Chapter 13: Constant Cultivation
The garden was filled with countless chi, all of the energy flowed towards one area, which was where Ena was currently cultivating. If someone could see the chi, the way Ena was drawing the chi towards her core was majestic.
The lilac colored chi circulated throughout her core as it flowed through her body. The warmth embraced her as the purple core of chi glowed brightly, she was at the peak of breaking through.
With one deep breath, she drew all of the surrounding chi into her core as it glowed brightly one last time.

The feeling after drinking warm lemon tea with honey enveloped her as her meridians refined and her chi flowed more freely.

"That felt nice, now I'm one stage away from breaking through to the next cultivation level." Ena said in satisfaction.
'Yue, what will I be practicing now?'
「 You will be now working on Chi Shaping. If you're able to shape chi, you'll be able to cover your hand with sharp chi that's as sharp as a knife. 」
'I see, so how do I shape the chi? Last time I tried it, it bent in a weird way.'
「 That was because of your low cultivation level, but there's more to that. It's most likely because the chi you poured into your finger was too little, thus the chi that was flowed outwards couldn't be shaped properly. Now that your cultivation level is higher, it should be much easier to shape. However, if you pour too much or pour too little, the shaping would naturally fail. 」
Following the explanation Yue told her, Ena held up her finger and poured chi into it. She started to test a few things out, when she poured the balanced amount of chi into her finger, the sharp pointy chi projected from her fingers. Seeing that the amount was right, she decided to decrease the amount to see what would happen, it was as Yue told, the chi bent in a weird way and soon disappeared. When she poured too much of it, the chi projected from her finger burst and disappeared.
Walking over to the tree, she easily pierced through the tree with her finger that was covered with her sharp chi.
"This really is amazing, it felt like I was poking soft ice cream." said Ena in amazement.
She proceeded to poke several holes in the tree because it was quite satisfying, but she couldn't do that for any longer since she wanted to cultivate.
Leaning on the tree in a sitting position, she cleared her mind as she focused on the atmosphere that surrounded her. The cool breeze of the wind passed through her giving off a calming feeling. With her mind cleared and her eyes closed, she began to feel the chi that surrounded her. Since chi was a form of life-force that was in anything and everything, it meant chi was basically everywhere.
Small waves of lilac colored chi appeared in the darkness, the waves of energy started flowing towards her as it entered her core. The warm feeling was sensed throughout her body, the chi started to pour in as the cultivation started. The chi circulated through the meridians and her veins throughout her body.
After 30 minutes of cultivating, her core trembled a bit since there was no more chi being poured in. When Ena opened her eyes, she saw that the sun was already going doing down, getting up, she started walking towards the door.

Ena smiled in satisfaction at the one thousand increase, though it was quite disappointing she couldn't reach two thousand.
When she made it back into the house, her footsteps were echoed through the hallways in the silence. Her parents were still working around this time and were quite busy with their matters, so naturally they were home. Alice was most likely with her instructor training and was going to be done in an hour.
Making her way into her room, she sat on top of the bed and began to ponder.
'Yue, is the chi in my house rich?'
「 Yes, since it's built on pure land, it's needless to say that your house would be filled with rich chi. 」
'Pure land?'
「 Pure land is the natural land of the world you currently live in. Other houses would be built on land where the grounds their house was built top of was made by humans. But the ground your house is built on hasn't been modified on at all, it's sitting on top of a real piece of Utopia. With it's pure ground,it would naturally produce with rich chi. 」
'I see.'
That explanation was all Ena needed, she sat in an upright position and started cultivating. Dozens of purple orbs was already in her sight as she started drawing them in towards her core. As it started to flow through her body, the rich purple chi started refining her acupoints, her arms, and her legs.
The chi circulated through her head which will give her a focused and calm mind, it can also help resist against against mental attacks. Opening up her chi flow along with meridian refinement, it allows Ena to control chi more easily as well as drawing in chi and projecting chi out. With one last deep breath, the energy was drawn in into her core as her core glowed brightly.

Ena smiled in satisfaction, rich chi was surely different from the natural tree. Right before she was about to leave the room, a sentence rang through her head which made her stop.
