Chapter 1: Arrival in DxD
Surrounded by trees beside a lake, laid a devilishly handsome young man in his 20's based on his appearance. He has black hair with some red streaks scattered randomly. What's unique though was that, his ears were a bit pointy like an elf's.
As for his clothes, he wore simple clothes with a white shirt for his top part and black pants and shoes below. As for the place he was in, as mentioned earlier he was beside a lake.
Currently surrounded by trees, and the sky above was purple. Base on those things, it's safe to say he's not on earth anymore.
"Ugh...!"
The eyelids of the young man quivered before it opened, revealing wine-red colored eyes. Slowly, the young man sat up and started looking around in confusion.
"Where am I?... I remember I just finished watching High School DxD S4 and then here I am. And what's this information in my head...! Ugh!" A sudden headache came prompting the young man to hold his head in pain. The pain continued for minutes before stopping.
"Huff...huff...huff...!"
The young man panted, his forehead full of sweat dripping down. But after the headache, something seems to change about the young man. It's not his physical appearance that changed, it's more of the aura around him.
A faint dark red aura appeared around him for a bit before vanishing but the feeling gave off remained. And it seems the young man became composed about his situation as he was calmly looking around in curiosity.
"Heh...Now I understand my situation. So I am in DxDverse huh. And it seems like I somehow became a demon, an archdemon at that." A smirk appeared on his face, his expression was relaxed as opposed to his earlier confusion. "Very well, since I transmigrated already, I can't do anything about that fact. But I'm thankful though as I managed to fulfill this fantasy of mine." he says
"But, I need strength first to survive this chaotic world. Luckily, since I'm an archdemon now, I've got decent strength. With my enhanced senses, super strength, immense stamina, and endurance, I think I can at least protect myself. But I need to train more, especially my other abilities and demonic power which is the same as the devils. But since I'm an archdemon, it seems I got easier control over it." As he says so, he stretches out his right hand and a reddish-black ball of demonic power appeared on top of his hand.
"Hm...still need more control to make it bigger. But I wonder what timeline I am in? Based on the color of the sky, I think it's before canon. Looks like I need to gather information about it. I also need to decide on a name, but let's see my appearance first." He then walks over to the lake and stares at the reflection of his face on the water surface.
After seeing his appearance, he releases a sigh. "Damn...I look more handsome compared to my previous look but with this, I could blend in with the devils, as I think I'm in the underworld based on the purple sky," he says while looking up the sky.
"Now then for my name, I'll just take a part of my true name, and voila! I have a name now, Asra Lenoir."
The true name he mentioned was the true name of demons, this is extremely important for demons as it is their most kept secret. No one should know of their true name as it is one of the ways a demon can be killed. So usually, a demon only took part of their names and use that part they took from their true name.
"Umu, then I should train first as I don't need to eat now to survive. Luckily, I just need to rest if I exhaust my demonic power and that should suffice for me to survive. And it seems the abilities I got are mostly the same as the abilities of the devils but I have special ones too which is OP in my opinion. Though they need training for me to use."
And so he started training as he said with his main focus being demonic power control. After all, it is the energy powering his abilities so he needed control over it, and luckily he has immense amounts of it at his disposal.

*Boom! *Bang! *Boom!
Located inside a forest, a young man could be seen fighting some demonic beasts. The demonic beast numbers in dozens but the young man fighting them was not fazed.
With his fist covered in reddish-black flames, he punched the demonic beasts that came near him. But the demonic beasts were also not fazed as they kept rushing toward the young man.
*Boom! *Thud! *Puchi!
Asra punched a demonic beast in the shape of a boar in the head, and with his punch, its head exploded into bloody pieces. And its body slumped onto the ground with a 'Thud' sound.
"Playtimes over your lot, be prepared...!" As Asra says so, the reddish-black flame in his hands grew bigger. Then he floated up in the air and aimed his hands towards the group of demonic beasts.
*Fwoooosh!
The flames grew bigger and then they shot outwards towards the demonic beasts. The beasts didn't manage to react quickly as we're burned into ashes.
A few moments later, all the demonic beasts were now gone along with the trees around the area which became ashes after being burned by his flames.
"Hellfire is extremely hot, it turned those demonic beasts into ashes in just seconds. Looks like I'm right in training it further." Asra muttered as he watched the ashes of those burned scatter and being blown by the wind.
"It's been about 10 years since I came into this world. Unfortunately, I didn't find other inhabitants of the underworld like the devils except for the demonic beasts. Though that's probably because I didn't deliberately find them haha..."
Asra stared up in the purple sky, he has grown used to this unique sky of the underworld. 10 years, he trained for 10 years straight but he still hasn't fully mastered his special abilities. Though the others, he already mastered.
His control over his demonic power is also nearing perfect, and if coupled with the fact that he has an immense amount of it then you could say he's strong even by this world's standard.
Though he doesn't know how strong he is if he was ranked based on the power rankings of this world. But by his estimates, he should be at Ultimate class devil at minimum or he is even stronger. He can only know if he fought someone strong.

"Now then, I think it's time to move out of this forest. I want to explore, and I think I've got sufficient strength to protect myself from harm. And I need to know what time I'm in too." With that in mind, Asra then spread out his senses and flew in a certain direction.
*Swoosh!
He flew at a fast speed cutting through the wind. As he flew, he was also observing the place he flew past. Many demonic beasts roam below which he promptly ignores as they are too weak.
*Fwoosh!
'Hm?' As he was flying, he felt a sudden spike of demonic power and strong magical fluctuations which made him curious. As such, he flew towards the place he felt the magical fluctuations.
Arriving there, he saw a whole forest frozen in ice, dozens of demonic beasts are also frozen. Even Asra felt a bit cold at the place, which made him more curious as to who caused the forest and demonic beasts to be frozen.
"!?" Asra covers his right fist with hellfire and punches an incoming large ice spike.
*Boom!
With his punch, the ice spike cracked and disintegrated into pieces but numerous ice spikes once again were thrown at him. Asra smirked as he watched the incoming attacks.
'Hmm...looks like I need to get a bit serious.'
Asra counter-attacked by using his hellfire and creating numerous large fireballs and threw it towards the ice spikes. With it came explosions which were caused by the collision of the two attacks.
*Fwoosh! *Boom! *Boom!
Not waiting for another attack, Asra spread out his senses and detected a person on the ground. Without hesitation, he teleported behind the person and punched out with his fist clad in reddish black flames.
"!!?"
The person reacted quickly and dodges to the side but Asra immediately follows. He threw two large fireballs at his opponent. He didn't manage to see his opponent but he was curious about him/her.
*Boom!
Explosions were heard once again as his fireballs hit something but he can be sure it's not his opponent as he was constantly monitoring him/her through his detection.
*Whoosh!
Then suddenly, ice attacks once again we're thrown at him. Asra only smirked and counterattacked with hellfire. But he didn't notice the ice that was already freezing his feet up.
"!!?" When the ice was in his waist, only then did he noticed. 'Damn...I got careless' Asra thought as he covered himself with hellfire to melt the ice around him.
*Boom! *Fwoosh!
Soon the ice, dozens of meters around him melted quickly due to the heat of his flames. Asra was finally getting serious, with hellfire around his body, he attacked once again.
*Fwoosh!
He directly dashed towards a certain direction and threw a swift punch that generated strong winds that cleared up the steam generated by the ice melting.
His opponent didn't manage to reach this time as his fist swiftly arrived in front. But Asra also finally managed to see his opponent, which caused his fist to stop a few cm in front of his opponent's face.
*Bam! *Swoosh!
When his fist suddenly stopped, it generated a bang in the air. And also generated strong winds which caused his and his opponent's hair to flutter.
His opponent is a beautiful girl; looking in her late teens with black hair, tied into twin tails and blue eyes. That's why he suddenly stopped his fist, not because the girl was beautiful but because he vaguely recognized her due to her features.
"What is your name?" Asra asks suddenly which caught the girl off guard. But seeing her opponent was stronger than her, she answered truthfully.
"Serafall Sitri..." After that she stayed silent but didn't dare to move, after all, she got quite scared by Asra's earlier attack which almost hit her.
'As I thought but...Sitri huh, so meaning she still hasn't been the Satan Leviathan. So I'm before the devil civil war.' Asra thought, he also brought his right arm down and turned towards the girl.
"How old are you this year?" Asra asks which confused Serafall as to why he was asking cut answered nonetheless.
"I'm 25 years old this year, and you are?" She replied and ask a question of her own after seeing that Asra didn't attack further and she felt no malicious intent coming from him.
"*Chuckle* My apologies for the late introduction, my name's Asra Lenoir. Please to meet you, miss Sitri. As for my age, we're not far apart, I'm currently 26 years old." Asra put his right arm on his chest and bowed slightly as he introduced himself. He was not lying about his age, as he transmigrated at the age of 16 and stayed here for 10 years but his age is nothing compared to his immortal lifespan.
"Asra Lenoir huh...Right, my apologies for attacking you earlier." Serafall apologized which in turn Asra also apologized.
"Do forgive too, but may I ask as to why you suddenly attacked. Nevermind...I can somewhat understand. So let us forget about that matter, " Asra says before asking a question he was meaning to ask, "Can I inquire where the nearest town or city is? I've been living in seclusion so I don't know much about the outside world. I would greatly help if you could answer my question."
Serafall was momentarily surprised but didn't ask Asra his reason for living in seclusion, away from society. "I can lead you there if you want."
"Thank you, I would appreciate it." Asra quickly thank her.
"You are welcome, then I'll teleport us there." Serafall says before using teleportation which brought them towards the city.

The two arrived at the outskirts of a city and Asra thanked Serafall once again. "Once again, thank you for bringing me here. Then I'll go now, we'll meet again sometime."
"Alright" Serafall nodded and watched Asra walking towards the city with curiosity. After all, she was one of the geniuses in this generation of young devils.
But the young man she met and fought easily defeated her. And they were just 1 year apart in terms of age if what he told was true. Which she believed to be true as she didn't detect lies coming from him.
'Asra Lenoir...What an interesting fellow. Maybe we can meet again, after all this city is in the Sitri clan's territory. I should also tell the others about him, hehe' With this final thought, Serafall soon teleported away.
