Chapter 3: End of war and Pregnancy
At our fourth birthday, both mother and father came home from war. This time war was at its ending stage many heroes emerged from the war. Minato namizake was the most famous. Father also fought many big battles and won, he was also named as the wicked eye Fugaku. He also awakened his Mangekyu sharingan but no one knew about it expect him and obviously me. But the hokage and village elder never announced my father's achievements which earned distrust from the uchiha clan who knew the truth.
After that father again started our training before going to war and this time he also took itachi and me with him to see the horrors of war.
We arrived at the Kirigakure battlefield where uchiha clan was assigned. It was honestly stupid to allow uchiha clan to post in Kirigakure battlefield. Sharingan didn't had any use against shinobi who uses mist type jutsu to attack. 'If anything it should be Hyuga clan who should be appointed here. Looks like village in weeding out uchiha clan, eh?'
After month of staying there, the third war officially ended. In this time, itachi become a quiet kid after looking at the people who he was talking to a few days ago returning either dead, losing limbs or injured. I honestly didn't knew how to comfort him because it was the same for me. But it was worse for itachi, it's not like I had been on any war in my world but the reason that I had once died myself. Father let us had our first kill too. which was honestly not a very good memory for me.
After returning to the village, all of us attended the ceremony to honor the dead heroes who sacrifice their lives for village 'and Danzo'.
After ceremony, itachi came to me asked what is the meaning of life which honestly I replied what I think was right and said it is to spend time with your family enjoy life and protect them if needed.
Now the war ended I decided to spend my time training. Because I don't have much time left before the nine tails attack and uchiha massacre. If I need to change these events then I need to be strong enough.
Father trained us many times more intense. When he learned that we were learning fuin-jutsu, he replied "we uchiha don't need fuin-jutsu when we have sharingan, the strongest dojutsu." He said in arrogant tone.
Although he said that I didn't back down and still went to Kushina to train but itachi didn't as fugaku didn't let him.
After a month of war. Minato namizake was named as the Fourth hokage. I went to their home to celebrate at that day with Mother.
When we both arrived, we were welcomed by Kushina and minato who already returned home as it was dinner time already.
We celebrated a little when I asked minato "So should I still call you Uncle Minato or Hokage now?" I asked curiously but I still knew he was an easy going guy and what will his answer will be.
"Inako, You can still call me uncle Minato just like before." He patted my head and gave a sunny smile. I honestly liked the head pat.
At this time suddenly something happened to mother and she ran to bathroom this earned a worried look from everyone present. Kushina and followed after her. After which they both confirmed that Mother was pregnant because Mother had medical knowledge so it was fairly easy to know.
Seeing this Kushina said to Minato "Minato when are we going to have our own child. Mikoto is already mother of two children and the third one is also coming." Hearing this minato scratched the back of his head and smile wryly.
I was surprised that mother was pregnant with sasuke and that means Kushina will get pregnant after a month or two with naruto.
'Time really does fly quickly. it's already been my 4 years in this world and the Two children of prophecy will born this year.'
After returning home we told fugaku and itachi about mother's pregnancy and we celebrated it at our house.
And then two months passed by, Kushina also became pregnant. I couldn't practice with kushina anymore as third Hokage's wife biwako took care of Kushina in this time didn't let her do any hard work. Seeing this Kushina told me "Inako it's going to be busy years from now on and I won't have time to train you. So I decided to give you scrolls of fuin-jutsu so you can train by yourself at home and take care of Mikoto as well. As you're my only disciple and there isn't any more of Uzumaki clan to inherit their sealing technique so I'll be giving them to you. Learn them step by step at a time and don't rush as you're already far ahead compared to seal masters in this age after Uzushigakure was destroyed." She said as she led me to her house study room. After that she took some scrolls and gave it to me.
"I already copied them for you, so you can have it." She added.
I took them and thanked her. After which I returned home.
In these years I already learned how to make paper bombs, storage seals, silencing seals, weight and gravity seals, chakra sealing seals etc. And thus I started to train myself physically and learn more knowledge from uchiha library as I have postponed my training in seals after getting scrolls from Kushina. I'll have time to study seals later on so it's okay I guess.
