"Shikomu. From today onwards we are going to start an intensive training programme. I already spoke to your sensei, for the next 6 weeks, all you will do is train in Taijustu." Guy sensei told me as I approached him.
"What?"
For 6 weeks ? What the hell! I had so much Fuinjutsu to study before I could unlock the Flying Thunder God Jutsu to use it properly.
I wanted to finish that before the Chunin Exams started so I could at least run if possible.
"Yes, I will be teaching you my special Taijutsu. Something only 2 people, well technically 3, know right now." He said with utmost seriousness.
As he said that, I understood what he was talking about.
If it really was that…maybe it was worth it for me to practice Taijutsu for 6 weeks.
After all, Guys jutsu is way more practical in a fight for someone like me, who only has ChunIn level chakra reserves.
I can't spam the Flying Thunder God like Minato Yet.
"I will be teaching you my Signature Jutsu, the 8 Gates!"
As he said that, I could swear his teeth shone brighter than the entire world itself.
He then took out a scroll from his Ninja Bag and opened it, and a detailed outline of the human body was shown to me.
"This is the human body." He explained, as he pointed to 8 specific parts in the diagram.
"The 8 gates are 8 specific Tenkutsu along the chakra pathway system.
The Eight Gates exist in order to limit the flow of chakra within an individual's body. Normally, individuals can use no more than 20% of their body's full potential, the brain's way of protecting the individual from harming their body through overexertion. With training, individuals can learn to remove these limiters, referred to as "opening" the gates.With each opened gate, individuals are given access to more and more of their body's chakra, thus increasing their physical strength and speed."
I nodded along, listening to his lecture.
"So, you need to increase your body's base strength first. To be at the cusp of preferably at Jounin level. Following that we will begin opening the gates."
I raised my hand as if I was in a classroom to which Guy nodded and smiled singling me to ask the question.
"Then sensei, is that why I need 6 weeks? So I can have Jounin strength?"
"Yes and no. I believe you can have that strength in 1 month at the latest, but I also need you to master a couple of Taijutsu techniques before opening the gates."
A month huh, I'll do it in a couple of days by using the spare points I have. I will be able to save a lot of time this way.

As I looked at the sudden achievements, I couldn't help but be shocked.
Did someone get the role of 'Daminyo' son or something ?
What is this insane luck? And why is everyone getting 3,000 EXP but me ?

[ Ghost: Ahh, I think I'll keep that information to myself. Anyways; why haven't you become a Jounin yet?]
I was suddenly confused. How did this guy know I haven't become a Jounin yet?
[???(MC): How can you be so sure I'm not a Jounin yet ?]
[Ghost: After completing your Jounin quest, depending on how well you do you might get a system code name. Mine is ghost, and there was also Techno Queen. You might even awaken a unique aspect.]
"Shikomu? Are you paying attention?" Guy asked me as I snapped back to reality.
"Sorry sensei, could you repeat that?"
"Sure! Your already learning faster than Lee. The 8 Gates are a double edged sword. The more you unlock them, the more damage your causing to yourself, and the final Gate causes death. So Shikomu, I will only teach you the 8 gates if you promise you will only open the final Gate when there is a precious life you want to save."
I nodded, agreeing to what he said. I had no intention of opening the 8th gate.
At least not until I had some overpowered regeneration methods.
"Now, let's start training! 100,000 1 finger push ups per finger!"

"You are right Naido, he improves monstrously." Guy said, as they observed Shikomu training with Lee.
His Chakra and Jounin is literally the extreme peak of a ChunIn.
"His techniques as well. It is a surprise he didn't graduate early from the academy like Kakshi did." Naido commented.
"Maybe we are just that good of teachers." Guy said with an extremely happy smile.
Shikoumu himself was pissed off with his current development.
Why did I see nothing about this on the forums ? Or is it that casual players haven't had this problem yet.
It's probably because those great guilds hogged this information.

I'm not telling you what rank quest I took, but I have it on Good Authority the TechnoQueen took the A rank one and unlocked the Scientific Tools thing before she died. I also know 5 Jounin personally who all took C rank Quests, 3 of them died.]

[Ghost: How about you answer one of my questions first. It's only fair.]
[???(MC): Surs, what is it]
[Ghost: Which of the 5 main Shinobi villages are you? And don't even try to tell me your from a vassal village, the system wouldn't have recorded your achievements for joining a clan if it was a small one.]
I pushed for a second.
Me telling him where I'm from, doesn't really change much.
Shinobi villages restrict information flow a lot, and even if it is spread, I'm sure my name wouldn't pop up to a potential Daimyo heir.
[???(MC): I'm from the village hidden in the leaves. Now answer my question, are you from a guild?]

That changes some things, if the Guilds are already at the level of taking over villagesâ€"-I just need to hope Danzo is too paranoid to let anything happen.

"Pay attention Shikomu." Lee said as he punched my face.
And then there's this bushy brows guy I can't beat in Taijutsu no matter what I do.
Even after all my improvements.

I used 100 EXP and my normal grinding to reach Peak ChunIn, and another 100 EXP, with 100 EXP worth of grinding to make Maito Guy Special Taijutsu reach 400/500
I have yet to dump any of my EXP onto the 8 gates since I was just training for now, I was waiting for a block in training speed.
But for now it seems like the only way for me to get stronger is by training in chakra control and jutsu.
I am on my way to open the first gate, the gate of opening.
If I remember correctly, there were speculations that Kakshi passively used the first 2 gates during a fight, since from the 3rd gate your chakra forms an aura which doesn't allow one to use jutsu.
But those speculations are wrong, since Guy sensei said one can't use any jutsu during the period the 8 gates are open.
Even pre-existing shadow clones disperse.
But that was fine, since this jutsu itself was broken.
I just had to work around it somehow.
For now, with these bullshit limiters like the Personal Quests, it's the best way to fight Shinobi above my level.
But it seems like the rest of the world still isn't at this level yet.
The average players could barely get any quests and began bounty hunting, and get their assess handed to them by rouge ninjas.
Most people are still at the Average Genin Stage since they don't have as much leisure to train as us big village Shinobi.
Well that's not for me to bother about.
I have 5 weeks to reach use only my Chunin pshique and chakra, to push myself to be able to beat a Jounin.
If I can't even fight a Jounin comfortably, Pedomaru might as well lick me.
