Chapter 3: Chapter 3: I think he is Gay!!

'What the hell is going on here?' he questioned loudly so everyone in the hall could hear him.

His voice echoed in the huge hall decorated with a beautiful glass beads chandelier on the ceiling.

Beige golden couches giving the whole place royal vibe. Walls decorated with beautiful frames showcasing picturesque from landscape to portraits.

'Oh you are here, finally someone responsible' mother saw him and smiled brightly letting go of shivay's shirt. Shivay quickly tucked his shirt close and hugged himself.

'Teach your brother something' she said pointing towards shivay who was looking at his borther with hope

'Can somebody explain?' Daksh asked

Just then grandma got down from the stairs and replied 'The same old thing as always son'

He saw his grandma and got close to her touching her feet* 'You okay maa'. She hugged him and smiled contently 'I am okay and its good to see you back so early for one day at least'

'You both always scold me and all love for him, that's unfair' shivay complained like a baby

Grandma walked to shivay and sat on couch

'Yes I always beat you right?' she said while hugging him

'Don't spoil him mother its time for him to be responsible' mother said critically

'You tell me Daksh this man hiding like a rat on the couch is a 22 year old adult. Who will believe this?' she continued

'Yup he is pathetic' he replied with no emotion.

Shivay stick out his tongue towards him while hugging grandma using as his shield. Daksh squinted his eyes and stared.

Shivay understood the threat and quickly evaded his sight.

'What he did now?' he asked finally

'I keep telling him to join one of the offices or start working in your company at least, be a little responsibility but this guy never listens' she complained

'I don't want to, I love my freedom now' shivay countered timidly

'Yes, why won't you love the freedom, your father and borther is paying for' mother countered staring at him. Her sarcasm shut shivay's mouth and grandma laughed.

'You completed your business studies so why not work?'  Daksh asked finally

'Dad's scary he gonna make me work my ass off' shivay cried

'You are not even qualified as an intern in the parent company so stop dreaming' he replied ruthlessly which broke shivay's little heart

' Ah it hurts' shivay held his chest dramatically

'New interns were hired in my company recently send me your CV. I will arrange one desk for you'

Shivay cried holding grandma 'No my freedom, please brother. I called you to save my life not ruin ...'

'Wait what?? An intern' leaving his cries in middle he questioned with surprise

'Yes and you are not even qualified for that. remember tomorrow is the deadline'

A long smile spread across mother's face 'Best, finally this nuisance will do something proper' she held her hands together with excitement.

Shivay looked like he was hit by lightning while his grandma console him.

Suddenly a spark ignited in her eyes 'Oh yea Daksh I just remember something'

Dkash who was about to leave was again dragged by his mother 'wait what happen?' he tried to struggle

She made him sit on the sofa 'Now it's time to school you' she said while folding her hands.

'Whats your age?' she aksed seriously looking down at him

'27 and??...' he asked back doubtfully thinking what she is up to

'Your marriage??' she shouted

As soon as those words came out Daksh tried to dash out of the hall but was dragged again by his mother.

Shivay found his opportunity and took his chance  'Yes brother, what about your marriage. You don't listen to mom huh?' shivay retorted finally getting his chance to get back at his brother.

'You getting old everyday and don't at all feel responsible for us' mom complained holding his arm.

Grandma starts coughing to help her daughter makes the scene more dramatic 'At this old age I just hope to see your complete family' she said with a sad expression.

Mother understood the plan and took the lead 'See we are getting old too don't you feel responsible? ' mother said with a sad expression too

'Yes, mother is right?? I also want to see my sister-in-law' shivay also starts imitating sadness like others.

'You guys talk like marriage is so easy it's not easy to find the perfect one and I don't wanna marry right now' he answered in his defence trying to make them understand his unwillingness

'Mom I think he is gay' Shivay whispered in mother's ear loud enough to let everyone in the hall listen.

'Then make him find a man' mom said in anger

'...and as for a girl I will find one for you don't you dare complain next time' she continued

'Yes, I know the perfect candidate Riya perfect for you brother' shivay mocked him taking cover of his mother.

Daksh had no idea how to handle this overwhelming situation which is completely against him. Before he could say anything mother grabbed his right arm and shivay his another arm and took Daksh out of the door as grandma pushed his back from behind.

'We will arrange a date for you. Now you can go back. You must be busy right?' mother said amusingly as they all took him out

'Don't worry brother we will find the perfect one' shivay mocked taking advantage of the situation.

They all kinda throw him out of the house without letting him say a word. Before he knew he was standing on the porch outside and the door behind him was closed.

'I came here to save him or invite more trouble for me?'  he asked himself sighing loundly
