Chapter 51: Ch. 1: Prologue

The sun shone brightly, and fluffy white clouds floated in the vast blue sky. Under the warm light of the sun, Chen Fan was practicing the basic moves of his martial arts in the open space behind his villa on top of Yunwu mountain.
The air was fresh, although not as fresh as the air in the universe inside his artifact. Then again, that place was clean of the pollution filling this pitiful planet due to the shortsightedness and foolishness of mankind who advanced their technology without caring about the state of their living environment.
His face was relaxed, and his long white hair was blown by the breeze, giving off a picturesque view that wouldn't fail to bewitch the heart of the weak-willed mortals who saw him at that moment. His every move was filled with the profound depth of the way that would bring extreme shock to expert Immortal Cultivators.
At the same time, he was controlling Jiang Haishan's body who's currently working in the government office. This was something he'd been doing in the past several days to slowly but surely escalate the tension in Tang Residence so that Jiang Churan would change. So far, everything progressed according to his plan.
While a part of his mind was controlling Jiang Haishan's body, another one was filtering the information gathered by his Divine Sense that was active 24/7 covering the whole planet. At his current level, such a feat was a minor issue.
Suddenly, he stopped practicing and looked up at the clear sky. Something had piqued his interest, but it was not in the sky.
The part of his mind that controlled his Divine Sense and filtered information had just reported something happening at the Tang Residence. Jiang Churan had just left the house to attend an invitation to the birthday party of one of her best friends, Zhang Yumeng.
*Darling, are you free?* Tang Hongyu's telepathic message came suddenly.
*I'm always free for you, dear. If you need anything, do not hesitate to tell me! Even if you want me to pluck the sun and the moon, I shall do it for you!*
*The scary thing is that I believe you can do it.*
Chen Fan had an amused smile after hearing Tang Hongyu's response.
Although only several days had passed on Earth, years had gone by for Chen Fan and Tang Hongyu when they stayed inside Chen Fan's universe where time flows faster than that of the Earth. During the past nights, Chen Fan visited Tang Hongyu and brought her there to spend time together for fluff and debauchery.
After spending a couple of years with Chen Fan in his universe, Tang Hongyu changed so much from before she became his woman. Right then, she was an obedient, loyal, and unconditionally supportive lover.
Chen Fan had conditioned Tang Hongyu, both body and mind; the former with the daily intercourse that always left her in a deep satisfaction while the latter with the happiness of loving someone and being loved back. Right then, Tang Hongyu was physically and psychologically addicted to him.
It might sound bad and seem morally disgusting, but that didn't mean Chen Fan didn't care about Tang Hongyu. He cared about her more than he expected. However, he was aware that human relationship was a complicated matter.
Strangers could become acquaintances easily and vice versa; acquaintances could become friends and even best friends in the right situation; friends could become lovers with the right stimulation; lovers could break up and become bitter enemies due to a small matter.
Even though Chen Fan knew that such changes were a part of life, he was unwilling and afraid if his relationship with his women changed. Since he and his women would live for a very long time, he would never be relieved without having strong control or influence over his women.
Putting aside Chen Fan's fear of the fickle nature of the human relationship, Chen Fan received another telepathic message from Tang Hongyu.
*Anyway, back to the topic of this call. Ranran has gone out to the birthday party of her best friend.*
*I'm aware. I sensed her departure."
*So, will you accompany her?*
*Sure.* Chen Fan replied casually.
Chen Fan didn't question Tang Hongyu's reason. He knew that she wanted him to use this opportunity to get closer to her daughter. Moreover, Chen Fan had been waiting for this event.
Even if the trouble Chen Fan had caused at the Tang residence was meant to change Jiang Churan's shallow mindset, it wasn't enough to make her fall in love with him fast. He needed something to push Jiang Churan over the edge, and he remembered that Jiang Churan would have gotten hurt in this incident if the protagonist didn't help her in the original story. If he used this opportunity properly, then Jiang Churan would be his woman too before midnight.
*By the way, what do you think of Xu Rongfei?*
Chen Fan suddenly asked Tang Hongyu.
*Little Feifei? Have you been observing her and collecting her information? Are you interested in her?*
*Yes* was Chen Fan's answer to all the questions of Tang Hongyu.

To sum it up, Tang Hongyu only knew that Xu Rongfei's father had left his wife and daughter to marry again because he wanted to grab the power and influence of his new wife. Because of this, Tang Hongyu thought that Xu Rongfei's father was a power-hungry man like Jiang Haishan and had a bad impression of him.
However, Chen Fan knew more than Tang Hongyu. He knew that Xu Rongfei's father still loved her mother and would return on Xu Rongfei's birthday several months away. However, he didn't correct Tang Hongyu's misconception. Tang Hongyu didn't bother finding the truth herself. Case, closed.
'Should I cuck Xu Ao?'
Chen Fan contemplated for a moment.
'What a foolish question! It's obvious, right?'
Chen Fan quickly made up his mind. After that, he transmitted a telepathic message to Tang Hongyu.
*Can you help me get Xu Rongfei's mother too?*

Tang Hongyu was happy that Jiang Churan was determined to change for the better. She had also subtly influenced her daughter to be more aware of Chen Fan. This caused Chen Fan to appear in Jiang Churan's mind lately. However, Jiang Churan had no chance to meet him again after their first meeting that ended badly because of her shallow beliefs and appalling behavior.
After receiving Tang Hongyu's call, Jiang Churan couldn't help but feel anxious because she would meet Chen Fan again. She didn't know what to do when she finally met him other than apologizing for her fault in the past.
Putting all of that aside, Jiang Churan arrived at her destination and met with her best friends.
At this moment, Chen Fan received a telepathic message from Tang Hongyu.
*By the way, I know that you're interested in Xu Rongfei, but tell me, do you have interest in Zhang Yumeng?*
*I won't even care if she dies in a ditch somewhere.*
*That was a little harsh, no?*
