Chapter 14: CHAPTER 14: Getting Ready

"You can't sleep like this Lily," Valek said as he tried kicking a toy on the floor, but his foot went right through it.

"I am not sleeping, I am just inhaling this scent of my new life."

He walked towards the bed and sat on it.

"You need to clean this mess."

"What? No, I am not."

"Yes, you are."

"Lily dear could you clean up the mess from your room if you are feeling better?" The maid is on leave today," Chris shouted from downstairs.

"Huh, ok mom," I shouted back.

"Now who was saying no to me?" Valek said with his devil's smirk.

I got off the bed out of disgust. I hated cleaning. My servants did this for me till the end. Now being a girl again, I had to do all of this myself.

"You are going to help me in this."

"Oh, I don't see any reasons of why would I."

"Oh, you would because if you don't, you'll have to sleep either outside the house in the lawn, with all the crickets or inside this room on these stinking clothes and garbage, with bugs."
