Chapter 33: Chapter 33: Dragon Egg's Conspiracy

Wilkes was staring at him indifferently and showing a pitiful look in his eyes. Quirrell could not accept this fact for a while and go crazy.

"Okay, dismiss, let me talk to him directly!" Voldemort, in the dark, was acting arrogant, why such a person has found him.

"But Master, your body is still..."

"Well, I can't die with a few words," Voldemort said coldly, not allowing to interrupt him.

Moreover, he became more curious about Wilkes and wanted to see this unexpected young man with his own eyes.

Not only is he talented, his maturity and magic power far surpass that of his peers; he has wiped out a group of giants alone before that, let alone discovered his own existence, and seems to have no fear at all.

He was even better than he used to at this age. After all, when Tom was in the first grade, he could not deal with trolls alone.

Voldemort's interest is not only that, but he is even more curious about the "deal" in Wilkes's letter.

However, he did not believe that Wilkes had something to attract him. After all, he only cared about rebirth.

Quirrell did not dare to go against Voldemort's words, suddenly put away his wand, turned his back to Wilkes, and began to remove the turban on his head.

Eventually, on the back of Quirrell's head, there was a face that did not belong to him at all, a strange face that looked highly exhausted.

"Wilk..." Voldemort finally came out to take a breath and exhaled deeply while calling Wilkes's name.

"Now, tell me your purpose, Wilkes," Voldemort said hoarsely. It was not like a month ago, intending to bully him and let him be one of his servants.

The more he knows Wilkes, the more he understands that Wilkes is the same kind of person as himself, madness, strength, wisdom, and he lacks nothing.

Such a person will not devote himself to obey and serve others.

"The Lord has finally appeared." At this moment, even if he knew the original plot, Wilkes still felt a little pressure when he actually faced Voldemort.

"As I said, I'm here just to trade with you, trade some... the information you need." Wilkes indifferently looked at the face behind Quirrell's head.

Wilkes added another sentence: "As a price, I want what you have in your hand, and you will take what you need."

Voldemort did not speak but looked at Wilkes quietly, not knowing what he was thinking.

"Do you know what I need?" Finally, after a moment, Voldemort spoke coldly.

"Of course, it's nothing but the Philosopher's Stone."

"Then you know what information is helpful to me. If it's just the location of the Philosopher's Stone, I already know it."

Voldemort was not surprised that Wilkes knew about the Philosopher's Stone.

As for Wilkes, who remained calm and seemed that he got what he wanted, Voldemort always looked at him with curious eyes.

"I can tell you how to deal with Fluffy, oh yes, that is the name of the three-headed dog. It is Hagrid's pet," Wilkes said with a light smile.

Hearing the sound, not only Voldemort was a little surprised, even Quirrell was stunned.

They just thought of using what they have during the Christmas holiday when the school is semi-empty.

Unexpectedly, Wilkes has the information that they wanted most. Otherwise, they had to get the information from Hagrid at any cost.

Wilkes felt that he already won in his heart and then proposed: "How is it? Trading with me is much safer than dealing with the others, in case you exposed...hehe."

The smile on his face is proof of self-confidence.

It was just a simple sentence that actually touched Quirrell or Voldemort.

"How can I prove that the method you said will work?" Voldemort coldly said in a low voice. Wilkes could already hear his heartbeat because of his weak tone.

Wilkes firmly sat on the stool, and only said one word, then stopped talking, waiting for Voldemort's answer:

"Believe it or not, it's up to you."

Hearing Wilkes's sharp words, Quirrell behind Voldemort almost spitted out his blood in anger.

If it is in another place, I am afraid not to mention the transaction; it will even be considered playing the other side.

However, at this moment, Voldemort heard these words and then look at the confident Wilkes; he really fell silent and began to think seriously.

Sure enough, it can be known from Wilkes's eyes that the possible exposure to risk is significantly reduced by avoiding three-headed dogs, Fluffy.

However, he had to take a significant risk, which made Voldemort hesitate for a while.

"May I ask you first? Do you want any reward?" Voldemort stared at Wilkes curiously, as if he knew everything, even the reward.

"I want..." Wilkes's eyes flashed brightly, pursing his dry lips, and whispered word by word: "You...in your hands...in...that...dragon... an egg! "

Hum!

In an instant, even Voldemort was shocked.
