Chapter 68: Chapter-67: Time skip to UA Entrance Exam!
(3 years later)
"For all you examinee listeners tuning in, welcome to my show today! Everybody say 'hey'!" Present mic said with a lot enthusiasm but got no response.
Everyone was going under a lot of pressure because of the UA entrance exam and Present Mic's attempt to loosen them up failed remarkably.
"What a refined response!" Present Mic said as he got a little disheartened.
"Anyway! I'll quickly present you the rundown of practical exam! Are you ready?!" Present Mic said once again, hoping to hype the students.
"Yeah!" A random voice came from the crowd.
This triggered a chain reaction in the students, as they were started to get a little encouraged and a little more confident, overall.
Some of them got a bit more anxious as well. The ones who thought they'd fall short off the UA's entrance criterion.
The initiator of "Yeah!" was Shuji.
He just felt like he shouldn't let the enthusiasm fall short and the students must be teeming with vigor and confidence.
That's when you truly enjoy crushing someone, after all.
"Now. Now. Calm down, everyone!" Present Mic said.
After the noise died down
"As it says in the application requirements, you listeners will be conducting ten-minute mock urban battles after this!"
"you can bring in whatever you want. After the presentation, you'll head to the specified battle center..." Present Mic kept on explaining the details.
Shuji was bored as f*ck, however.
'Battle center B, huh...Should I make Midoriya fail? Sounds like a plan but then future will got haywire because of it...I won't know shit...But does it really matter? My presence already changed everything....Nah...I won't do it. It isn't worth it, considering he is a loser that cries easily.' Shuji thought as fidgeted with his documents.
After the briefing was done, he exited the hall and directly headed to his assigned battle center.
Most people there were preparing for the battle and warming up a little.
Shuji just sat down and drank some orange juice that he pulled out from the space inventory.
Some people were surprised to see him so relaxed but they marked him off as a dangerous target or someone that is prepared to fail.
"Okay, start!" Present mic said out of nowhere.
Everyone stared at him a little because they were confused.
"What's wrong? There are no countdowns in real fight! Run, Run! The die has been cast, you know!" Present mic said as everyone started running but they....couldn't...?

(Shuji POV)
I quickly froze everyone's legs in an instant as I created my own ice pedestal in front of them, enraging some and confusing some.
"Everyone. Please listen to me." I said.
"Be considerate and don't get in my way, side characters." I said as I ran towards the city as I created even more Ice, completely barricading the place and closing the entrance.
"HEY! DON'T DO THAT!" I heard a voice saying from the behind.
"No one said we can't hinder others. Later, suckers. Sucks to suck." I said as I started fighting all the robots.
It was quite easy to fight all the robots as they didn't possess any skill nor did they have any quirks.
I was 1 minute and 30 seconds in when, I heard a loud noise of ice breaking into pieces.
I looked behind and saw that everyone was rushing to the city and Midoriya, had a purple arm.
"He was quite slow to use it but whatever. Maybe panic made him awaken it? I got a 50 point lead though. It will be easy to get in hero course now." I said as I started pacing up and defeating more robots and stealing people's target as well.
Finally, when zero pointer came and a few people got stuck fighting it, I backed down and let the Retarded broccoli take the limelight. He'd fail without it.
My final score was around 70 and I was satisfied with that.
I chilled around for the last minute as I played with my ice and created a little throne for myself.
Recently, I acquired a little hobby of sculpting with ice in order to train my ice quirk more.
My fire side was already focused on by Endeavor.
Everyone was seeing me with hatred filled eyes as I saw my system points rising.
It was somewhat high compared to Narutoverse but I think that it must be because the children here aren't conditioned emotionally and hence they lack the control that ninjas have.
"Yes. Yes. Is anyone injured?" Recovery girl came as she started offering a kid candy.
"I want some candy too." I said as I smiled at her and extended my hand towards her.
"You will never lose your sweet tooth, will you?" Recovery girl said as she gave me some candy as well.
I could easily buy even better sweets with system points and Endeavor's money but something about her candies...was unique. They were homemade and my research on it still lagging behind because of my quirk researches.
I will get there though. I will find the secret formula of those chewy candies.
It might seem weird to see a 190 cm tall 15 year old, overpowering everyone in the exam asking for candy from her but I don't care about others' feelings. If I did, I wouldn't have come this far.
"Tell me the recipe of those candies later." I said as I ate them.
"Nope. Not getting it." Recovery girl said straight up.
"Please?"
"Not happening, Shuji. You've been asking for it for over 3 years now. Give up." She said.
"Tch! I will get it one day." I said as my flame side raged involuntarily.
"Let's finish this quickly. Is anyone else injured?" She said as she kissed Midoriya's head and he healed up.
After that, we all went home.

(A week later)
After a week, a letter from UA came, confirming my score and I scored 70 villain points and 0 rescue points.
I was in class 1-A and Shoto was in 1-A as well. What a surprise. Totally didn't expect that.
I didn't really like going to UA because it was mainly...pointless but it was for sake of fresh intel.
If I have some intel going on, I can easily manipulate the situations around me.
Over the years, a lot has been happening.
During this time, Chisaki has started doing a giant drug business.
He also started erasing some heroes' quirks, which was mainly tried to be kept away from public eye.
This is getting many villains fired up and such activities are popping off everywhere.
Civilians are really paranoid and scared right now.
With creation of all things technique, I've rapidly started creating precious metals and resources so, the inflation rates have been popping off as well and I am getting a lot of money and influence around the country through this, in secret.
Heroes are having a hard time dealing with whatever is happening and everything is sort of failing.
Till now, there have been some conspiracy theories but no real conclusion to this.
I've also been laundering a lot of money using Chisaki's underlings and I opened up my own company with all the money I amassed till now, named Live Inc.
It's purpose is to create support tools for heroes and high quality lifestyle products for civilians.
My identity is well hidden and no one really knows me, though. The chain of command I created is self-sufficient with absolutely no opportunities for corruption and it's getting rapid reputation in job market too.
It's secret purpose is to supply chains of villains with weapons to deal with the heroes, increasing the crime rates significantly Japan.
It was really troublesome in the start because a lot of investigations were going on related to the company but I rushed them by using media and giving anonymous tips on how quirk erasing bullets now exist and it created heavy public disorder, giving the attention to Chisaki, diverting the government's attention from me and increasing the civil unrest furthermore.
Tomura Shiragaki has also come out of his rathole and started his villainous activities because of the convenient timing.
Government is failing to control the situation.
The civil servants are being bribed, Economists are being used to create more unrest, smugglers are on the rise.
Slowly but surely, everything is falling apart.
The Hero commission is also investigating and pestering the company a lot but I've left no loose ends.
Those maggots are quite irritating and pushing their luck and limits more and more each day.
When the time comes, I will erase the commission, all at once and establish my own to work under me.
My little reign also gave birth to a few criminal warlords and they are also spreading havoc all over japan, worsening the situation.
Heroes are getting a lot out of the Japanese government as they are being commissioned more and more to suppress the villainous acts but it didn't really matter. Their pockets will soon stop filling up if they don't work according to me.
My purpose is to somehow take control of the government and get them to beg me to stabilize the region and then I will play my cards from there.
It will happen real soon...
Really really soon.
I don't like this world much because we cannot be corrupt in open, doing whatever we want just because we have strength but playing around and working my way without violence is quite refreshing as well.
Anyway.
After taking a long warm bath for about an hour, I got out from the bath tub as I wiped off all the water and wore the UA's uniform as I ordered my chauffeur to drive my Limousine to UA as I ate breakfast inside the car.
Shoto also tagged along because the location was the same.
I got the limousine for my 14th birthday from Endeavor.
It was time to relax now. All I need is some more time now and intel.
After that, I can easily grip the whole world and f*ck it into submission.
