Adam's pov:
" I don't know when this girl is gonna wakeup . God knows why did she jumped in that FUCKING RIVER !!! kids these days are so depressed , I don't understand why don't they live their lives happily bitch ! " I was totally consumed by thoughts about that girl that I didn't even heard the knock on the door suddenly Jeremy opened the door hastily and stepped . Jeremy and I are bestfriends since childhood and he's my personal bodyguard. Though I don't need one but he's to devoted to take care of me.
" Bro who the fuck is that beauty lying in that room , and why she at your place ? . Did you guys .... had sex ? " asked Jeremy laughing .
" Bitch shout your filthy mouth . Last night I was coming back home from a meeting and I got a sudden craving to smoke , so I stopped by river as it was dark and peaceful .While I was smoking I saw thi girl on the other side of the river , she stood there for almost an hour , I was watching her . I thought she was enjoying that place as I was . But I don't know what happened , she literally jumped in it . SHE FUCKIN JUMPED IN IT ON HER OWN ! So I jumped after her to take her out , and when I brought her to the river bank she was already unconscious , she's still like that . I called the doctor , he said she'll get up on her own there's nothing to worry about , he'll check her again after she wakes up . " I said .
" Oh , so you literally saved someone brother . how come you became so nice ? . yeah I mean she's really beautiful , di d you fell for her ? " Jeremy asked me in a teasing tone .
" what made you think like that'? I haven't even seen her face properly yet , and you know I don't fall for anyone . I just saved her because , you it what other humans would've done too right ? " I said sincerely . But everything I said was a lie . I was mesmerized by her . I kept on staring her , and her beauty was enormous . she looked sad , and for some unknown reason I wanted to make her feel good . And along with these I was getting sinful thoughts , I wanted to pull her close to me , and kiss her . And I wanted to tell her that from this moment she's mine forever . But then I realised why would I fall for some pathetic person like that who wants to die and I left the thought then and there and saved her.
" Okay okayyy , I see. " said Jeremy .
" Adam , we have to discuss something about the company . Our rival company's CEO is planning something against us . I think he's still wants to take a revenge about what happened 5 years ago . " said Jeremy with a tensed face .
We heard footsteps rushing towards my study and someone knocked .
" Mr Salvatore , the girl's waking up . can you please come and check ? " . said Marry . Marry is in her 30s now . she's been vyv working as a maid at my house since past 10 years.
" Yes we are coming . Jeremy , we'll discuss about this later first let's take care about this situation . We also have to send that girl home . lets go. "
We rushed towards her room after Marry went . I hope she's well , so we can send her back to her place , her home . On our way to her room , Jeremy called the doctor. As we reached to her door I opened it . And it was complete chaos .
" WHERE AM I? WHY DONT I REMEMBER ANYTHING ?? IS THIS MY HOME ? WHO AM I ? " she was screaming and crying . She was a mess at that moment .
" Please calm down , let Mr. Salvatore come . Everything will be alright ." Marry was confronting her .
" what's going on here ? " I asked .
" Mr. Salvatore ,this lady doesn't remembers anything . I think we'll have to call the doctor " Marry said .
" Yes doctor is on his way don't worry " Jeremy said .
" who are you ? Do you know me ? Are you my brother ? " the girl asked .
suddenly Jeremy started laughing loudly. " Girl how can you call such a sexy beast your brother ? Take it back you might regret it later hahaha !! " Jeremy said and continued laughing.
" I'm not your brother . I found you yesterday in a river , so I brought you home . And we were waiting for you to wake up . Were you running from some one ? was someone threatening you ? " I asked sincerely .
" I don't ... I ...I don't remember anything . I don't even remember who I am " she sobbed.
" Mr Salvatore the doctor is here ."
The doctor checked her and prescribed few medicines . The doctor then asked me to go out and talk personally. we both went to my study.
" The girls has lost her memory due to the trauma . She's suffering a lot mentally . I don't what has happened in her past , but whatever it was , it was so horrible that she couldn't bare it and went to suicide . The shock has made her forget everything ." said the doctor .
" when will she gain her memories back ? " I asked .
" Maybe within few months or days or maybe never " the doctor said .
I paid him his fees and he went .
