long time ago there was a very happy family somewhere in the city of nepal 🇳🇵. There were there members in the family father , mother and son 'the name of the son was alvin he was so kind and loving ❤ ,he was also disciplined. he was seventeen (17) years old . His birthday was on the December 11th so today is November 3rd so he is so counting days .He was so curious to ask something to her mom so he went to the kitchen, mom was busy on her owm kitchen work 'but also alvin asked her mom .mom i want to ask you one question....? mom smiled and said to him what are you going to ask me my son ....? and son said what are you presenting me in my birthday present..? mom said ! on your 18th birthday look your inside the drawer mom said ... after a few days alvin was fall sick so He was taken to the hospital. doctor called alvin's mom and told about Alvin's problems. there was a hole in the Alvin's heart !listening that she cried a lot after a few days Alvin's heart surgery was done and the surgery was successful. he was discharged from the hospital and he went to the home and he listened that his mom was passed away 😢 knowing that he was shocked he felt it's all dream but it wasn't .so he remembered his birthday present so he went to his room and opened drawer and he saw a box 📦 and he opened that box he found a letter inside the box, that letter was from his mother!...Dear son my heart if you are reading this letter that means you are alive and i thank god for that once you have asked your 18th birthday present and i have gaved you my heart on your 18th birthday present... your loving mother ..
