Chapter 34: Raid Meeting
Fel POV
"Now that we´re all here I´d like to thank all of you who helped in gathering information." Nighteye
I am sitting at a big table next to Yoshiro. There is a lot of heroes.
But why are kids here?
A blue-skinned girl stood up.
"We at the Nighteye agency were last few weeks investigating a yakuza group called Shie Hassaikai." Bubble girl
"I am Centipeder. I was personally leading the tracking of the group and their activity was steadily rising in the last weeks." Centipeder
"In the past, Shie Hassaikai was suspected of selling illegal drugs. I requested assistance from a hero who is a veteran in this field" Nighteye
"I cracked a lot of cases with drugs and just a few days ago during the U.A. internships Tamaki was shot with a quirk suppressing bullet." Fatty
Damn, that sounds like an actual nightmare.
"Fortunately it wasn´t permanent and Tamaki swiftly recovered." Fatty
If it was fatal that would´ve been real shitty.
"I´ve invited a hero with erasing quirk for this part." Nighteye
"The drug is drastically different from my quirk. You see when I use my quirk despite its name I don´t erase someone´s quirk. I prohibit them from using it." Aizawa
"When Tamajiki was shot we found out that his quirk itself was damaged." Fatty
I got it. So erasure is like having a limp dick and the drug is like having your dick cut off.
"Thanks to our intern Red Riot we managed to get the content of the bullet. We examined the content and were immediately disgusted. It turns out the drug is made out of human tissue." Fatty
"Kai Chisaki the leader of Shie Hassaikai has a daughter. Her details are completely unknown, but when we encountered her she had bandages all over her body. With that, we can say he´s using his daughter´s body to make those bullets. Our objective is to rescue her." Nighteye
I dozed off for a while because the meeting became boring really quickly.
Yoshiro bumped into me.
"Hey, we gotta go." Yoshiro
"Huh?"
I look around and the meeting room is already half empty. Everyone is preparing to leave.
"You really have the attention span of a five-year-old." Yoshiro
"Shut up, man!"
"How did you fall asleep after hearing that heartbreaking story?" Yoshiro
"How couldn´t I? I heard hundreds of these. There are a lot of suffering children in the hands of villains. I can´t save all of them."
"What if it was your kid?" Yoshiro
"It´s not. That´s the point. This meeting was a waste of time."
"Then go home. I need to do something." Yoshiro

"Ooooh? Did some beautiful heroine catch my brother-in-law´s heart?"
Yoshiro flips me off and I drive back home.
Rei greets me with a hug.
"Welcome home. Where did you leave Yoshi?" Rei
"I don´t know. How about we have a bet?"
"*giggle* You will lose and you know it." Rei
"I´ll show you."
"So what are we betting on?" Rei
"About when will he come home"
"Ok, I say tomorrow morning." Rei
"Hoho, you really believe that? I bet that he´ll come back before midnight. I´ll eat my shoe if you are right."
"Great! If you´re right I won´t say no to whatever request you have." Rei
"Ooh, you´re gambling it all. Then prepare to help me build my new Lego Millenium Falcon."
"We´ll see." Rei
NEXT DAY
We are camping in front of the agency to look for Yoshiro.
"I still can´t fucking believe it."
"I told you. Do you like the taste of leather? Just for reference." Rei
"It can still be a draw. If he comes afternoon nobody wins."
On the horizon I see a lanky guy walking towards us with a coat in his hand.
"Can you smell it? That´s the smell of defeat. You´ll also taste it in a moment." Rei
"Nooooooooooooooo!"
Yoshiro slowly came here. He doesn´t look happy to see us.
"Is that a bite mark on your neck? My little bro is such an adult." Rei
"What the hell? Is your girlfriend a dog?"
He ignored us both and went into his bedroom.
"So what about the shoes?" Rei
"Mercy?"
"No mercy for the wicked." Rei
"How about we bet on who he was with?"
"You sir are playing a dangerous game. But how can we guess that?" Rei
"We´ll take turns asking him and who finds out wins. Double or nothing? How about that?"
"You never learn." Rei
"Let the interrogation begin."
Yoshiro´s gonna be really grumpy.
