Chapter 47: 47
Returning to the main camp Yui immediately went in search of Kenji and found him sleeping in his makeshift tent, without revealing my presence I approached his bed and poked his forehead with my finger.
Kenji's eyes opened and he immediately tried to make hand signals to attack me but I held him back as I giggled, "Calm down you're too tense." I told him with a slight smile and Kenji seemed to breathe a sigh of relief when he saw me.
"So were you commander, may I ask what you need me for?" He asked me as he sat up in bed and got bigger than me, "You've grown a lot." I muttered having to look up to speak to him.
"But getting to the point, give me your blood." I told him and Kenji was a bit surprised by my question, "May I know why?" He asked as he got up and grabbed a kunai from the toolbox.
"You found out soon enough." I said and looked at him who without hesitation cut his finger and offered it to me, "So where are you going to keep it?" He asked and I gave a smile before taking his hand and dripping a little lick at his bruise.
"Eh? EHHHHHHHHH!" Kenji yelled and jumped back with his face red making me a big laugh at his embarrassed way, "Why did you do that!!!" He yelled in a muffled way as he held his hand to his chest.
"Well, that's why." Yui said and activated her sage mode, a pair of wolf looks along with red marks appeared in her eyes and soon after the flower mark expanded from her chest and went all over her body, "What is this?" Kenji asked me but I didn't answer and I absorbed his DNA in the blood.
"kekkijutsu: Kessho no Miko!" I muttered and an ice mist left my hands in great quantity and formed a crystalline version of me made of ice, "Walk." I gave the command and the clone walked forward.
" It worked!" She screamed with happiness, that meant Yui could or at least try to protect all the battalions using ice clones, on the other side of the room Kenji watched the last previous action with wide eyes as he sweated internally.
"Did you just use ice release?!!!" He yelled and grabbed my shoulders as he shook me from side to side, "My God are you from the Yuki clan? Are you an exile from the family?" Kenji started bombarding me with questions making me a little annoyed.
BAM!
" Shut up!" Yui punched Kenji in the head to calm him down and took a deep breath before talking to him, "This is a special technique, not an ice release." I explained a little bit of how it worked without revealing how or why I needed your blood.
In a way I didn't explain anything about kekkijutsu, "Tell the commanders, we'll advance in the morning and I want the scouts' report on my desk." I left the message for him and left his tent.

Meanwhile a secret meeting was held in Rain Country, several elite ninjas from all the villages were facing each other along with the raindrops falling on the place and although there was no intention of starting a fight there was tension in the air .
"Are we all here?" From Konoha's group, Danzo's figure stepped forward and started the conversation, in his group were the 3 sennins, from the Uchiha clan there was Fugaku, Shisui and little Itachi and finally Hizashi Hyūga leading an attack force composed of color Hyugas and ninjas from the village.
" We are ready." On Sunagakure's side was Rasa (Kazekage) along with an old man who looked like a priest who was silent most of the time and several other elite ninja, "I'm ready." The Raikage said in his loud voice and no one dared question him for coming alone as his strength was already known.
"I see that Iwagakure is not very keen on this alliance." Danzo spoke looking at Iwa's forces which consisted of only jounin level at most without any Kage power, "Don't worry Danzo-sama, with the forces gathered here it should be more than enough to defeat Kiri." The force leader said as he opened his arms.
The Raikage just eyed them with disdain before starting to walk towards the first Battalion led by Yui with the other forces giving them one last glare before moving on as well.
An agreement was made between the villages to make a temporary truce to deal with Kiri who threw almost all their forces against them, they spread their ninjas across the rain country waiting for the approaching Yui forces.
Of course no one trusted anyone there and at the first hint of treachery they would go back to being enemies however they also knew it was dangerous internal conflict between the forces and until Kiri's problem was dealt with they would hardly kill themselves.
It would only take a few days to begin a confrontation that would shake the entire ninja world and change positions of power in the continent's history.
