Chapter 12: The shoot 2
I stared at him absentmindedly, he was good at what he does, his poses were to die for and the designer really did a good work on the choice and style of his outfits.
He looked at me severally and whispered "are you okay"?
As many times as he did that I'd smile and yes.
He looked so gorgeous and everyone was staring, he got the female workers at the agency whispering words to their ear, I just drank my coffe and observed them all.
After a few hours it was his lunch break and he suggested we drove to a nearby restaurant for lunch. I was hungry and tired from sitting at a place too so I smiled at the request.
On our way out a young lady came by and stopped him, apparently she was the owner of the clothing line that partnered with the advertising agency.
They exchanged compliments and she asked if he could join her for lunch, I just stood there wondering if I was so invincible that she couldn't see me, she didn't even bother that he was with a lady even tho I was his employee which I wasn't sure if she knew that, I just felt that she had so much guts.
Anyway Mr Andrea was so handsome and the kind of man every lady would like even tho i had not noticed anyone really close to him so I didn't expect any less but this particular proud looking lady got me upset.
Yeah I felt upset without knowing why, it was so odd.
Andrea replied, I'm on my way to lunch with Miss Laura here so we can do this some other time.
I had never felt so good, it was so soothing
I felt so important and at the same time I felt this inner joy I can't explain.
He just walked to the car like nothing happened.
After about 15 minutes drive I realized it was not a nearby restaurant after all and I had no idea where Andrea was taking me.
I didn't wanna be inquisitive so I didn't bother to ask I just waited patiently till we got to a very big restaurant at the west part of the city.
It was a 5 star restaurant, the one only the rich could eat in.
It was so beautiful and exotic.
I had never been to a place like that so I kept on staring.
He led me to reserved table for two and we sat, it was so comfortable.
We were offered a glass of wine for starters before an iPad with the menu was handed to us.
The menu contained all kinds of dishes you could think of, I was confused and didn't know what to pick.
He had already whispered "the usual" to the waiter while I still thought of what to try.
He smiled and said, I see you have a hard time making a choice Laura, I could suggest one for you if you don't mind.
Oh I don't mind at all, I replied.
