Chapter 11: Teenage Youth
"Congratulations Rei, you deserve it although it's a shame I won't have you on my team even for a bit, it's a great opportunity for you, though fair warning being in varsity is a bit cut-throat as positions aren't permanent in either of the levels, especially when it comes to varsity." Coach Miller congratulated Rei after his staring competition with Yuxin, as he gave a hearty laugh and a bit of advice before he turned to everyone.
"Okay, for those you made my team, we met in this field which is field C today after classes." Coach Miller exclaimed as he stared at the five freshmen that made the freshman team, as Coach Smith walked forward.
"The same goes for you two, we will meet at, field B, which is on the left side of the walkway after school, go to the dorms, and search for your names, they are on the front of the door, you both paired together with two more people so just settle your stuff there, as there is still time before school starts, I suggest you shower, change, your dormmates aren't there but you will meet them during practice." Coach Smith stated.
"Oh right! The same goes for you five, just search the doors of the dormitory for your name, there is a cafeteria for team meals daily before practice but not today, as all teams will jump into practice right away." Coach Miller then turned to Rei.
"Rei, all the others have filled out the form for either dorms or commuting, you were a surprise for us, so we didn't have a chance to give you a form, would you like to live in the dorms, as we can arrange something for you immediately or at your house?"
Everyone looked at him waiting for his answer, except Yuxin as she already knew his answer.
"My House, I can make the commute," he said as he looked at Coach Miller.
Coach Miller nodded before addressing the players who made it.
"Okay one more announcement, we have an intrasquad game in 2 weeks, it will be the freshman team vs the JV team. While the JV will go against Varsity the day after, Rei I'm not Coach HElios the Varsity Coach, so I don't know what he wants to do with you, whether not you'll be a starter or not, or if he even wants you to participate in the game," Coach Miller announced as he switched glances between all the players, and focused on Rei on the end.
"Now, you have 45 minutes before school, so you are all dismissed." Coach Miller said as he and the rest of the coaching staff left the field.
The players that didn't make the team also dispersed, just leaving the eight people who made the team, plus Yuxin who was still looking down.
The eight players introduced themselves personally before five of them left leaving four people on the field.
Rei watched Yuxin still looking down, as he slightly chuckled.
"Rei we'll leave you two alone well wait at the stands," Stiles said as he noticed the lovey-dovey atmosphere.
"Have fu- ow! Man don't pull." Star complained as he was suddenly dragged away towards the dugout by Stiles.
Soon it was only Rei and Yuxin left on the field.
Seeing as she wasn't moving or looking up, he slowly walked toward her. His heart was pounding in his chest as he got closer and closer, and he could feel the warmth of her presence radiating from her body.
He stopped just a few inches away from her, and he could feel the slight tension in the air. He wanted to reach out and touch her, but he was afraid of what her reaction might be. He took a deep breath and slowly reached out his arms, and as he did, she suddenly hugged him back and dove her face into his slender neck.
He felt a wave of relief wash over him as he embraced her tightly, and he could feel her body trembling in his arms. He could feel the warmth of her breath on his neck that sent shivers down his spine in short intervals as if his spine suddenly gained a pulse, and he could smell the sweet scent of her hair. He felt like he was in a dream, and he never wanted to let her go. He held her close and whispered words of comfort in her ear, and he could feel her body slowly relax in his arms.
"I see we both somewhat suffer from social anxiety." he chuckled as he ran his fingers through her hair gently.

"Ahh~ what are you a vampire!" he slightly moaned, as Yuxin gently bit his neck, as a sudden rush of pleasure as Yuxin's teeth grazed his neck. His body tensed up and he let out a slight grunt as her teeth sunk into his skin.
He felt a wave of pleasure run through his body, starting from his neck and radiating outwards, causing his already tight pants to become tighter, as his cock became as hard as a diamond. His heart raced and his breathing quickened as the sensation intensified. He felt a warmth spreading throughout his body, and his skin tingled with pleasure.
"Haha~" a melodious laugh escaped from Yuxin's mouth as she broke out of their hug, her eyes sparkled with delight as she broke out of the hug, a mischievous smile on her face that spoke of accomplishment. Her cheeks and the tips of her ears were a bright red, a sign of her embarrassment at the sudden display of affection.
"I'm sorry, I was just embarrassed, I never really share my emotions with anyone, except my friends... and you, now," Yuxin said with a shy expression as she gently scratched her cheek.
Rei calmed his mind before he let out a small chuckle enjoying the timid Yuxin.
"I know how you feel, besides my sister, and now those two, you're the only ones that see this side of me." He said as his cheeks turned red too.
They both stared at each other for a few seconds and after a few seconds of intense silence, they both started to laugh. It was a deep, passionate laugh that seemed to come from the depths of their souls. It was a laugh that was full of joy, love, and relief as if they both knew that something special had just happened between them.
After a few seconds of laughter, they embraced each other once more.
"Don't bite me this time," Rei joked.
"Not unless you want to be too." Yuxin jabbed back with a small giggle.
"...What if I want you too," he spoke softly into her ear, his breathing causing her ear to twitch slightly.
"Whatever you want, fox boy," Yuxin said as she tightened her grip.
"Whatever, wolf girl." he struck back with a laugh.
Yuxin laughed at her new nickname.
"I figured who would have been mad for earlier at the stands," Rei spoke.
Yuxin kept hugging him but raised her head to look at Rei, and vice versa.
"Of course not, I did it to you too, and you did it to me, besides even if I didn't do it to you, but you did it, I wouldn't be mad, that'll be a dumb reason to be mad at you for... it was cute." She said timidly as she averted her gaze but didn't move her face, as their faces were just inches from each other.
He chuckled and gently squeezed her waist causing her large supple marshmallows to rest on his study chest but he ignored it and continued looking at Yuxin, causing a slight squeal of laughter from her.
"I'm going to a cafe nearby with Star and Stiles, do you want to come?" Rei asked suddenly.
Yuxin reverted her gaze to him once more, before sighing and going back to her rightful place under his chin.
"I can't due to my dad being the principal, although he's hardly home he still loves me dearly. So if I miss school I'll never hear the end of it." she pouted before staring at Rei once more.
"So you're missing the first day of school?"
"Haha just like my baseball skills my grades are extraordinary," Rei admitted with a fox-like smile on his face that made Yuxin smile.
"How did I fall for such a bad boy~" she exclaimed with a small laugh.
"I wonder too." Rei chuckled as he started caressing her hair.
"We should go already, there probably dying just waiting for me, and you still have stuff to do as captain I'm sure, and you have classes today," he said as he switched the hug to handholding as their fingers intertwined together, the way their hands fit together was perfect as if they were made for each other. His thumb softly caressed her skin, and she felt a wave of calmness wash over her.
"Sigh~ your right, even though I don't live in the dorms I can borrow a friend's shower, and get ready for school and practice after." She said as she savored his gentle touch, as she gently squeezed his hand.
"Oh right, I need your phone." Rei suddenly said.
Yuxin smiled seeing his enthusiasm, as she took her phone out of her pocket and handed it to him.
He grabbed her phone and put in his contact info before handing it back.
"Fox boy~" Yuxin laughed as she saw what he put as his contact name before she texted him, and put her phone away.
They both started walking holding hands back to the dugout, as a sweet silence developed them as they simply enjoyed each other's presence and the warmth of each other's hands.
Rei led her to his bag which was back of the dugout next to the wall, where he took out his phone, before typing for a bit and showing it to her.
"Wolf girl~" Yuxin burst out laughing, as her laughter contained joy and sweetness seeped into it.
Suddenly, he tossed his phone aside and gently grabbed the back of her waist, softly pushing her against the wall. His hands were strong yet extremely gentle as they caressed her back, drawing her closer to him. She felt her heart racing furiously as if her heart transformed into a hummingbird in flight as his lips moved against hers, exploring and tasting her.
Their tongues danced together in a passionate embrace like a complex dance, and her delicate hands moved through his hair. She felt her body melting into his as, his hands moved down her back, pulling her closer to him as their kiss deepened, as her hands wrapped around his neck, gently grasping his hair as if she was trying to get more of him.
The heat of their bodies pressed against each other and exchanged the intensity of their desires. The kiss was full of emotion, and it seemed to last forever. They were lost in the moment, and the world around them faded away. His kiss was like a drug, intoxicating her and making her forget everything else. She felt her heart racing and her breath quickening as he pulled away, laughing and running out of the dugout.
Yuxin was left standing there, breathing heavily and feeling a plethora of emotions. She smiled to herself, as a large goofy smile broke out before she laughed and chased after him, her laughter echoing through the now-empty dugout.
As the winds of teenage youth lingered through the dugout.
