Chapter 4: CH 4: First Mission [Edited]
[Hello, system user. In your first mission, you will be required to survive and not break down after Endeavour's hellish test training. By completing it unconditionally, you will receive your coveted system points for the devil fruit store].
looking to the rainbow icon, Ryūu read the task text. As he did so, his legs buckled slightly. Nevertheless, he still managed to collect his thoughts, opening his blue like ocean eyes. He must surely get system points to buy more of the devil fruit. Ryūu, upon learning that he had entered the world of "My Hero Academia," decided to enroll in UA.
At Japan's most famous school,Ryūu will receive a hero's license and assemble a harem of the most beautiful girls.
"I don't want to see myself and Shoto as an ordinary tool in the hands of Endeavour. However, he is very experienced and powerful. Which means he can teach us a lot,"Ryūu pondered positively, opening his ocean eyes.
"Brother, what if our father is disappointed in me?"Shoto asked with both excitement and sadness, looking at Ryūu touchingly with her colorful eyes.
Ryūu smiled excitedly and stroked the girl's head.
"You have a unique quirk, Shoto! Don't be afraid of your powers and use them to their fullest potential. Besides, I don't think you have to be superior to any heroes! In my eyes they will never compare to you, little sister!" Ryūu smiled dazzlingly, and then started tickling the girl.
Soon the whole room of the apartment was filled with children's happy laughter.
in the evening, Endevour and his children reached the hero agency that was located in the center of Musutafu City.
The workers greeted Enji Todoroki and his family with great Admiration, Ryūu and Shoto were constantly looking around.
It was they're first time in four years that they had ventured outside their courtyard. Soon wandering around the office, Endeavor took them to a special training room where he often practices with his quirk.
"Ryūu, stand aside while I test Shoto's capabilities,"Enji said in a calm and gruff tone, looking to Ryūu.
Ryūu lifted his head high and looked into his father's fiery eyes. "All right. Take it easy. No need to worry, because if she gets injured in any way, I'll be sure to heal her anyway!"Ryūu pondered, clumsily stepping back to the right wall.
Shoto, on the other hand, took off her shoes, leaving her barefoot.
"Father, receive and beware!"The little girl rushed at the man with a childish, belligerent cry. Because of her age, she could not think of any good tactics for her first fight.
Shoto only activated the icy side of her quirk, creating an ice track beneath her that accelerated her.
"I don't see your effort. Make the most of it,"Endeavor said sullenly, sitting up and grabbing the little fist that was headed toward for his torso.
Enji lifted her by the arm and pushed her lightly toward the right wall. Shoto slid across the wall surface and into the arms of her brother, who stepped up in time to catch her.
"Are you all right, Shoto?"Ryūu asked anxiously, who was greatly worried about his little sister at the moment of Endeavour's retaliatory attack.
He released the blue flame from his hands and wrapped it around the bruises on his sister's wounded legs.
Enji stared at the blue flame with intense shock, which cured all the bruises from the slip in a couple of seconds.
"Thank you,big brother!"Shoto exclaimed joyfully, hugging hjm relative tightly. She literally hung onto Ryūu's body, expressing enormous gratitude without a backward glance.
Endevour, on the other hand, froze for a few seconds.
Then he closed his crimson eyes and exhaled the accumulated air from his lungs. The man with the fiery beard walked over to Ryūu and sat down in front of of him.
"Your flames heal themselves and others, don't they?" Enji made his assumption. Ryūu was greatly surprised, not expecting such wild interest from his father. 'He's the exact opposite of Toya,'was what the number two hero in all of Japan thought.
His eldest son was born with a bright blue flame that was slowly destroying his body. Toya surpassed his father in potential. However, from his mother Rei, he got a physique not well suited to the fiery quirks.

"Aha. I'll show you my power, and you'll get away from Shoto!"Ryūu exclaimed firmly, believing that he had the perfect chance to reveal himself to Endeavour and get the guidance he needed from him.
The man with the fiery beard nodded back at him and stepped out into the middle of the training area, which was perfectly capable of withstanding a variety of temperatures. Enji wanted to give his youngest son a chance. Still, quirks with the ability to heal themselves and others have always been in demand in all hero agencies.
For example, Recovery Girl, known the world over. She had already retired from her job as a medic at UA Academy.
In the next moment, Ryūu was covered in blue flames. His small figure soared into the air and spun down toward Endeavour. The little Phoenix and its long, fiery tail flew at full speed, colliding with the man's fist. Its long wings were spread sideways, well, its beak served as a sharp drill.
Ryūu took advantage of the full shape of his devil fruit. Shoto watched the fall of the delightful bird with glowing eyes.
However, Ryūu himself was clearly no match for the strength of the original user of this Mythical Zoan fruit from the anime One Piece.
"Good," Anji grinned, taking the damage of Ryūu. But Ryūu felt no pain. He was, however, Enji was greatly surprised by the resilience of the flaming figure.
Ryūu continued to bob his bird's head, hoping to push his opponent away. "For the first time in four years, I have used the devil's fruit to its full potential!"thought to himself.
Ryūu was pleased with the result itself and wanted to retreat already, seeing no point in continuing to try for the sake of showing off, because, in his opinion, his father had already seen everything that was necessary. But...
Enji Todoroki let out a brutal growl, releasing the infernal flame from his palm. Even Ryūu while in full Phoenix form, Ryūu began to feel the heat. After all, the abilities of the second hero in all of Japan are no joke! Ryūu waved his blue flame wings in order to quickly retreat and get out of the fiery cage.
But Endeavour was too fast and too strong! His big fist landed on Ryūu's torso, sending Ryūu flying. "Fuck! It hurts!"the teenager in the child's body cursed to himself as he collided with the wall.
He returned to his human form, filled with a blue glow around his chest.
"Brother Ryūu, is everything all right?"Shoto approached excitedly, standing a meter away from the boy.
The girl did not think that their father would be so cruel. She was ashamed because she hadn't been able to show anything worthwhile. Besides, Ryūu had actually stood up for her and was quite badly wounded.
Ryūu was in wild shock at the moment of Endeavour's blow. From that jolt after the man's fist, he abruptly felt that all of his internal organs had bluntly shifted a couple of centimeters out of place.
Thankfully he immediately burned the yellow Phoenix flame from the inside of his throat with all the blood flowing down his throat, not wanting to make himself look too wounded in front of Shoto.
"You gave up too soon! I am several dozen times stronger than you. But that's no reason to act passive after one weak move on your part!"The head of the Todoroki family began to explain the whole situation.
After a couple of seconds Ryūu was completely cured and stood up from the floor. He clenched his fists tightly, feeling angry with himself. In his past life, he was constantly in a passive state.
Staying always and everywhere unconcerned, the boy could not know the true beauty of teenage romance. "Everything! Starting this day, I'm going to take matters into my own hands and become a solid personality with a strong character!"Ryūu exclaimed to himself, re-activating the full Phoenix form of his devil fruit. The blue flames swelled with renewed vigor, swirling menacingly toward Enji, who was greatly pleased with the things going on.
