It was in the middle of the night when Kakuzu woke up he sees trees all around him he then notices a bit that here trees are quite a bit different from the trees he usually sees while travelling as they have very little or no chakra in them.
He then stands up looks around himself and remembers he was fighting copy ninja of Hidden Leaf and a brat defeated him and That copy ninja killed him afterwards.
He was making quite an angry face while remembering these things and how a young brat could defeat him.
"So then how the hell I am still alive and where am I," Kakuzu says to himself.
"Maybe Hidan had brought me back to life but why would he even bring me back if I was already dead," Kakuzu says in a low voice, then he thinks 'how could Hidan bring him back to life, does he want to make me follow Jashin,' "What an idiot brought me back to life so that I could believe in his stupid religion," Kakuzu says to himself while making an annoying look on his face, Now I would surely be tormented for eternity by his tales of how he saved me and tell it to everyone... Sigh... I should just kill myself.
Forget it, let's move to the main topic.
No, Maybe it's the Leader(Pain) who brought me back to life, but why would a person like him go out of his way to bring me back to life I don't see any advantage in it.
Most important where the hell am I then? where is everyone?
He then notices his clothes and finds that he is still wearing his Akatsuki uniform and there is a hole in his uniform then he remembers about Copy ninja and how he pierced one of his hearts and he suddenly thinks I surely died there and I only got one heart now gotta find some new ones If I really am alive, I hope I am not a Ghost now.
He then sees all around himself to locate Hidan and if he is the one who really brought him back to life but he can't find him but he still feels a bit of his chakra or whatever this new energy is inside of him instead of chakra, but he can't exactly locate a specific point but he knows the direction.
While moving in Hidan's Chakra's direction he starts to think things like ' how could a fool like Hidan bring him back to life or did he have some trick up his sleeves all this time, No that Fool can't hide anything this intriguing all this long' then he says " Maybe Boss had really brought him back to life using one of his powers" in a low voice.
'If that is really the case then that is why he may be feeling this different chakra maybe it is one of those things that he was hearing like reanimation jutsu or something No it can't be I feel much more alive and I have control over my body and mind and I could feel things', "hmm..."
Then he discards his thoughts for a minute and continues moving towards the direction where he was sensing Hidan's Chakra and says "well now does it matter, well First I should find that idiot Hidan and then I could ask him in detail later"
Then after thinking a bit about his surroundings and situation Kukuzu picks up the pace and starts running in the direction of Hidan.
While running Kakuzu thinks that 'why are plants and animals around him this much different he has never seen this much weak chakra from any animal or plant while all his travellings' then he says "maybe I am still feeling a bit of weakness that's why I can't sense the Chakara correctly or maybe I can't remember this place because everything here in this location is a bit weak" (says while making quite an interesting face because he usually doesn't forget things, especially about such interesting places)
Then he again increases his pace from before as he starts gaining more of his Chakra, after a while, he starts hearing laughs which he usually hears and as he is getting more near laughs are getting louder too, he then gets a bit annoyed as usually do while hearing them and adds more speed.
As he reaches that point he sees quite an interesting view it was something he has never seen from Hidan as he was standing there and doing his usual religious thing but without his scythe Which is his second most important thing after his Stupid Jashin.
Then he says in a low voice "maybe he is trying something new" He, thinks lets's watch a little longer should I?'.
