Chapter 4: Spirit Awakening
A week after Long Tiandao birthday, Su Mengjun and Long Tianwu have a conversation regarding his future.

Long Tianwu was sitting beside Su Mengjun. The two keep silent for a while before Su Mengjun broke the silence, as she said," What do you think we should do about Tiandao future? I wouldn't be so worried if Tiandao were born before the Abyssal War. I am not sure if he will be able to become a Spirit Master."
Long Tianwu grip his wife hand while looking at her beautiful face and said," Ten Years ago, we wouldn't even dare to think of having a child. For the past three years, Tiandao is exceptionally well behaved. If we compare it to other parents, we had an easier time raising him. Even if he can't become a Spirit Master in the future, we still love, isn't that right?"
Listen to Long Tianwu honey coating word Su Mengjun heave a deep sigh and said," I don't know what the right things to do right now? Should we wait for him to awaken his Martial Spirit or starting teaching him the knowledge of Spirit Master?"
" I think we should start teaching him Meditation Techniques and basic knowledge of Spirit Master. Three years is a long time, and I believe he can learn a lot before his Spirit Awakening. After all, Tiandao is a naturally gifted child, from the fact that he can read and write at this age." Long Tianwu said with a smile on his face, thinking about the change that brings to his life with Tiandao existence.
Su Mengjun nods her head in agreement as teaching Tiandao meditation might increase his chance of becoming a soul master as well. Solving the doubt in her heart, Su Mengjun and Long Tianwu start to make a plan for their child.
Not long after, Long Tianwu and Su Mengjun made a full-day schedule, and it goes like this:
Morning: Physical Training ( Aiming at the stamina, reaction speed and balance training ) by Long Tianwu.
Afternoon: Basic Knowledge of Spirit Master by Su Mengjun.
Evening: Meditation ( Supervise by Long Tianwu).

Long Tiandao was surprised as he cheers happily after his parents inform him of their decision. Every morning Long Tiandao was either running around, practising horse stance or dodging the ball thrown by his father. His training duration starts to increase from 2 hours to 3 hours as Long Tianwu notice his abnormal stamina.
In the afternoon, he was listening and taking note of what his mother had taught him. After the three years of sneaky training, Long Tiandao control over ' Primordial Qi Mystery ' is exceptional as he uses his innate talents to multitask cultivating while learning with his mother. Since he was born with Ambidexterity, he can easily split his focus.
In the evening, Long Tianwu teach and supervise his son meditation since he passes down his Long Family 'Spiritual Energy Assimilation' techniques, which focus on increasing a person spiritual energy. Tiandao found this surprisingly beneficial to his mind, so he decides to dual cultivate both 'Spiritual Energy Assimilation' and 'Primordial Qi Mystery'.
The result is surprising, as Long Tiandao start his cultivation by circulating 'Primordial Qi Mystery' to absorb the energy of heaven and earth, cleansing his body. Before releasing the Yin/Yang energy back to heaven and earth, he runs 'Spiritual Energy Assimilation', converting qi into spiritual energy and store it in his consciousness.
Long Tiandao did not have to train all day a week. He got a two-day break from Lesson and Physical training, spending his time accompanying his parents' shopping and picnic. Just like that, the same cycle repeats for the next three years.

Three years later,
East Sea City is one of the largest seaside cities in the Sun-Moon Federation. Because of the port, merchants coming in now and then, causing the city to bustle with people.
Today the city is exceptionally crowded because today is the Annual Spirit Awakening day. The crowd consist of parents and child were heading to the Spirit Academy, participating in the Annual Spirit Awakening.
During this time of the years, all Elementary and Intermediate academy will open their door, receiving people who wish to have their Martial Soul awaken.
Long Tiandao was walking in the crowd with both his parents, as Long Tianwu and Su Mengjun hold his hand tightly, one in each hand. The family of three make their way toward the Eastsea Academy through the excited crowd.
" Mom! Dad! What kind of Martial Soul do you think I will be awakening?" Long Tiandao asked with a happy smile on his face. He can't help getting a bit excited as this is the moment of truth in the Douluo universe, and now he gets to participate and see how it's work.
In contrast to Tiandao happiness, Long Tianwu and Su Mengjun slightly frown hearing his question. The awkward atmosphere broke when Long Tiandao said, " Since both of you have a sword Martial Soul, I might get the same one as well. "
Long Tianwu smile and said, " Well, it's possible. You might get a mutated sword spirit as well." Not long after, the trio arrives at Eastsea Academy. One of the teachers notice them, so he help them out with the paperwork and lead them to a long line full of people. The teacher starts calling the child name one after another. The line gradually shortens after a long wait of four hours. Long Tiandao loses his smile from the heat and humidity.
The long wait is finally over. A teacher walks out from the awakening chamber with an exhausted face as he called out Long Tiandao. The family of three follow the teacher to awakening chambers.
" Would the family..." The teacher holds whatever he about to said, as Long Tianwu and Su Mengju release their aura. Just like that, they all heading inside the awakening chamber.
Inside the awakening chamber, all of the floors, the walls, and even the ceiling had a wonderful inscription carved into them to create an elegant, decorative design. A middle ages man with a simple robe was waiting inside. Waves at Long Tiandao, he said, " Come child, Stand in the middle." Long Tiandao obediently enter the centre of the room.
" I am about to begin!" said the Spirit Master. A gentle white light produces on his palm, waving his hand, it shot through the roof like a firework. The rune starts to lit up from the ceiling until it reaches the floor beneath Long Tiandao. The energy begins to enter his body from the heart, as Long Tiandao body start to cover with bright light marking the start of Spirit Awakening.
Long Tiandao greet his teeth as he starts to feel pain all over his body. A bright platinum light begins to cover all over his body. His eyes it's painful, as the intense pain cause Tiandao to drop on one knee.
Seeing Long Tiandao action, the Spirit Master and Long Tianwu appear simultaneously in front of him. The light starts to gather as Long Tiandao raise his left hand, energy starts to take form from his lower abdomen.
Seeing all of this, Su Mengjun cry out, " Innate Full Spirit Power!" On Long Tiandao left hand, a platinum light appears as it shinning there on his palm. Everyone was surprised, as they have never seen any Martial Soul like this before.
Long Tiandao low down his head looking at the brightening light on his palm, focus on his Martial Soul no one noticed that his eyes have changed. Three tomoe appear in each of his eyes, looking like a Golden Sharingan.
" It's called Sword Essence," said Long Tiandao. Hearing Long Tiandao word, the Spirit Master nod as he writes it down on the registration list. With that, the family of three leave the awakening chamber heading to a restaurant. They need a big celebration for Long Tiandao to successfully awaken a powerful Martial Spirit and his Innate full spirit power.
