In that, you can see the missions issued by Oak Corall, and your rewards for completing them. Free wifi is available in the lab and in any Pokemon Center for Pokedex holders. I suggest you familiarise yourself with the app before you set off. Alex here will be the liaison for your batch. If you need to contact the lab for any reason, you will have to establish contact through him. And now, some words from Alex" said Professor Oak.

"A few things to be noted. The monthly sponsorship amount will be deposited into your account at the start of every month. You are free to spend the money in any way you wish, but the understanding is that the money will be spent on your Pokemon.
As you are not yet 16, you are not allowed to access any wild area that is rated C or above, and you are not allowed to use any passages that have been marked unsafe by the Alliance.
Your maximum carry limit is 6. That means you can carry only 6 Pokemon. If you catch a 7th Pokemon, the Pokeball will be locked. You can visit the nearest Pokemon Center to send one of your Pokemon to Oak Corall temporarily. Here, we have the best facilities and great quality food, and will assure you your Pokemon will be well taken care of. If you want to withdraw a Pokemon which was placed here, you must notify the laboratory at least 1 hour in advance. Depositing Pokemon required no advanced notice, but a message after would greatly be appreciated.
Lastly, if you find any rare Pokemon you cannot raise or rare items that you cannnot use, you can notify Oak Corall. We will make sure you are properly compensated for whatever you contribute.

Professor Oak and Alex watched as everyone shuffled out. They then noticed that one boy stayed behind.
"Good evening Professor Oak! Hello Alex!" said Joseph.
"Hello, Joseph. What's up?" asked Alex.
"Professor, I was wondering if I could take Crobat with me?" asked Joseph.
"Crobat? What one?" asked Professor Oak.
"The rogue Crobat from Hurik Town Professor. It led the Zubat to riot and was attacked by the ranger force. I managed to capture it. The man from the International Police, called Eyebrow said he sent the Crobat to you to have some tests done. He also said I could take it from you when I become a trainer" said Joseph excitedly.
"Ah! I remember the Crobat. It had its best towards the sky when it first came, causing all kinds of trouble. It was roughed up by my Dragonite and Alakazam a little, and it settled down after that" said Professor Oak.
"Can I take Crobat with me? Please?" asked Joseph.
"Now hold on there young man. That Crobat is not something you can handle. If you do take it with you, at best it will run away and at worst it will cut you up" said Professor Oak.
"But I just saw Crobat yesterday. It was listening to me" said Joseph.
"It listens to everyone on the ranch. Because if it doesn't, it will be visited by my Dragonite. It's the same with every Pokemon on the ranch" informed Professor Oak.
"Now, I'm not one to separate you from Crobat if you are truly meant to be, but I refuse to let you take it unless you have sufficient strength to control it. How about this, you can go on your adventure and train up your Pokemon. Circle back to Pallet when you have 4 Gym Badges, and pass the test I will give you at that time. If you do, I'll let you take Crobat" said Professor Oak after considering for a while.
"Yes Professor!" I will come back soon to get Crobat!" said Joseph dejectedly.
Joseph then walked away. Alex was about to follow him, when Professor Oak said, "Alex, wait."
"Yes Professor?" asked Alex.
"It's around 4 30 now. I have to go somewhere, and I am expected to be back around 6. Mean while, I have an assignment for you" said Professor Oak.
"Oh boy! My first assignment as a research fellow" though Alex excitedly
"What will you have me do Professor?" he asked.
