Chapter 21: 21
Yui moved quickly through the village streets, through which she passed screams and battle sounds rang for life with bodies on all sides, houses were burning and both ninja and Uzumaki warriors were killing each other on all sides.
"How horrible." Yui muttered behind her mask, her sharingan spun wildly recording these scenes in her mind never to be forgotten, she clenched her fists tightly to hold on.
"Breath of thunder!" Yui changed his way of breathing and strengthened his legs, his figure previously that was just a blur to most ninjas turned into a lightning bolt that streaked through the streets leaving a trail of broken and scorched earth behind.
3 minutes later the warehouse came into Yui's vision, a bunch of ninjas from Sunagakure were dragging the kids and some women from the warehouse while laughing madly and those grabbing the women had perverted looks on their faces.
The children cried and screamed while the women begged the ninjas to spare the children, however one of the ninjas laughed and stabbed one of the children in the chest with his kunai making the woman cry and scream loudly.
"You sons of bitches." Yui said from behind his mask and noted the amount of Chakra they each had, "3 Jounins and 30 Chunins and more than I can count now in Genins." With a quick count Yui had an idea of the enemy forces.
She started to come up with a plan in her head but most of the time it ended with the civilians dying, "Tsk, think Yui think!" She was trying to come up with a plan in her head but the time she had to do it was very short.
"Wait and if I send more oxygen to my brain?" She muttered and decided to give it a try, with a slight change of breathing Yui's blood circulated quickly and a large amount of oxygen was sent to her brain.
The world before slow because of the sharingan activated almost stopped, "That is!" Yui tried to speak but her mouth moved slowly showing that her brain was moving several times faster than her body.
But not only that but the amount of information she was feeling now was incredible, "I can feel." Yui was feeling everything, the vibrations in the air, the sound of enemies' hearts beating, the heat of the fire burning a nearby house and she everything.
But it didn't last long before Yui started to get a big headache and refocused on the need to save the civilians, soon a perfect and flawless plan popped into her head.
"Breath of the insect." Yui changed her breath and her Chakra changed from a yellow to a viscous purple, she then jumped in the air and grabbed the spear on her back and covered it with the purple Chakra causing it to emit a rather sinister smoke.
Yui spun her body vertically in the air and using all her strength hurled the spear forward before falling to the ground with the same speed and grabbing for her sword, "Thunder breath seventh form: God of flaming thunder!"
Boom!
With a bang Yui's figure moved forward at a speed breaking the speed of sound and sending a wave of shock wherever she passed, not even 1 second later did she overtake the spear she had fired earlier.
Of course such a huge commotion wouldn't go unnoticed and all the ninjas turned their heads back at the same time including the civilians, however their hearts stopped when they saw a lightning dragon less than 30 meters from them.
At that moment Yui took full advantage of her impulse and used the insect's breath, "Insect's breath fourth form: HYAKUSOKU JABARA!" She touched her feet to the ground and using the divine breath speed of the thunder and the insect's breath movement control she entered the crowd.
"Hybrid form of thunder and insect: Chain of poisonous lightning!" Leaving a purple trail behind Yui passed all the enemy ninjas leaving small cuts to vital points on all of them.
Several startled screams came soon after but stopped when the dozens of ninjas didn't realize they were dead and every pair of eyes turned to Yui who stopped gracefully behind the crowd.
"Who the hell are you and why did you attack us!" One of the 3 jounins screamed, Yui hurt all the ninjas but the 3 jounins as she knew they could react and make her lose her momentum even for a second preventing her from performing the full technique.
The civilians were the ones who had the most hopeful expressions but when they saw that none of the ninjas were dead their hearts sank and despair once again seized their hearts.
Yui slowly turned to his opponents and spoke in a deep voice, "Me? I am nothing short of death and I have come to fetch your already doomed souls." She finished speaking leaving the place in silence.
"Hahaha, you kill us hahaha coff!" One of the ninjas started laughing however he spat blood right after, "Eh? Why did I spat blood?" He said before falling hard on the ground dead, on her chest where Yui had cut a big purple spot.
"Wait she poisoned us!" Soon panic set in amongst the ninjas but this only proved to be more deadly, when a human being panicked or in a state of danger the body tends to send a signal to the heart to pump more blood.
However this only spread the already deadly venom in them faster and screams of despair rang in place before everything went silent and a hundred bodies fell to the ground, "You monster." One of the jounin muttered as he gulped and grabbed his sword.
The other two also went into alert state but Yui didn't allow them time to think and advanced towards the Jounin who was in the middle, the latter raised his sword quickly to defend himself but realized that Yui hadn't drawn hers.
"Huh?" He made that sound before another ripped flesh sound came from her chest and he saw a spear piercing her body and heading towards Yui who grabbed her in midair and slashed at the other ninja.
Clank!
The force behind Yui's blow pushed the ninja's arms down and the tip of the spear made a small cut on the ninja's shoulder, it didn't take even 10 seconds and he also fell dead to the ground and Yui shook his spear free of the blood.
"YY-you are a devil!" The last Jounin said with desperation in his eyes and turned around trying to run, in the next moment a sound of meat being cut sounded and his head came away from his body as Yui's spear decapitated him.
Silence reigned over the place this time, the Uzumaki civilians didn't even dare breathe for fear that Yui would turn to them but it didn't help as Yui looked at them the same way, the desperate mothers grabbed the children and closed their eyes waiting for eventual death that did not come.
"Are you guys okay?" Yui asked looking at all the remaining civilians and told approximately how many were left, there were about 22 women and 41 children not counting the ones who died before Yui arrived.
Silence reigned over the place for a while, "Are you all right or not?" Yui asked again in a slightly louder voice, "W-We're fine." One of the women said, her voice shaking a little.
"Great, get up and follow me I'll escort you to a safe place!" Yui said and prepared to leave, "May I know the name of the one who avenged my son?" Yui turned and saw the woman who had previously seen her child die before her eyes.
"My name is Yui, no last name." She said normally but I could see that the woman's eyes held a deadly and dangerous fire of hatred, "I thank you!" She said and bowed, at that moment Yui felt terribly bad.
"Don't thank me, I was responsible for you guys being in this situation!" Yui wanted to scream it but knew she couldn't for now, whatever she could do is try to save these people.
