Chapter 2: Chapter Two: I am the Villainess

After a whole day of mayhem inside the house of Marquis Eveque, everything is in peace again and I came to understand that I am inside the internet novel my best friend wrote, Charlotte.
Calm yourself, Alex. Let's have a clear thought and gather some information. Based on what I heard earlier, two days daw akong walang malay dahil nahulog din daw si book-Alexandria sa hagdan. Coincidence? Hindi ko alam. Basta ang alam ko, pareho kaming timang na nagpagulong sa hagdan.
If ako nasa katawan ni book-Alexandria, andun din kaya siya sa katawan ko? First of all, ano muna ang nangyare sa katawan ko? Dito kasi may mga advanced doctors na may healing abilities, eh sa mundong pinanggalingan ko malamang nangingitim na ako sa mga pasa.
Humiga na ako para matulog. Today has been a... an absolute ridiculous day. But let's just call it day and rest my brain. Ipagpabukas na ulit ang pagiging in-denial ko na nasa loob ako ng libro.

Nagising na lang ako sa mahihinang tapik saaking pisngi. "Hmm? Five minutes pa, ma", umikot ako sa pagkakahiga at niyakap ang unan ko. "M-miss Alexandria, you need to wake up. You're being summoned by your parents". Huh? Bakit ang aga-aga ini-english na ako. "Miss Alexandria?", Miss? Napabangon ako bigla na siya naming ikinagulat ng personal attendant ko na si Letty.

Thanks to book-Alexandria's memories, I know the names of the people that surround me. At isa doon si Letty na nag-iisang maid ko dahil siya lang nag-iisang nagtitiis sa ugali ko? Book-Alexandria is a real villainess. Kahit maliit na bagay nagwawala ang gaga. Tinulungan niya akong punasan ang mukha ko at magpalit ng damit. Oh right..." I've been summoned?", tanong ko kay Letty na halatang kabadong kabado.
"Yes, Miss Alexandria. I'll be guiding you to the dining hall", sagot nito.
Wala naman masyadong nangyari during meeting the parents. Kumain lang kami ng breakfast, kinumusta ako at sinabihan na laging mag-iingat lalo na't aalis daw sila para sa isang business meeting yata? Hindi ko na masyado napangkinggan dahil napakasarap ng pagkain. Tataba ako sa lagay na ito eh.
Ilang saglit lang ay tinawag ulit ako para sa send-off ng parents ko. "May the God bless you a safe trip, mother and father", paalam ko sakanila. "You too, Alexandria and behave. We will be back after a month", sabi ni mother na super sa ganda. Itim ang kulay ng buhok niya pero ang mata niya ay kulay yellowish-orange tulad ng kulay ng mata ko. Sakaniya ko pala namana.
Yumakap din ako sa napaka-gwapo kong father na pulang-pulang ang buhok ng tulad ng akin. Sumakay na sila sa carriage hanggang sa hindi ko na ito nakikita. Thanks to their genes, ang ganda-ganda ko. HA!
Actually, our family is one of the noblest nobles here in Kershian Kingdom because of the long history this family holds. Mas matanda pa sa Heroux Royal Family. Anyway, anong paki ko sakanila. As long as they leave me alone I won't make paki to their personal affairs. Bumalik na ako sa kwarto ko at pumewesto sa aking napakalaking table.
Nagpakuha ako ng papel at panulat kay Letty na inabot naman niya agad. Nagtaka pa nga ako kasi inabutan niya ako ng feather, yun pala quill pen. Nag-expect kasi ako ng ballpen. Moving on, I need to come up with a plan for me to survive. Since this is the book Charlotte, me as Alexandria Eveque, the book's villainess is destined to die.
'Damn you, Isabel'.
Buti na lang english ang salita nila dito at hindi ibang language. Ayun lang, mauubusan naman ako dugo sa kaka-ingles. Leche! Minsan nakakalimutan kong sa Tagalog ko kinakausap si Letty. Tinitingnan lang naman niya ako na parang ako ang pinaka-weirdo sa mundo. Tapos gulat na gulat siya na may halong pagtataka sa mukha sa tuwing nagpapasalamat ako. Ganon na ba ka-demonyo si book-Alexandria.
First thing first, let's write down everything I know about this novel and what will happen to me in the future. Future? Oh, that's right! I don't have a future since the author killed me three times. So here I am, making a survival plan. I plan to have a fruitful life and death is not a part of it.
Let's start with Charlotte Kaplan, the heroine/female lead of the story. A brunette with ocean blue eyes. Just a background story, she was separated from her family when she was 10 years old and six years later Marquis Carter Kaplan found her (her true brother) when the latter was on his mission. The story will properly start on the first day of school in Kershian Academy.
And that's two months from now. Next is the 1st male lead, Chadwick Vaillant--
"Miss Alexandria, I've been meaning to ask", ani ni Letty. "What?", tutok pa rin ang pansin ko sa papel na sinusulatan ko. "Hmm, aren't you going to send a letter to Grand Duke Chadwick Vaillant?", tanong ni Letty saakin na punong-puno ng pag-aalinlangang nab aka bugahan ko siya ng apoy bigla.
Napatigil naman ako sa sinabi niya. "Why would I send him a letter?", tanong ko pabalik sakaniya. Isang malaking question mark ang gumuhit sa mukha ni Letty. "It's because you send him letters everyday and he is your fiancé, my lady", pagkasagot ni Letty ako naman ang may malaking question mark sa mukha.
Footah! Nakalimutan ko na si book-Alexandria ay arranged marriage sa male lead na si Chadwick Vaillant. Huh? Everyday nagpapadala ng sulat si book-Alexandria? Eh base sa memories na nakita, last kita nila or pag-uusap ay noong 12th birthday ni book-Alexandria kung kailan din napag-usapan yung marriage namin. So, apat na taon na hindi sila nagkikita pero itong gagang ito, deds na deds sa lalaking iyon?
Kaya naman pala papatayin ka ng lalaking iyon, araw-araw kang nagpapadala ng sulat. Tapos ni isang reply na galing sakaniya, WALA! Naku book-Alexandria, desperate much?
Sa daang-daang sulat na pinadala mo sakaniya, isa lang ang reply. Binuksan ko ang drawer sa ibaba ng table ko. From what I remembered on book-Alexandria's memories, dito niya itinago ang nag-iisang sulat sakaniya ni Chadwick. Kinuha ko ito at binasa.

It's a great day to go outside today. It would be nice if you go on a stroll and think about all the bad things you did. Please refrain from sending me unimportant letters as I am busy every single day.

Bigla akong tinayuan ng balahibo sa nabasa kong sulat. Super cold. Ano ba nagustuhan ni book-Alexandria dito sa lalaking ito?!
"Now that you mention it Letty, I will send Lord Chadwick a letter and this will be my last letter", kunot-noo naman akong tinignan ni Letty. Mukha siyang hindi naniniwala.

Let's keep it short and simple and most of all direct. No more flowery words, the obsession of book-Alexandria to that cold bastard ends now. Binigay ko kay Letty ang sulat ko saka naman siya umalis agad para ipadala ito. Naiwan naman akong nag-iisa dito sa kwarto.
Buti nalang at nabasa ko ang letter na iyon. That really helps me with my survival. Actually, canceling that arranged marriage is my step one to survive. In Chadwick's ending route kasi, ilang beses ng nagrequest si Chadwick na-icancel ang agreement para magkatuluyan na sila ni Charlotte. Ayaw naman nitong gaga.
Chadwick fell in love with Charlotte, kaya naman halos sumabog sa selos si book-Alexandria. Sa sobrang selos, she attempted to poison Charlotte. But sadly, hindi nalason si Charlotte yung nalason ay yung personal maid niya. Nagkaroon ng investigation, hanggang sa may nagturo na si book-Alexandria ang suspect.
Naturally, nagalit si kuya mong Chadwick. There was a trial of course since a noble tried to harm another noble, and that's how book-Alexandria died. She received a death penalty by being hanged. Crazy...
Since Lord Chadwick is insisting on cancelling this marriage, might as well agree. Ayaw ko po mategi. Next male lead is Ashton Heroux, the crown prince. He stabbed me on my chest using his favorite sword. He caught book-Alexandria harassing Charlotte. Pina-imbestigahan niya si book-Alexandria kaya nalaman niya lahat ng mga krimeng pinaggagagawa niya hindi lang kay Charlotte pati na rin sa ibang tao. So saksak sa puso ang punishment.
Napapakamot nalang ako sa ulo. Napaka-brutal na nang sinapit sa kamay nung dalawang lalaki, mas brutal pa sa 3rd male lead. Daryl Louet, the master of the assassin guild. He is a royal blood from a fallen empire at dito pa talaga sa Kershian Kingdom nagtayo ng guild. Sa dinami-raming klaseng guild, assassin guild pa ang naisip which is very illegal.
At ang lalaking ito ang hinding-hindi ko dapat ma-meet. Feeling ko, madaplisan ko lang kaunti ang damit niya ay lilipad na ang ulo. Paano namatay si book-Alexandria sa Daryl ending route? Ha!
Alexandria kidnapped Charlotte and planned to cut her limbs, sadly, nakatunog ang master assassin sa plano ng gaga hinabol ito kaya ayun. Lumipad ang ulo ni gaga. He decapitated her without holding a trial.
Bigla akong kinilabutan at napahawak sa leeg ko. 'To all the Gods out there, please don't let our path crossed'. Jusmiyo!
1. Cancel the marriage agreement with Chadwick Vaillant.
2. Enter Kershian Academy without meeting the main characters especially Daryl.
3. Let's keep it low-key. Don't mind the people around you.
4. Let's live a happy life and graduate peacefully.
So far, we were able to cancel the agreement. I still have two months bago ang pasukan. I still have other problems aside from keeping myself from meeting the main characters. HA!
I still have a reputation to fix. Ngayon lang nag-sink saakin na lubog na lubog ang reputasyon ni book-Alexandria dahil sa kamalditahan niya. But for now, matutulog na muna ako at napigang napiga ang utak ko.
"Miss Alexandria, your lunch is ready". On second thought, let's eat first.
