In the lush forest near the town. Izumi and zoro resting below the tree. Luffy and nami going around the town accompanied by izumi's shadow clone. Izumi already gave bunch of gold to exchange with meal, and the other things needed. Yesterday, kaya told him that they will give a ship luffy and the others. So nami will take care the daily necessity.
Woke up from his rest, izumi looked around and saw zoro still sleeping. The izumi thought about training. Since he came to this world, he didn't have a time to train because training in little boat would be dangerous. And now, since it's already peaceful without kuro, izumi begin to train. What he want to train is high tier ninjutsu since it will be useful for his next battle, as well as to survive from the number 1 swordmaster in entire world.
Izumi recall his shadow clone, in order quad training, each of his clone and him will train Lightning Chakra Mode, Rasengan, and the last two will train to element nature transformation of water and wind. Lightning Chakra Mode wasn't hard as long as izumi able to control his lightning chakra all over his body through chakra pathway.
Rasengan is bit difficult to control as he need to spin his chakra in multiple directions at once in his palm. Izumi also need to increase the density of chakra without changing the shape. Nature transformation was more difficult. but after izumi train hard enough and repeatedly almost depleted his chakra, his chakra reserve already increased to jonin level, so he could train longer than before.
Izumi didn't wait for too long mastering Lightning Chakra Mode. Izumi clone which train nature transformation is bit too loud because released a lot of ninjutsu an woke zoro up.
"Noisy. What are you doing?" Zoro asked annoyingly.
"Training." izumi replied shortly and continue his training.
Zoro look at izumi who become four which made he raised his brow. He thought.
'This guy can be strong like that and without devil fruit. it's amazing. And he still dedicate his training even he already this strong.'
Zoro could felt, if izumi fight against zoro seriously, zoro would be beaten senseless. He could see where his clone with lightning all over the body, moving so fast to there and there. His speed is so fast that zoro's eyes couldn't keep following up. Zoro also saw the 2 izumi training together by combining something like ice since the breeze become a bit cold. He had no clue about last izumi. it seem he is going to make new technique or something after zoro look at izumi palm.
'It seem I need to train like him.'
Then zoro stand up and training just like izumi.
Time passed by.
It's finally the time for straw hat pirate starting his adventure. izumi look at the ship with lamb head, or maybe sheep head. The ship not that big, but it's enough for straw hat pirate since luffy doesn't need too many people.
"Let's go board the ship" said luffy.
"Wait, usopp. are you going or not?" izumi suddenly ask usopp.
"Yeah, we might meet each other later since we're pirate." said usopp.
"What are you saying, you're our friend are you? You too izumi, we already got the ship, so you will join, right?" luffy said to usopp and izumi.
'It seem usopp still become straw hat crew even with my intervention toward kuro.' thought izumi, then he say. "Since Captain is decide to recruit usopp as new member and we have pirate ship. Then let's depart." Then izumi boarding the ship and bid farewell as well as thanks to kaya and her butler.
Time passed.
Izumi, Luffy and the crew arrives at uninhabited island. They heard a voice of someone posing as god of the island but it turn out to be frizzy old man stuck in the treasure box.
"You're interesting, uncle. hahaha." laughed luffy.
"I did that in order guarding the treasure. I'm here for 20 years since I left behind by my pirate group." said frizzy uncle.
"Treasure!???" said nami as her eyes become berry.
"20 years?"
"That long?"
"It's surprising you're still alive." Luffy, usopp, and zoro were shocked by that statement.
"Well, im going to look around the island." said izumi. then he made clone hand seal and 3 clones emerging from the smoke. Izumi and the clones begin to explore the island.
Usopp was shocked, well he never seen izumi technique, so it's not surprising if he acted like that.
"Izumi technique is so cool, will I be able to do that?" Luffy look at nami and zoro.
"Impossible, impossible, impossible." said nami with waving her hand.
"You are too stupid to do that." said zoro.
"What do you mean zoro?" *smack* "Hahahaha" izumi laugh happily looking at zoro slapped by him to the ground.
"This bastard need beating." zoro rubbed his face and he look at luffy.
Then, they discussing about the treasure on this island.
Meanwhile, izumi moving the deep forest with caution. This will be good to learn his sense in a place like this wild forest, not only that he can also learn how to hide his presence completely because the beast sense is somewhat different from human.
Meanwhile, one of the clone arrive at weird place. The surrounding area seems gloomy, but the clone decided to move forward.
"How could this place seems eerie. It's like I'm entering the VR horror game. It must be treasure!" murmur izumi's clone. He decide to step forward.
About 100 steps, he found something hang onto the tree not far from here. It is a fruit with swirling patterns. The fruit has mango-shaped with emerald green color. His heart raced as he didn't expect to find devil fruit out of nowhere. Knowing he is just clone which doesn't have storage space ability, he disperse into smoke, sending a memory to original izumi. Izumi who had gotten a memories from his clone immediately went to the place where his clone found the devil fruit.
Arriving to the place where the devil fruit was found, he immediately pick it and store in his storage space. His heart beating fiercely, the bonus quest just completed like that. This sudden unexpected gain made him sigh in relief.
Not for long, he found straw hat crew seem talking each other with frizzy hair old man, luffy seem eating and invite izumi to came, and he joined.
"I thought you were lost your way." said zoro.
"Hey, I'm not like you who always getting lost." rebutted izumi. zoro was speechless and didn't know what to say.
"Where have you been?" Asked nami.
"I found a treasure. hehehe." said izumi with grinning ear to ear.
"TREASURE!!???" The others were gasped. The almost couldn't believe what izumi had said. Izumi took out the devil fruit from his storage space and show them.
"A devil fruit?"
"Amazing."
"Wow, what kind of devil fruit is that?"
"You sure are lucky."
"So that's devil fruit, huh?"
The old man and straw hat pirate shocked when izumi let them see devil fruit. When luffy want to grab it, izumi store it to his storage space immediately. Afraid that luffy will doing something reckless.
"If I found treasure like gold, I'll give it to you guys, dont worry too much."
When the night comes. They gather together around bonfire and the frizzy old man talking about his younger self being a pirate crew. Luffy asked old man if he want to get out from this island, but got refusal as the old man didn't want to leave the animals who get along with him.
