Topic: The End of the Grapist

In: Boards ► Places ► America ► Brockton Bay Discussion

Bagrat (Original Poster) (Veteran Member) (The Guy in the Know)

Posted On Mar 7th 2011:

Well, ladies and gentlemen.

It finally happened.

Tonight, the reign of the Grapist has ended in a swift and brutal manner.

Ladies, please hold your celebrations for a moment while I explain what details we have.

Firstly, Grapist attacked a new cape (no name yet), a female cape, who was attacking his men.

Anyone familiar with Grapist's methods can probably tell where this is going, but we don't have information on what exactly happened afterwards because the only surviving witnesses fled (two girls who Grapists men were assaulting before the cape showed up)

What we do know is the aftermath, because at some point Midas showed up and things turned fatal, with eleven unpowered merchants killed and the Grapist himself shot in the head by Midas himself.

Now, I'm sure a lot of you are celebrating (and I certainly won't miss reading about Grapists crimes against the fairer sex, hero's and civilians alike) but bare in mind... Midas executed another cape, a blatant violation of the Unwritten rules.

Have to wonder what's going to come of this

Finally, it's about time someone put that midget out of everyone else's misery.

He got what was coming to him, it's just a shame it took a villain to actually do something about him.

Shadow Stalker, do not celebrate the deaths of villains.

And just like that, sexual assault statistics are gonna take a steep dive. The only question is why nobody did this sooner.

Well played to Midas, he probably did more for the woman of Brockton Bay in the past 24 hours than the PRT have in years.

Definitely more if he keeps hitting the Merchants, maybe he'll pay the ABB a visit next and actually make it safe for women to walk the streets again.

But no, scold Shadow Stalker because she's happy a psychotic rapist is dead.

Woooo!

Midas, if you're reading this I owe you a beer!

Rot in hell you fucking midget

Shadow Stalker, Assault, come to my office.

Queenie might be a bitch, but for once I actually agree with her.

I have classmates who Grapist assaulted

Fuck the Grapist, if there is a hell I hope he's being made some demons bitch

And now I'm actually agreeing with Void on something, Brockton gets weirder every day

I hope Midas doesn't get in too much trouble for this

Allow me to provide some much needed details on this particular issue.

I did kill Grapist, I won't deny that. I also had his men executed, but I didn't do so because I wanted to.

I was indeed hunting Grapist to deprive Skidmark of another cape for our upcoming battle, but I planned to take him prisoner and hand him over to the PRT at a later date, I have no desire for such a being to be walking free after all.

However, when I found him he was in the process of stripping a young new heroine named Weaver, no doubt so he could live up to his name, and by the time I had arrived, he had unmasked her.

After defeating him, I made the decision to kill Grapist and all the men who saw Weavers face to protect her identity from the Merchants, I swore my own men to secrecy (on pain of joining the Merchants should they forget the importance of discretion)

I won't apologise for my actions, as nobody, Hero or Villain deserves to be unmasked in such a way and I wasn't going to rely on the common sense or decency of some drug addled fools.

So yes, I killed him and I'd do it again.

Grapist is dead?

Finally, even Skidmark should have had enough common sense to put down such a rabid dog, but what can you expect from a filthy ****** (moderator edit: We've warned you about that kind of language before, enjoy your two week ban)

If Midas is telling the truth, he upheld the Unwritten rules, not broke them. Killing people who break the Unwritten rules isn't a violation of them, I should know I've sniped enough dumbasses who thought they were above them.

On one hand, a mass rapist is never gonna hurt anyone again (or send me threatening messages for making fun of him on the show)

On the other... wait, is there a downside?

Uber L33T Purple Midget is dead, we gonna do a news report?

►Uber (Verified Cape)

Replied On Mar 7th 2011:

Hey, I'm game. Leet's tinkering, but we can come up with a script. Didn't have anything planned for the next episode yet anyway.

Think Midas would do an interview?

Seriously though, how do you manage to be the most hated cape in a town full of Nazis?

Victor ...I'd say no offence, but you're literally Nazis so absolutely offence. Much offence.

►Battery (Verified Cape)

Replied On Mar 7th 2011:

Say what you want about Midas, but the streets just became a little safer for women, capes and civilians alike.

►La Brava (Verified Cape)

Replied On Mar 7th 2011:

Midas has done more for the city than some heroes, he shouldn't get punished for this!

►Clockblocker (Verified Cape)

Replied On Mar 7th 2011:

Aww, civilians, heroes and villains all united in celebration!

And people think Grapist never did anything with his life, at least his death did something nice.

Seriously though, I've rescued women and girls (some far younger than me) from the Merchants who followed Grapist, fuck him. Anyone mourning him doesn't realise what a fucking monster he was.

And yes, I'm already on my way to your office boss, literally no regrets.

Office. Now.

►Weaver (Unverified Cape)

Replied On Mar 7th 2011:

Midas is telling the truth, I wasn't planning on getting into any fights yet since I'm new to this but...

I saw some girls being attacked and couldn't just stand aside, I didn't realise another cape was nearby.

If Midas had been any later, I'd have been raped. If Midas hadn't killed them, the Merchants would be able to find my identity and would probably blackmail me or something.

I just hope my carelessness doesn't get Midas into any more trouble than... well, him being a villain already does.

It felt weird to defend a villain, even weirder to have that little unverified tag next to her name on her new account. She needed to take a picture of herself in uniform for a verified tag but until her new outfit was ready she wasn't going out again anyway.

It took her seven showers and a medical check up before she even started to feel safe again, thankfully she hadn't caught anything in the brief time he...

She hadn't caught anything.

Shuddering to herself, she paused as she got a new notification. She'd just been watching the thread go on with people, mostly women, celebrating Grapists death.

Some admitted to being his victims, telling horrible stories that made her minute of helplessness seem trivial at times.

It didn't stop her from waking up in a cold sweat feeling grubby fingers groping at her small chest.

She'd decided what she wanted to do as a hero, before she just wanted to make the city better and now she knew exactly how.

Brockton Bay's sexual assault statistics were horrifying, the Merchants forcing women into prostitution or just raping them for fun, the ABB's brothels to be filled with kidnapped or blackmailed women, even minorities in Empire territory sometimes found themselves raped by skinheads. Very rarely, apparently it was something that'd get you punished in the Empire, whether that was because they raped someone or because they slept with a minority was debatable, but it still happened.

And she wanted to stop it.

Opening her notification, she froze as she read the sender's name.

Battery: You aren't the first female cape to find themselves at the hands of a perverted villain, not the first to lose to Grapist either. I don't know how far he got, but just know you have nothing to be ashamed of. If you want to talk, just message me.

She'd read up on Grapist, heard the rumours that he'd tried to molest Battery, but the general consensus was that Assault beat his ass and saved her.

The fact that a hero was messaging her was ludacris, but she powered through it.

Weaver: I wasn't raped.

Wait, that was too blunt and cold.

Weaver: He tried, he had me undressed and had undressed himself but he hadn't actually penetrated me before… well, Midas showed up.

Battery: You were lucky, I wasn't quite as lucky. Grapist held a couple dozen people at gunpoint to make me surrender, drugged up Merchants ready to fire if I tried anything. He was always a coward like that, and when I gave in he molested me, right there with dozens of people watching, when he realised he couldn't cut my uniform he resorted to making me go down on him. I know how shameful it feels to have lost and be out in that position, I didn't want to patrol for months after that, knowing so many people had watched me suck a villain's dick. I felt worthless and used, even after we managed to hide how successful Grapist was. All of his men ended up in jail, and Grapist knew better than to boast after Assault tried to kill him. I know how you must feel, trust me when I say you aren't alone.

Weaver: I didn't even mean to get into a cape fight… I just wanted to scout out the docks.

Battery: That's the problem with being a hero, especially in Brockton Bay. There's a villain around every corner, and while some have their own code like Midas, others are pure evil. It's why being an independent hero is so dangerous. Are you still planning on being a hero?

Pausing, Taylor took a deep breath and typed out her response.

Weaver: Yes, more than ever before I want to make the city a better place.

Battery: Brave, and admirable. I don't know if you've already considered it, but there's a place on the wards for you if you want it, it's a lot safer and more effective than trying solo.

Weaver: I was planning on getting some wins, building a reputation before I came to the PRT. My power isn't exactly heroic…

Battery: Heh, trust me that won't be a problem. I've seen powers way more creepy or 'villainous' than 'big control' become heroes, we can't all be Alexandria. Seriously, take some time and think about it, if you decide you want to join them just call either of these numbers. The first one is mine, the other is for the PRT desk. Vista would love another female teammate ;)

Staring at the numbers on the screen, she paused for a moment before she grabbed her phone, hesitantly before she typed one of the numbers.

Someone answered in the second ring, making her jump slightly.

"Battery here, how can I help you?" Battery asked professionally as Taylor took a deep breath.

"Umm, hi? This is Weaver." Taylor said hesitantly, smiling slightly at the change in tone as Battery started to talk, far more relaxed.

She didn't want to go through that again, but she didn't want to rely on villain's to save her, no matter how grateful she was to Midas.

She couldn't do this alone, and with a hero telling her that her power could fit in with the Wards... well, her path seemed clear.

Glory Girl

'Seriously?'

Prophets' message made her blush slightly, she hadn't even heard their voice before but she could almost hear the deadpan tone.

'Would it help if I said pretty please?'

She felt ridiculous asking this, but with so much going wrong in her life at the moment, she wanted at least one thing to go right.

'Two gang wars and Midas's schemes, and you want me to use my powers to help you make up with your boyfriend? Who I have never met.'

'You've never met me in person, and you don't seem to have any trouble reading me. Is that a no?'

'It's a 'I can't believe this is my life now'. Ugh, fine. His main problem is that he trusts his ability to read emotions far too much, and he has trouble reading you which leads to him misunderstanding things, but you won't be able to convince him he's wrong because he has too much faith in his powers. To add to it, he feels guilty because your relationship is hurting two other people, Vista and your sister, and he is too set on living up to his name. He knows Vista has feelings for him, and senses her jealousy and depression whenever she sees you two together, plus he thinks Amy has feelings for him as well (she doesn't but again, he's misunderstanding what he's sensing from her). That said, he does have feelings for you and he is still a teenage boy, prone to jealousy despite his attempts to be a gentleman. It comes from being able to sense other men's lust for you, including his teammates and friends.'

Smiling to herself, she shook her head slightly at the mention of Vista and Amy. She knew Misty had a crush on Dean, but the younger girl was very mature about it most of the time, but then she couldn't sense emotions so she could have just been putting on a brave face.

His words about Amy made her frown, she thought Amy had a crush on Dean as well, it was why she'd tried to set her up with other men to help her sister move on, but she'd ask Prophet about that another time, she didn't want to wear out his patience with her.

She was fairly certain that Prophet was a he, anyway.

'So… any advice on how to get him to take me back?'

'First of all, he dumped you. You shouldn't go crawling back to him because he dumped you over a jealous fit, it shows weakness and would make him think he was right to suspect you, you'd look guilty. You need to make him come crawling back to you, make him desperate to win you back not the other way around. He should be grateful and relieved when you let him become your boyfriend again, it'll stop him from doing this again in the future.'

Grabbing a pen, she started to write this down. Who needed relationship columns in gossip magazines when you had a Thinker friend?

She couldn't deny that his words made her smile, Dean was in the wrong here and he should be the one feeling bad, not her.

'As for how to do that? As I said, he's prone to jealousy and if you seemingly move on, it'll make him panic. He's almost certainly expecting you to come back to him, as you have dozens of times. It'll be hard to fool him since he's an Empath, but as I also said before he's almost prone to misunderstandings. Make him jealous, dating you is a privilege not a right and he threw it away, he needs to earn it back. He'll probably confront you, thinking he was right about you sending pictures to other men, but go aggressive and put him on the defensive. Tell him he wasted his chance when he accused you of cheating and you're moving on. I doubt you'll even need to try and fake being offended, since his accusations suggest a considerable lack of trust in you. That's the best I have without meeting him, I can only get so much from videos and second hand information. If I was that powerful, I wouldn't be struggling to work out Midas.'

Huh, the solution to fixing that fact that Dean was jealous was to… make him more jealous? It made some sense to her, Dean had stepped in and stopped conversations between her and other guys before even if they were innocent enough, but if he could sense that they were attracted to her then that made a lot more sense.

She knew she was sexy, and admittedly she enjoyed flirting with people, even if it was just harmless.

But who the hell could she talk into this without giving them the wrong impression? Dennis? No, definitely not. Maybe Chris? No, he'd misunderstand and she was pretty sure he had a crush on her so that'd be cruel. Rory wouldn't play along with dumb teenage drama.

She didn't want to use anyone who didn't know about Dean's life as Gallant because she'd risked their secret identities enough already-

'Quick question. You're male, right?'

'Also a decade older than you.'

Prophet's immediate response told her that he absolutely knew where she was going with this, making her giggle.

'Does that really matter? I'm legal, and we'd just be playing pretend anyway.'

'Remind me why I thought helping you was a good idea again?'

'Because I'm adorable? If you're worried about your identity, we can always meet 'on the job''

'I don't even have an outfit for Prophet, my powers don't lend themselves to action. I prefer to work from a distance. I'm not worried about my identity, I trust you and you've learnt your lesson after this whole mess. Fuck it, are you free?'

'Just hanging around at home, why?'

'I'm overseeing the construction of my new business, wanna come and meet face to face?'

'Wait, seriously?'

'As I said, I trust you.'

Staring at the address he sent, she looked it up and then promptly deleted her message log, she had definitely learnt her lesson.

Opening her window, she simply flew out of it and set off, deliberately taking a long and random path to her final destination, making it look like she was just patrolling (even stopping a mugging in the process).

The Docks were… too quiet, normally she'd have had to stop a dozen crimes instead of just one, and that made her frown. The Merchants were planning something.

For now, she simply landed a couple of streets away from the address he gave her and walked the rest of the way, spotting a building that was far more active than the rest as some men in construction outfits fitted in a new window.

"Victoria, right? The boss is inside." one of them called out, making her nod, giving them a smile and a wave as she headed into the building.

Only one of the men wasn't wearing a construction outfit, drawing her attention to the handsome Asian man as he looked over some papers, talking to a worker.

Spotting her, he patted the man on the back and straightened up, waving her over.

"Victoria, a pleasure to meet you face to face." he said, a cultured… and familiar voice, making her narrow her eyes, which made him chuckle deeply. "We can talk in my office, I don't want to get in the way of the workers, the club is almost finished and I don't want any delays. Follow me." Prophet said, his voice still stuck in her mind.

Following behind carefully, her mind raced as she placed exactly where she'd heard his unique accent before, as Midas taunted the PRT men he had at turret point.

Entering a fancy office, he didn't go for the desk and instead sat down on a leather loveseat, pouring himself a glass of whiskey.

"Ask away, I know you have questions." Prophet asked as she hesitated before she sat down next to him. Why would Midas give up his secret identity like this?

"Who are you?" Vicky asked eventually, making him smile.

"Jin Yukimura, also known as Prophet." Jin answered immediately, taking a sip.

"And Midas?" Vicky asked, making him shake his head.

"The unwritten rules say you can't ask that, but I will say I have a twin brother who I haven't seen in… a few years. I know my brother's style, his handiwork." Jin admitted as she relaxed, her gaze softening.

That had to be hard.

"You think your brother is…"

"I know my brother is Midas, fortunately he doesn't know I'm Prophet, not yet. I don't know what he'll do when he finds out." Jin admitted as she placed a hand on his comfortingly. "I'm not too worried about revealing his identity because… well I'm not sure he ever takes the mask off anyway, if he has a civilian name he actually uses it's not the one he was born with."

Jin

It was only a matter of time before people linked Jin with Midas, both appeared in Brockton at the same time, and my accent is too unique for me to really hide it, I don't have theatrical training and I suck at faking accents. Even if the Thinkers can't link us, I can't count on people being blind and deaf, and I certainly can't rely on the Unwritten Rules.

Jin has a legal background in this world, and my hackers made a few minor changes to add a brother to my family tree.

I looked up my own background, in case I ever get quizzed on it, and both my parents died in a Slaughterhouse Nine attack when I was young while I was presumed dead. Everyone who could claim that I didn't have a brother was murdered, and the altered files should hold up to inspection.

So, this is my new plan. Jin isn't Midas, Jin is Midas's twin brother, who is also a Thinker and is more heroically inclined. It's a dumb plan, but it just might work. And if it doesn't? Well, I'm not that attached to my name and if I have to put my changer power to use, I'll live with someone else's face for a few months while the heat dies down.

It wouldn't even be the first time I had a false identity made, I had one in my past life in case… Well, I had some of the alphabet agencies looking into my business a couple of times, nothing ever came of it but still it was enough for me to want to have an escape plan.

Plans within schemes within plots, I'll keep them guessing.

If I'm going to keep this up, I need more Thinker powers to actually play the parts of two different Thinkers? Which is why I've decided to focus on my Schemer class for now.

[Schemer Upgrade Quest]

Objective One: Have someone not directly working for you defeat one of your enemies.

Objective Two: Blackmail three people successfully

Objective Three: Acquire Blackmail material on three different people [x]

It's a shame that the first and second objective don't count previous actions, or I'd be done with this already.

Besides, having an alter ego that's helping people against me means I'll be able to leverage some level of control against those who are trying to take me down.

Glory Girl

"So, what are you planning?" she asked, making Jin chuckle dryly.

"For now, open my club and work as a cape information broker, a neutral party. I can't act against Midas directly, he's stronger than me, but I can make life difficult for him. Midas's best weapon is that nobody knows anything about him, even I don't know as much as I wish I did, I can change that." Jin said with a slight grin.

"And if he comes for you?" Vicky asked hesitantly, making Jin sigh to himself.

"Well, we'll cross that bridge if it comes to that. There's a reason I'm making alliances with various heroes, maybe I'll even go to the PRT if I have no other choice." Jin said with a shrug, making her nod seriously. "For now, my best weapon is anonymity. He'll find out I'm in the city sooner or later, but the longer I can hide the fact that I'm Prophet the better."

"I promise nobody will find out from me, I go to clubs anyway so me coming here when it's open shouldn't draw any attention…" Vicky admitted, making him chuckle.

"As I said, I trust you. I'm a very good judge of character." Jin said, making her blush slightly. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing."

Shaking her head, she smiled up at the gently smiling man. Deciding to change the subject, to get away from such a gloomy subject as an evil twin brother, she grinned up at him, making him tilt his head slightly before he sighed.

"Soooo~" Vicky said slowly, pressing her side against him as he rolled his eyes and took another sip of his drink,

"You realise that I really don't want to get dragged into teenage drama, right? I escaped this highschool level bullshit a long time ago." Jin deadpanned, making her grin up at him with a playful smile, deliberately pressing her breasts against his arms.

"Come on~ is it really so bad to have a sexy young blonde flirting with you?" Vicky asked, happy for the lightened mood. "You don't even need to do anything, just smile and let the hot blonde teen do all the work." Vicky teased as he rolled his eyes.

"I feel like you haven't actually thought it through, first of all what's the chance that Dean would actually see you flirting with me? Unless you think he'll be here as well." Jin pointed out, making her grin.

"Please, I'm a celebrity. If I come here, I guarantee pictures will end up online, plus I can post them on my various social media profiles and he'll see them that way. Sure, me flirting with an older man won't help my reputation but… eh, it's not like it can make it any worse at this point." Vicky said with a shrug.

People were two-faced and things like this told her a lot about the people she thought were her friends, she'd heard rumours ranging from believable to outlandish.

She'd remember the ones who whispered behind her back and made fun of her later, because she was sure they'd change their minds again the next time she did something amazing.

"Or we can get you a actual hero costume and meet as Glory Girl and Prophet, you need one anyway since if you don't then you won't be protected by some of the unwritten rules, being a public hero has its risks you know, and if you do business as Prophet without a hero identity then people can attack you while you're in your civilian outfit." Vicky warned, making him sigh and nod.

"I suppose you're right about that, this is why I like working over the phone." Jin agreed, making her shrug apologetically.

That would only protect him for so long, he wouldn't be the first thinker to try to never make a public appearance and she couldn't think of a single one that had actually succeeded. They always got tracked down eventually.

"Yup, if you need any help picking an outfit just ask, I'm kinda a fashionista you know~ also my family does business with Parian if you have the money to commission her." Vicky said before she grinned. "But no trying to slip out of this, do I have to beg you to help me make Dean jealous?" Vicky asked, giving him her best puppy dog eyes as he sighed.

"This is a terrible idea." Jin deadpanned as she decides to pull out her big guns, moving from his side and sitting directly in his lap, wrapping her arms around her neck as she gave him a sultry grin.

"You liked the pictures Midas posted, didn't you?" Vicky asked, his breath brushing against her face as she leaned forwards. "I never did properly thank you for helping me, did I?" Vicky asked as she leaned forwards and gently pressed her lips against his, feeling his hands move to her backside, sliding under the short white skirt she wore as Glory Girl.

She could taste the expensive whiskey on his tongue, the rich taste making her grin.

She wore white bike shorts underneath it, not dumb enough to fly around in a skirt, but his hands still gently carressed her ass while she deepened the kiss.

Breaking it, she panted slightly as she grinned at him.

"The rumours were right about one thing, I am a pretty… promiscuous girl, I've never cheated on Dean but we've broken up dozens of times and a girl has needs you know?" Vicky whispered, feeling him grow erect beneath her, the bulge pressing against her undercarriage.

"This is still a very bad idea." Jin replied quietly as she grinned back at him, his hands still caressing her butt gently.

"So?" Vicky replied, reaching up and tugging the top of her white and gold dress down, his gaze drawn to her large pale breasts.

She'd forever deny that she had Amy slowly make them bigger after one of her break ups with Dean.

"Isn't it fun to do something stupid once in a while? Capes don't have the best life expectancy anyway, it's why we should enjoy every day like it could be our last." Vicky said with a smile, why would she get self conscious over her nudity after half the world had seen her nude? "Pretty please, I'll make it worth your while. Why fake it to make Dean jealous and risk him finding out when I can actually punish him for dumping me?" Vicky asked, making Jin sigh despite the lust in his eyes.

"You are… incorrigible." Jin chuckled, making her grin at him.

"So~" she asked in a singsong voice.

"Fine, I'll help you make your dumb boyfriend jealous." Jin agreed with another deep sigh. "But when this all goes wrong, I'd like it to be on record that I called it."

"Is that your big Thinker brain telling you this is a bad idea?" Vicky asked, making him chuckle.

"No, I've used it too much today already, that's why I'm drinking to dull the headache." Jin deadpanned, making her flinch slightly.

Oops, she forgot about Thinker headaches…

"What's telling me this is a bad idea is basic common sense. Having a Ward angry at Prophet isn't exactly a good thing, plus it'll draw more attention to me which will speed up Midas catching on." Jin explained, making her wince again.

She hadn't thought of that either.

"That said, I'm not particularly fond of the PRT, too many rules and regulations, and frankly if I can avoid Midas working it out for more than a week it'll be a minor miracle. I'm already making plans to deal with my brother after he catches on. Though if I get attacked, I'm using you as a human shield." Jin deadpanned, making her giggle as she floated out of his lap and spun around in the air.

"Never fear, squishy Thinker, the big strong teenage girl will protect you!" Vicky said in an over-the-top voice, making him chuckle.

"That reminds me, Midas is a brute." Jin warned, making her pause as she floated back down, staring him down. "I'm not sure how powerful it is, but he could turn his skin to some sort of golden alloy when we were younger. I think he's hiding it as a secret weapon, so be careful if you ever meet him in person. Also, I'm 75% percent sure he's recruited the Undersiders into his organisation, you can tell your mother that as well."

"Oh yeah… sorry about mom, she insisted I give her your number…" Vicky said awkwardly, making him smile.

"It's fine, I expected it and we came to an agreement." Jin said easily. "The PRT will probably want you to hand over my details as well, feel free to give them my number. I might not be in a rush to join them, but having positive relations with them can only help in the long run."

"Got it, it'd be pretty funny if they tried to get Dean to ask me for your number." Vicky admitted, a small grin on her face. "But that's boring talk… you have a half-naked barely legal blonde in front of you and you want to talk about her mom and the government?" Vicky teased, making him chuckle.

"You don't have to do this, I've already agreed to help you." Jin said gently, making her grin as she reached down and grabbed her bike shorts, floating a few feet off the ground as she pulled them down and let them fall to the floor, hovering back over to him and sitting back in his lap without the extra layer of protection.

"Do you want to know a secret?" Vicky whispered, moving his hands to her bare ass, her tiny white thong doing nothing to stop his fingers from groping the firm flesh. "I know why Dean thought I was cheating on him… he can't keep up with my sex drive. " Vicky admitted.

She'd always been a… passionate girl, in almost everything. She just wasn't usually easy. If she was being honest with herself, she was doing this half out of arousal and half out of pure spite.

Dean dumped her for cheating on him after she'd stayed loyal for their entire relationship, like a stupid insecure douchebag. Jin was right… if they were going to get back together it'd be after he came crawling back to her and begged her to take his dumb ass back.

She just wanted to make sure he understood what he was missing thanks to his stupidity.

"Is that so? Last chance to back out." Jin warned, making her grin at him challengingly.

"Dean could never keep up with me, wanna see if a more experienced man can handle me?" Vicky asked challengingly, yelping in surprise as he rose suddenly, using his grip on her backside to carry her over to his desk.

Swiping his arm over it, he sent some paperwork and stationary go clattering to the ground as he tossed her onto it, making her grin even as her forcefield shimmered for a second, even the weak hit of her back against the wood disabling it.

"...I've always wanted to do that." Jin admitted sheepishly, making her laugh even as he moved his hands under her skirt, giving her a look as she nodded, letting him pull her thong down. Lifting it, he gave the damp spot a knowing look as she blushed slightly.

"Not a word." Vicky muttered, making him laugh as he grabbed her crown from the desk, having fallen when he threw her down. Putting it back in its rightful place, she grinned. "I take it, you want me to keep the outfit on?" Vicky asked, making him laugh.

"Who doesn't want to fuck Glory Girl?" Jin chuckled, making her smirk. It came with being a hot female hero, Dean definitely liked it when she wore her cape outfit.

"Then what are you waiting for?" Vicky asked, her legs spreading wider as he undid his belt.

As he unzipped his expensive trousers (and she knew expensive clothes when she saw them), he slowly pulled out an impressively sized cock, a couple of inches bigger than Deans and a good bit thicker as well.

She'd never say Dean had a small cock, but she wouldn't lie and say he was big either. He was very much average in the downstairs department.

Moving between her legs, he pressed the tip against her wet quim and slowly rubbed it along her slit, spreading her lower lips as he did so.

"Are you sure about this?" Jin asked, making her nod immediately. Without wasting any more time, he thrust forwards making her moan as he penetrated her, he wasn't gentle but he didn't have to be, she was a hero after all.

Wrapping her legs around his waist, she mentally taunted Dean, hoping he somehow instinctively knew his dumb mistake had led to her getting fucked by an older man.

It was kinda sexy to be just thrown onto his desk like that, and as he leaned over her and kissed her again, his hand on her breast, she moaned into his mouth and simply laid back and took it all.

"Mhmm, harder~ I can take it." Vicky moaned, feeling his thrusts speed up, their flesh slapping together as her moans filled the office.

...wait, was this place sound proof?

"Yes, every office should be soundproof." Jin added, answering her unspoken question as she grinned. Thinkers were bullshit, but she couldn't talk with super strength, flight and a forcefield… and a love/fear me aura but she didn't like to talk about that.

"Good." Vicky replied, grinning as she let her voice loose and moaned lewdly, her voice growing louder and louder as she enjoyed the feeling of having a fat cock fucking her.

He was slightly bigger than her favourite dildo, though he couldn't vibrate so it wasn't all good.

Moving her hands to his shirt, she unbuttoned it and felt herself grow wetter at the sight of a well muscled chest. She had been worried he'd be out of shape because that was the cliche for Thinkers, but he was kinda ripped.

Running her hands over his abs, she grew tired of just laying back and taking it, and clutching his shirt she flew into the air and carried him with her, it was a shame he couldn't fly because she'd always wanted a mid-flight fuck, but manouvering them both she flew them back to the ground, Jin on his back on the office floor as she straddled him, riding his cock with a grin.

"I'm on top." Vicky said teasingly as she leaned down and kissed him again, her hips bouncing as he gripped her ass again, spanking her occasionally as she yelped.

She could decide what could go through her forcefield, it was the only way she could even have physical contact, and she trusted Jin enough to let him through.

He was there for her when everything was going to shit, and that meant more than she'd admit out loud.

Grinning down at him as she rode his cock, she laughed as his gaze was drawn to her bouncing tits. There were some benefits to letting her be on top, and the show was definitely one of them.

As one of his hands moved from her ass, she took it into hers, their fingers intertwining as she moaned louder, she was going to cum soon, she could feel it.

It'd been too long, she hadn't had the time or frankly the mood to take care of her own needs lately, and she needed this.

"F-fuck…" Vicky whimpered as she sped up her grinding, slamming her hips completely down as she took his entire length before she pulled herself almost completely off, repeating the process as she felt herself start to shudder, biting her lip.

Slamming down, she let out a whining scream as she clenched down on his dick, her juices squirting out as he groaned in pleasure.

As he started to cum, she realised that neither of them had thought about protection but she shrugged a second later, she had a plan to deal with that kind of forgetfulness.

She could feel his load flooding her inner channel, her hand clutching his as she smiled down at him, panting ever so slightly.

"So, round two?" She asked, making him laugh lightly.

"God, Brandish is going to kill me and I'm probably going to hell, but definitely… round two." Jin agreed, making her grin back wildly.

She wouldn't deny that the age difference made this feel taboo… and that was kinda sexy as well.

Flying off him, she moved back to the desk and bent over it, shaking her ass at him.

"First though, I need a drink… want one?" Jin asked, pouring himself a small glass of whiskey as she paused.

"I'm not actually old enough to drink…" Vicky reminded him as he rolled his eyes.

"You're old enough to fuck, old enough to fight Drug Dealers, Nazis and fucking Endbringers." Jin countered as she paused, before shrugging.

"Heh, good point. Like I said, gotta live life like it could end at any minute right?" Vicky agreed as she fly over to him and took the offered glass, taking a sip.

She'd had beer before, and wine on rare occasion but as she sipped at the whiskey she nodded, she didn't know alcohol but it definitely tasted good.

Later

Arriving home, she flew in through the window and looked around guiltily. She'd showered at Jin's place, in his apartment above the club, but if she came back from a patrol freshly showered it was kinda…

Well, her mom knew she wasn't a virgin, she'd caught her and Dean enough times, and was surprisingly understanding, simply reminding her to lock the door and use protection.

But fucking someone she'd met for the first time today might be a little much…

Jumping into the shower again, just as an alibi, she grinned as she remembered Jin pinning her against the shower wall, staring up at him adoringly as she took his length into her mouth.

Turning the water cold, she shook her head and pulled her wandering hands back up.

Hopping out, she wrapped herself up in a towel and headed to her next goal, not bothering to knock as she entered the room.

"V-Vicky?!" Amy yelped, jumping up and grabbing the covers as she dropped her phone, her face paling as she covered her naked body.

"Oh fuck- Sorry Ames." Vicky said quickly, jumping back out as she heard Amy fiddling about inside.

"You can come in now." Amy said, her face burning as she re-entered, looking at the pyjamas Amy had clearly just thrown on.

That was… different, she'd never seen or heard Amy masturbating before-

"Sorry about that, didn't expect you to be… anyway, I need your help again." Vicky said easily, making Amy pause her brows furrowing before she frowned severely.

"You and Dean are back together already?" Amy asked as she took her arm, doing her magic as she got rid of those pesky eggs.

No condom or plan b would ever be as effective as her sister.

"Err- yes?" Vicky half asked, Amy's eyes widening.

"Vicky, what did you do?" Amy asked frostily, making her rub the back of her neck sheepishly.

"Look, it's fine. Thanks, Amy! Love you!" Vicky said, hugging Amy tightly before she did the smart thing and fled the room to avoid any more questions. "I'll leave you to your… well, have fun!" she teased as Amy went bright red.

Amy

She didn't even warn Vicky as her towel slipped, exposing a breast, and as she watched her unbelievably sexy sister flee the room she frowned.

Vicky had been fucked, hard. She could pick up the traces of sex from her touch, she'd worked with enough rape victims to recognise the signs even if Vicky had clearly been a willing participant.

Vicky went out on patrol, around the docks. Vicky was always texting someone, probably a new cape who she knew was named Prophet from overhearing Carol talking to Aunt Sarah. Someone had aimed Carol and Vicky at Midas, putting them in danger.

Prophet had aimed them at him, and she had the strangest feeling Vicky had just gone out to meet Prophet. She had no proof but Vicky wasn't easy despite the rumours.

Prophet fucked her sister.

A Thinker called Prophet is responsible for Vicky and Carol targeting you.

The moment she hit send, she was flooded with guilt and self-loathing, what if Prophet was murdered because of her message?

She'd just put a target on another cape, because Vicky possibly slept with them.

She was scum…

Excellent work, Amelia. Your reward will arrive shortly, and I'll make sure to… reward you in person when next we meet.

Blushing, she opened the file attachment and but her lip as she looked at the dozen or so pictures of Vicky, in a cliche slutty schoolgirl uniform, each picture more lewd as she stripped and posed for the camera.

So why did being wrong feel so fucking good?

Jin

Ahh, Jealousy. Such a powerful motivator.

One day, Amy is probably going to be very unhappy when she realises that the person she was sent to find was also me, but I should have enough control by then that it won't matter.

"Boss, you got another delivery." One of my minions calls out as I gesture for him to enter, watching him carry a gift basket in.

"Place it on my desk." I order calmly, watching him carefully.

"A cape in a cool red suit dropped it off, didn't even try to hide." he reports as I take the card from the top.

Nice work with Grapist, only sad I couldn't get the fucker myself. One day, I want the story, no matter how boring it is, I'll buy the drinks, and introduce you to Puppy. I wanna shake the hand that ended his life. Assault.

(I'm totally on console duty for the next decade, worth it)

The handwriting is barely legible, and he's drawn a little red stick figure of himself giving me the peace sign.

Looking at the offerings, I chuckle as I spot a six pack of good quality beer, a bottle of high-end whiskey and a bottle of wine (with the words 'I don't know wine' written on it)

"You take the beer, give the wine to Jaina." I order as I take the whiskey, it's not quite my brand of choice but it is certainly high quality enough for it to be granted a place on my shelf.

"Sir, yes, sir!" the minion says, saluting as he grabs the beers and wine quickly, fleeing before I can change my mind.

Placing the whiskey on the shelf for later, I smile to myself as I head out of my office and downstairs. My new lair has several exits, leading to other buildings which I've acquired with my new funds, which makes coming and going subtly far, far easier.

I have a meeting to get to, oh, and a war.

Skidmark probably shouldn't be an afterthought, but at this point he really is.

Checking my messages again, I laugh to myself.

Skidmark is attacking your base at 1am

Skidmark really is a shitty leader.

Brian

Being made to wait in the overly extravagant office was doing nothing for his patience as Midas kept them all waiting, but he knew a power move when he saw one.

"Alec, get off Midas's couch." Brian growled, watching his teammate lounge in the expensive looking couch looking utterly comfortable.

"Aww, do I have to?" Alec whined, and before he could retort the door opened and Midas strolled in without a care.

"No, feel free to stay lying down, it makes no difference to me." Midas said easily as he walked past them and took a seat at his desk, Brian glaring at the smiling man even as Lisa slowly entered behind him, absolutely no remorse on her face. "It's a pleasure to finally-"

"Where is my sister." Brian asked coldly, his shadows leaking out slightly, giving him an intimidating aura as he stared down Midas, making the Thinker sigh.

"So much for pleasantries. Safe, and unharmed, despite her attempts to stab me." Midas deadpanned, making his eyes widen as the screen behind Midas turned on, a picture of Aisha glaring at the camera.

"I want to see her." Brian immediately continued making Midas chuckle.

"And you shall, when I decide and not a moment sooner, now quit the petty scare tactics and let's talk like adults." Midas said idly, not even flinching as pure darkness flooded the room. "Really?" Midas drawled, not even standing as Brian moved closer, the darkness covering his actions.

"Brian, don't be such an idiot." Lisa shouted, barely audible through his darkness and completely blocked out as he completely flooded the room.

Reaching Midas, still seated, he pulled out a sharp combat knife and placed it at the seated man's throat, dispelling the darkness just enough so they could talk.

"I have several men sitting outside your sister's cell, whatever you do to me they'll do to her tenfold. If I don't call them off, I've given them free reign in how they deal with her." Midas said bluntly, staring at his helmet with no fear.

"If I take you hostage, I can make you call them off, or I could just flood this entire base and find her myself." Grue warned as Midas laughed, blatantly laughing in his face despite the blade at his throat.

"That would work… if you could make that much darkness… or if she was at this base. You can't, and she isn't so it's rather a moot point, isn't it?" Midas asked in amusement, his eyes widening as he realised his mistake.

Midas had more than one base.

"Reckless actions like this don't suit you, Brian." Midas said as he finally rose from the seat, reaching up and grabbing the knife as his eyes widened, watching his hand turn to gold followed by the rest of his body. "But everyone has a weak point, I should thank Tattletale for exposing yours. I've warned my men to test for master influence before they accept any orders from me, I have prepared for everything you could ever think of doing, now get rid of your darkness and quit this little tantrum before I do something you'll regret." Midas warned darkly, staring at him coldly.

A moment passed, and with a wave of his hand he dispelled the darkness and took a step back, he took a gamble and he lost.

This is why he didn't like taking risks, but Tattletale forced his hand.

"Brian, you idiot, how did you think this was going to go?" Lisa asked immediately as he glared at her, not wanting to listen to her condescending 'I know better than you' bullshit right now.

"Now then, allow me to make something clear. I don't particularly care about recruiting any of you except Tattletale, what I do care about is making sure Coil doesn't have access to your services. With the exception of Mr Laborn and Lisa, if any of you would rather quit the cape life and leave the city, you may leave now." Midas said as he took his seat again.

Looking around the room, he frowned at the sight of Alec grinning to himself on the couch. Hitoshi looked like he was thinking about it before he shook his head.

"Tattletale says you'll help me look after my dogs, and get more." Rachel said bluntly, staring him down.

"If it is dogs you want, it is dogs you shall have. Join me and I'll buy you an animal sanctuary where you can look after as many as you want, with people to help you while you're away." Midas offered, making Rachel's eyes widen.

"...you're not lying?" Rachel asked, making him shake his head.

"I have no reason to, it is an easy enough request to fulfill." Midas said, making Rachel nod.

"I want money as well, dog food is expensive." Rachel added, giving him a challenging look.

"Again, easily done." Midas agreed easily, making Rachel smile ever so slightly as she gave Tattletale a nod.

"I'm just here to get paid, I figure Mr Golden King pays better than our mysterious former boss, plus he was kinda an ass so fuck him." Alec deadpanned. "Can I get a couch like this? I like the golden arms, very tasteful. Ooh ,do I need to get a golden version of my outfit?"

"If you want to, and I'm sure I can arrange for a fancy couch in your room. Along with your large tv and games console of course." Midas agreed, making Alec chuckle.

"So, is that your Thinker bullshit or Tattles Thinker bullshit at work? Actually don't answer that, I don't care." Alec said, lying on his side casually.

"I wouldn't survive solo." Hitoshi admitted with a light glare, or maybe that was just his usual face. He couldn't really tell with Hitoshi sometimes.

"Excellent, it would be a shame to have to kill any of you later if you stayed with Coil." Midas said cheerfully, clapping his golden hands together with a clanging noise.

"So, what happens now… boss." Brian asked with a light growl, he'd bide his time for now but there was no way in hell he was leaving Aisha in Midas's hands.

Sharing a glance with Hitoshi, they mentally nodded at each other, their earlier conversation on both their minds.

"Now? Well, I suppose first things first we should probably deal with the Merchants about to siege this base." Midas said idly, making them all stare at him in disbelief. "Oh don't worry, it shouldn't take long."

...what?
