Chapter 3: His Name is…
" I think we will call him…"
"Eleos"
"Eleos is an excellent choice Mr. Safi."
"Congress again Sera for birthing this beautiful healthy boy"
"Hold on a damn minute here, my name is Ferend. Ferend! You got that. I'm the demon lord, by no means will I be called Eleos"
But all the happy parents and doctor heard from the now named Eleos were laughs and giggles.
"I think he likes it Mareem" Sera said
"I think so too" he replied to her.
"Well now that that's out of the way allow me to check the boys overall condition" the doctor requested.
"Of course Mera. Thank you so much for helping me through this process. I had no idea childbirth was so painful"
"Of course, it is my job after all. Now lets get on with it."
"[κατάσταση]"
As she said this two unrelated things happened. A blue screen appeared in front of Mera's eyes. And with the [-Skill-Universal Language-] the now named Eleos was able to understand that the doctor had simply said Status.
"Hmm…"

[Name] - Eleos Safi
[Age] - Newborn
[Race] - Human
[Condition] - Healthy
"What is it? What's wrong?" Both parents asked in worry.
"Oh, nothing. As I thought he's a healthy human boy! Sorry, didn't mean to worry you there"
With that both parents let out a sigh of relief. It seems things are going there way. Though this rarely ever happens to the young couple.
A year after these two love birds married their house had burned down die to an accident. However they didn't let this get them down. The whole village had helped them raise money to pay for construction. And when they were finally ready to begin they paid a company from a nearby town to build the house for them.
It was here their luck in this matter had run out. The company turned out to be fake. So after payment they ran off with all the money.
Many more incidents like this followed. But eventually the couple, after much trouble and difficulties had managed to build a new house a year later. By that time Sera was pregnant and very close to giving birth.
Surprisingly a day after the construction of their house is when she went into labor.
So when the doctor told the two Eleos was healthy. They could hardly contain their excitement.
"Has the boy been born with any innate skills?" Mareem asked.
"Ahh, let me check. I had almost forgotten."
'Hold on this could be bad right? This skill I have can't be normal right.'
'Hey system. Is there any way to hide the skill I have from this doctor lady?'

'Well at least this system knows how to apologize to me'
'I don't even want to know what their reaction would have been to my broken skill.'
"αναγνωρίζω" the doctor chanted
Suddenly a green screen appeared with information about skills on it.

[Intermediate Skills] -none

[Legendary Skills] - none
[Chaotic Skills] - none
"Well unfortunately it looks like your child exhibits no innate skills"
Mareem and Sera look dejected
"Don't worry too much. It usually takes time for innate skills to show themselves. Sometimes it takes years"
"Oh thank the gods" Mareem replied
"Well, I should be on my way"
"Wait how much do we owe you?" Sera asked
"Nothing, don't worry you're a friend." Replied Mera
"No we could never make you do that" Mareem steeled himself
'I forgot how stubborn these two were. I remember it took weeks to convince the two to accept the village's charity. And the two only agreed after saying they'd clean everyone's houses in return. And they did." Mera thought. But thinking about these events gave her an idea
"Okay how about this. Next time I come pay a visit Sera will cook me up one of her famous Safi style meat dishes." She ingeniously said
"Well I guess if that's all you really want" Sera said
'Too easy' thought Mera
With that thought Mera had taken her leave. The two new parents looked at their new baby boy.
"Isn't he so cute Mareem! He has your eyes."
"Ahaha, when he grows up he's gonna be a lady killer. Just like his father"
"…"
*Slap*
"Ow, I was only joking my love"
'Scary' thought Eleos as he observed the two interact
"If I remember correctly Mareem you confessed your love to me three times before I accepted you"
"And that had only been because I felt bad for you"
*Nervous Laughter*
"But you still accepted me in the end right."
"For a woman as fair as you to accept a humble man such as myself. It must mean I'm a lady killer. You are after all the most magnificent woman in the world after all. To have tamed such a creature, I must be called a lady killer"
"Ah you and your delusions"
"Isn't that why you love me dear"
"I suppose so"
And so the two shared a kiss.
'I wish I couldn't understand them. That was just downright weird ok. I mean I know in my last life I didn't get much action in the love department, conquering the world and all. But even I know most married couples don't talk to each other like that.'
After the two were finished with their kiss they decided to show their little Eleos a little of the world.
Outside the sun was setting behind a beautiful mountainous setting. The river's sparkles while the fir trees danced with the wind. The silhouette of a tower was seen atop the tallest mountain. One could only guess what it contained.
As the sun set Eleos thought to himself, 'So this is where my new journey will begin. I hope this world doesn't bore me like the last one.'
