weaknesses that Moka might have. She could use this to her advantage, right?

Time passed, and the three of them became closer and closer, while the girls became friends without realizing that Demolus would interfere whenever the two started bickering and fighting. As they became closer Demolus and Kurumu learned how to control themselves while being near each other.
As everyone was in class and Nekonome-sensei started explaining things again she said something which made the students excited.
"Starting today you guys are going to start taking up club activities!" Nekonome declared and everyone shouted in excitement.
Demolus on the other hand was thinking about what club to pick but his thoughts were interrupted when an excited Moka and Kurumu hugged him. The two asked him what club they should pick and some more.
"Let's look around first. There are many of them, maybe there will be a club that all of us will like!" Demolus said while taking the girls by their hands, which made them smile but blush at the same time.
They looked around but all of the clubs were either weird or just plain creepy. Of course, there was the swimming club which was joined by mostly horny males. Kurumu wanted to join with Demolus so she could show off her swimsuit for him but she was rejected by him.
Demolus explained to her that Moka as a vampire had a weakness to water which would cause her pain. After the explanation Kurumu understood and didn't bother with it anymore. As they continued looking for a suitable club they met Nekonome-sensei who started telling them to join the newspaper club. Demolus knew of the club and pondered whether to join.
If he joined he could gain many things in the future for example a werewolf blood bag sounds good right? But Demolus was not sure how strong the guy would be, but who cares it's time to gamble if worse comes to show he can always try to remove Moka's rosary right?
"Well why not we can try the newspaper club," Domolus said while pondering.
"That's splendid, let me show you to the club room, I'm sure you'll like it!" Nekonome said while leading them to the club room.
After entering the room Nekonome started telling them all about the club rules and what the club does. But surprisingly it seemed like Aono was joining this club too, making this a bit more interesting. Seeing him Demolus started wondering will the system give him something if he gave it some human blood.
Aono on the other hand had no friends in this school and joining other clubs just freaked him out. But when he heard about the low number of members in the newspaper club he decided to join, thinking that maybe he will be better there then the crowded clubs.
But he was happy that at least there were beautiful girls in the club and someone he had talked to before. He knew Demolus which made him relax and decide to join the club without thinking too much. Even if he was ignored by the three.
