As Tsubaki left the room, Mason took in his new place of residence, although being here will keep him caged, according to the being living within him, it is a necessary evil, for now.
The room was smaller than the infirmary he was just in, considerably so, there was a tv on a brown stand, light blue curtains, and a medium-sized bed.
After sleeping rough for the last 4 years, this was a blessing for Mason, he would finally feel the softness of a bed again, no longer would he toss and turn on a gravel filled path. Lying down, his body instantly became heavy as sleep invaded his very being...

Mason groggily lifted himself from the floor, looking down at his hands, he blinked, the sight of stubby yellow hands...
'Did I turn into the yellow mouse?'

'Give me a general overview of the world please.'
*The world is split into two major factions, the civilised world and that of the uncivilised, Pokemon, the creatures of this world, are either wild or form small towns together. These towns rely on Rescue teams to keep them safe as well as complete missions as required. This can be anything, ranging from escorting another pokemon through a dungeon or delivering an item to a dungeon or another town. The missions that you can accept will vary on the rank of your rescue team as well as your reputation within the town.*
'So instead of a professional standing army, these pokemon higher mercs through a mission and reward-based system? Seems legit, tell me more about these dungeons.'
*The dungeons vary in difficulty as well as rewards, each dungeon will have a set amount of floors within it, these floors will have wild pokemon (Uncivilised) that will attack you on sight. Although if you gain enough land and devote some of it to your team, you may recruit some pokemon that you defeat.*
'I see, any quests from you?'
*Tutorial quest: Found a rescue team!
1. Convince another Pokemon to start a rescue team with you.
2. Officially register the team.
3. Accept your first quest.
4. Complete your first quest.

It took Mason nearly 3 hours to get to the town, the reason it took so long? Adapting to both a new body as well as a new world, his sense had increased dramatically, he could feel the electromagnetic field of the plants as he passed them, he made sure to avoid other Pokemon for now, if he remembered correctly, the mouses' family were murdered for a small increase in stats, at level one, it was likely the same would happen to him if he was caught out of town.
He had seen many different kinds of pokemon on the long walk, some different types of birds, as an electric type was supposedly super effective on the flying types, like birds. He was also super effective on water types, while ground types completely negated his electric attacks, learning about the world was interesting to him, even more, so considering the being inside him was actually helping for once.

1.Kill the weaker members responsible for the death of Pichu's family.
2. Kill the Gengar leading the rescue team responsible.
3. Make a grave for the Pichu's Family.
Rewards: A light ball (+50 att and +50 Spa for a pokemon of the Pichu line.), Ivs set to 31.*
'That item seems ridiculously overpowered, what are Ivs?'
*Ivs define the potential of a pokemon, 31 being perfect and 1 being the worst, currently you are 16 in every stat, average.*
'Mmk, killing those pricks seems like a good idea, strength boosts all the way.'

A group of Gastly were surrounding a Ralts, beating it with a move that seemed to enlarge their claws, the Ralts barely looked like it was hanging on.

Going to explain the timeline is Dxd, the current plot is starting just after Issei gets reincarnated, meaning a week or two until the whole riser thing.

Rias: A spoiled brat (for now, I plan for her to mellow out, becoming a capable leader.)
