Spheres of Heaven
Seraphim- Seraphim, also known as 'The Burning Ones' due to their form which is comprised entirely of burning golden flames, are the highest angelic class-other than Virtuous Angels-and serve as the caretaker of God's throne. They have no face or features, but do have hands, in the form of burning holy flames, as well as twelve pairs of wings, totalling twenty-four wings. The wings are also made of holy fire. There are few Seraphim in existence but there are many famous ones and they are 'The Nine Who Stood Before God(The Creator)' as they saw him before he vanished. They are the few angels that are respected to have primordial power that stands above all life. Each of them rules one of the seven spheres of heaven which act as a home to saved souls.
The first sphere of heaven, home of the inconstant, is ruled by Remiel.
The second sphere of heaven, home of the willful, is ruled by Michael.
The third sphere of heaven, home of the lovers, is ruled by Chamuel.
The fourth sphere of heaven, home of the wise, is ruled by Jophiel.
The fifth sphere of heaven, home of the fortuitous, is ruled by Raphael.
The sixth sphere of heaven, home of the just, is ruled by Raguel.
The seventh sphere of heaven, home of the patient, is ruled by Uriel.
The eighth sphere of heaven, home of the pure, is ruled by Gabriel.
The ninth sphere of heaven, home of the Angels and freedom, is ruled by Zadkiel.
They are the strongest of the Seraphim which spread and preserve virtue.
