Chapter 11: Chapter 11: Some Proper Ninja Activities.
They say that sex is both the oldest commodity and the oldest profession. And this applies universally no matter where one goes.
And here in the capital of the Land of Fire, there is naturally a large Red Light District that caters to this. A large district fill with bars, gambling dens, and brothels. Advertised as being able to caters to any and all who visit. From the common man looking for brief fun and companionship to the nobles seeking a little thrill and spice in their lives.
These establishments are run and controlled by the various underground forces. Each criminal gangs controlling their slice of the pie.
On this night however, these gangs are about to have some unexpected visitors.
High above the brightly lit streets, two shadowy figures are running through. Hopping from one roof to the next.
They are Sasuke and Mikoto in their respective disguises.
"Where are we headed to Hayabusa-sama" Mikoto, disguised as Ayane Kasumi, whispered quietly.
"We will me making a visit to the largest brothel in the capital, The Heavenly Pleasure Garden." Sasuke answered.
As the local would call it, The Garden is undoubtedly the largest and most high class brothel in the capital. It caters to the powerful nobles of the capital or visiting dignitaries of other nations. The Garden has the most beautiful girls capable of satisfying all kind of desires.
Unlike the other brothels in the capital, The Heavenly Pleasure Garden is not controlled by one criminal gang. It is actually a joint ownership between the 4 largest criminal gangs in the region. A sort of neutral ground so to speak.
After a short time of rooftop hopping, the two disguised Shinobi arrived on top of a building overlooking The Heavenly Pleasure Garden. Remaining in the shadows, the two survey the area.
"If you just wanted a good time, you could've just asked me Hayabusa-sama. I am willing to serve you in any capacity." Mikoto teased quietly.
"I'm not here for that Ayane. I'm here for certain informations." Sasuke chastised gently.
This is the first part in Sasuke plan for gaining valuable experience on his current field trip outside Konoha. Sasuke intends to becomes bounty hunters in order to collect not only resources but also valuable fighting experience.
'Since the end of the Third Shinobi World War, there has been a large rise in rogue-nins so there should be plenty of bounties available. And I think the Mist is currently in the middle of its civil war, so there should be plenty of bounties there too.' Sasuke reminded himself of his plans.
"Our target is up there. The top two floors are reserved for the 4 gang bosses." Sasuke said pointing toward the top of the brightly lit building.
"You will enter from the west side and I'll come in from the east. Knock out or incapacitate all of the guards quietly. Then seal up the door leading up to the penthouse." Sasuke commanded.
With a curt nod, they both silently shunshin in different directions. Each carrying out their assigned objectives.
Infiltrating the building was beyond child's play for Sasuke. With some application of the tree walking exercise, Sasuke walked up the side of the building making sure to remains in the shadows.
Sticking his hand to the glass using his Chakra, Sasuke cuts a small circular hole in the window near the lock. Reaching into the hole, Sasuke unlocked the window and silently slides it open before quietly climbing through.
Once inside, it took less than 5 minutes to quietly run through and knocking out any roving patrols and guards he encountered.
At last, Sasuke arrived at where the main master bedroom is located. Standing outside, he can see two guards at the door.
Just as he was about to rush forward, two senbons flew out from the shadows on the other side of the corridor. With perfect precision, the two guards were struck in their exposed necks by the senbon and quickly fell to the ground unconscious.
"Hn. Good job." Sasuke gently complimented as Mikoto silently appears in front of him.
"Once inside, knockout everyone." Sasuke commanded as he quietly opens the door to the main master bedroom.
Sneaking inside, Sasuke immediately sees four men being serviced by a large group of beautiful girls. All young and scantily clad.
With a silent nod to Mikoto, Sasuke commanded her to execute the plan.
In one swift motion, every single person in the room were hit with a senbon laced with a extremely quick acting sleeping drug.
Ignoring the unconscious girls, Sasuke and Mikoto walks toward the 4 unconscious men. Presumably, these should be the four major gang bosses in the capital.
"On my signal, wake them up." Sasuke ordered pointing at the 4 men.
Once he's ready, Sasuke signaled Mikoto to apply the counter agent and wake the four bosses up.
"Wha...?!" "Fu...k!" "Nnnn..." "Who...?!"
Quickly before the four men could fully wake up, Sasuke rushed through and put them all under a sharigan induced Genjutsu.
"Get up." Sasuke ordered the men under his Genjutsu.
"You are going to be answering some of my questions. You will answered truthfully understood?"
"Yes." They all answered as one.
"I need some information on where bounties can be collected." Sasuke asked the four.
Sasuke knows that to start bounty collecting, he first need access to the various bingo books each village publish. These Bingo books contains informations and bounties on various rogue-nins as well as bounties on powerful ninjas of other from each others' villages.
In Konoha, only the Jounins and ANBUs have access to the up to date Bingo books. So naturally, Sasuke can't get his hands on those and must look elsewhere.
Shinobi villages aren't the only ones who issues bounties. It's a fact that the various underground forces also make use of bounty hunters. Often time, these crime bosses would issue bounties on rivals and such.
Which makes them ideal targets to get the information he needs. These guys should know the locations where bounties can be issued and collected.
'And there, I should be able to find the new up to date Bingo books published by each hidden villages.' Sasuke mused.
"The nearest bounty station to the capital is in Tanzaku Quarters." One of the men answered.
'Tanzaku Quarters, that sounds familiar. If I remember correctly, that's the town Naruto and Jiraiya went to look for Tsunade in the anime.' Sasuke thought trying to remember as much as he could about those episodes in the anime.
"On the main gambling street, you'll find an unassuming restaurant, The Lucky Pot." Another commented
"Go in and ask for a private room in the back." Another of the four chimed in.
"When asked for what to order, ask for the unlucky special combo. You'll be led into the back." The last man said.
After another 10 minutes of interrogating the four men, Sasuke got all of the information he was looking for tonight. Along with the information on the bounty station at Tanzaku Quarters, he got information on the other stations in the Land of Fire. As for the location of station in the other nations, he can get that later at one of these bounty station.
Releasing the men from his Genjutsu, Sasuke signaled Mikoto to put them back to sleep.
With the same senbons, Mikoto put these 4 back to sleep. The fast acting drug used by Mikoto has a neat side effect of wiping short-term memories. In the morning, no one will remember anything that happened tonight.
"Let's go." Sasuke said once Mikoto finished recollecting all of her senbons ensuring no evidence left behind.
