Chapter 12: Chapter 12- Planning
After a few hours of travel, the team of Kung Fu Masters had reached the frozen plains.
"Zagreus, couldn't you make the backpacks disappear like you do with your sword? That way we'd get to Gongmen City faster."
Mantis with signs of tiredness asks.
"Actually I can."
Monkey and Mantis warmed to the idea of not having to carry this backpack all the way.
"But I would just overload myself, as even if I keep this backpack, their weight still counts on my body, so I would be carrying the weight of all of you backpack."
The pair were disappointed by the news but there was nothing they could do, they wouldn't give Zagreus the full weight to carry.
After the cold and chilling weather, the Warriors spend the night in the mountains made of stone, from above, you could see that the mountain served as a kind of partition, behind them was a cold climate and in front of it a scorching desert.
POV - Zagreus
The trek through the desert is being challenging and unpleasant, several bands of Men-scorpions attacked him during the trek, apparently their life in the desert didn't give them the sense to recognize who shouldn't move.
At least I managed to test other details of my electrical powers, apparently I can affect metals like a kind of magnet, due to the Cheat [Descendant of Jupiter], I'm preventing the sand from getting into uncomfortable places.

Tigress speaks to me and I nod in agreement, we go straight to a kind of fishing village that uses the calm river to earn a living, we go straight to looking for a boat.
Tigress and I have teamed up to look for a boat while the others go get something to eat, as their supplies have run out for hours.

I told the seller with a big, wide smile while Tigress beside me has a nervous smile and annoyed at my statement but knowing my reason for doing such a thing, she quickly agrees with me a beautiful wife.
The Old Rabbi thas a smile of longing and joy as if remembering the old days, before we guide to a boat with a small room in the middle and a sail for us to move the river.
I pay him and we take the key to the padlock that secures the boat to the dock, we're walking back to our friends, and passing through an empty alley when Tigress squeezes my hand tighter, making me look to her for search. of answers.

We exchanged caresses and kisses until dusk and decided to go back to our friends, giving them one last kiss we turned to our friends so we could cross the river with the sailboat.
(Pov- 3rd Person)
The group of Masters were sleeping peacefully in the tiny cabin of the sailboat, all of them had spaces between them, with the exception of the young couple Tigress and Zagreus who slept cuddled and comfortable in each other.
But the Dragon Warrior seemed to be having a nightmare by his expressions of anxiety and dread, in his mind he was playing with images of the last time he had seen his mother who was fighting the monster that had come after him and the rabbit woman's death in blood cold by the Wolf-Chief with a cut in his throat, and who ended up being the mother of the boy who identified himself, he was feeling a great guilt for these deaths.
In his view, these deaths of innocent people who didn't deserve such a fate, it was just his fault for not being strong enough, the feeling of helplessness watching the rabbit woman being killed in front of him, when he couldn't fight alongside his mother in order to save her, and that's why he felt a great desire to become strong, so that he can change those endings, so that those close to him don't suffer from it.
He opens his eyes with an expression of regret, he tries to get up without waking anyone, especially his girlfriend and leaves the cabin towards the bow of the sailboat, so that a good gust of cold wind takes him away from these thoughts.
Tigress notices that her boyfriend moves into heading out of the cabin, so she decides to go after him to find out what he would be doing.
Zagreus decides to practice the technique his Master had told him, he repeated the smooth and fluid movements with perfection, but even if he did them the right way, the Young Dragon felt that something was missing and that something was the Inner Peace that his Master he said.
"I wish I could go back and enjoy my moments with you mother, enjoy your meals and your sermons, you were my teacher, my friend, my cook, my protector, you were my precious treasure and I was your little dragon."
Zagreus spoke and remembered the moments with his mother with a sad and nostalgic smile on his face.
'My mother always said not to be angry with my father, I think I understand that now, my father is the only family I have left that I know, but that doesn't mean I'll stop questioning him about his absence in our lives.'
Besides Tigress the others who were also listening to Zagreus get sad expressions on their faces at Zagreus' speech.
Mantis who has always had a good relationship with his mother and knows the importance and difference a mother makes in her child's life, given such a demonstration of respect and affection that Zagreus passes on when talking about his mother, his respect for Zagreus not only as a warrior but also as a person he had increased.
Monkey, listening to such a speech, also remembers his past and misses his family too, the warmth of a hug from a loved one.
Zagreus experiences a mental clarity and a refreshing sensation runs through him by intuition as he performs the movements that Shifu had made in the cave when demonstrating the effects of Inner Peace.
And at that exact moment the Furious Five decide to appear to see what was happening with Zagreus since it was silent, and when opening the curtain that covered the cabin they saw the Dragon Warrior performing fluid and smooth movements like a dance that had an ethereal sensation.
When a drop of water falls towards his head and he at the exact moment as if he knows when to move even with his eyes closed, Zagreus catches the drop of water in his arms and hands without the water spreading or running, and performs a series of smooth movements with the drop of water and it doesn't spread until Zagreus decides and with a final move he lets the drop of water fall to the ground.
The Dragon Warrior sees a familiar blue screen that he hasn't seen in a while.

Zagreus feels more than happy, he not only got over something that had been torturing him all this time, but he also learned a technique that would be very useful for the battle to come.

Tigress looks at her boyfriend and laughs at his antics, she was admiring the sunrise when she notices on the horizon some shapes that she identifies as a city.
"We have arrived, Gongmen City!"
Everyone who heard Tigress speak looks at her and directs their gaze to where she was pointing and sees a large Chinese style tower in the middle of the city.
The team of Mestres arrives very close to the pier that received the Mestres and when they were near a bridge they jumped from the boat towards the bridge so that they would not be seen by the guards who were werewolves.
They climb onto a roof of a house so they can locate themselves from a greater height and stay out of sight of werewolf soldiers.
Tigress, as always serious about the missions, makes an observation.
"That must be a Shen Palace on the other side of town!"
"We're going to make a full force attack and destroy Shen's weapon at once."
Crane makes a suggestion that the entire team apparently agrees with.
"We shouldn't do this." Less Zagreus. "We can't do a blind attack and without any kind of information, I know this is your fighting method and it works in most cases, but this time doing it would be just Stupid."
"We're going to split into pairs into pairs, me and Mantis are the most disguised in the crowd, Mantis due to his size and I have the power of shadows. We will be a more efficient team together, Monkey and Crane will be another pair and Viper and Tigress are another duo, our goal in town is to find out information, about the gun and how it works, where Shen is and I have a hunch there isn't just one gun."
Crane finds this guess meaningless and questions it.
"As there could be more than one weapon with such power, a weapon that can kill Master Thundering Rhino en masse so we don't have a chance against it."
"I understood your logical reasoning Crane, but a metal weapon Shen created, he probably made it to be produced in droves, and you don't remember the wolfmen's attack on Musicians' Village?"
Zagreus responds and questions Crane who shudders at the mention of the woman's attack, he nods in confirmation that he clearly remembers.
"The werewolves are Shen soldiers, Gongmen City is full of them, and the amount of metal they were willing to take from the village, I doubt it's just for ammo or making a single weapon, they're producing it right now probably , so try to find the Factory and we'll meet tonight at that restaurant over there."
Zagreus finishes and waves to a large restaurant that sells noodles and gets a wave from everyone, the split teams leave for their missions but Tigress doesn't leave before giving Zagreus a deep kiss.
"Be careful, okay? I want you to come back to me."
Tigress speaks with concern to Zagreus who just smiles and gives him a peck as he hugs her.
"I'm going back Tigress, whatever happens I'm coming back." (Flag successfully raised.)
Break Line
A short man with a mustache and antennae hidden beneath a conical hat, walked the streets slowly as if he were enjoying the place.
The man is obviously Mantis who was trying to overhear the conversation of the two Werewolf soldiers.
"Did you visit the jail? I heard from the Chief that the Legendary Masters are trapped there and you can do whatever you want with them because they can't do anything to us."
Said the werewolf soldier to his canine companion.
At that moment a tall, handsome young man with a conical hat similar to Mantis sits beside him with two posts of noodles in his hands.
The conical hat hides most of his face but even so the women who pass by always give him two or more glances.
The current one known as Dragon Warrior was close enough to hear the conversation and comments to Mantis.
"We must wait for the moment and get back to our friends, we must try to free the Storming Ox and The Master Croc Masters."
Mantis waves and the two walk down an alleyway that serves as a shortcut until a werewolf passes by and looks at them, the soldier steps in front of them and demands.
"You two will give me all the coins you have and all the valuables, you are insignificant to have such items."
The werewolf says with a predatory smile, while Mantis and Zagreus look at each other and barely hold back their laughter.
The werewolf soldier realized this and was about to demonstrate his wrath on those he thought were inferior, but in a quick move from Mantis and he was on the ground, unconscious.
Zagreus keep the unconscious soldier's body in inventory and continues on his way to the designated location.
When they spot the restaurant, the pair see some similar faces and sit at the same table as them.
They wait for everyone to come and start exchanging information.
"Me and Viper figured out where the Factory is, Zagreus was right, Shen is producing more and more similar weapons."
Tigress reports what she discovered.
"Monkey was trying to listen to some merchants, while I managed to find out that Shen apparently goes every day to the Factory to make sure everything is going perfectly, and Lord Shen seems to be the craftsman and blacksmith who came up with this weapon, so if we defeat him and we destroyed the plants and weapons, no one will know how to recreate."
Crane says with a smile at the end.
Mantis reports on the discovery of the imprisoned Masters and Zagreus says right away.
"We are going to attack the Factory directly, when Shen is there then we can solve this problem at once and get it over with, but before that we need to release the trapped Masters as all help is welcome."
Zagreus says what they were going to do in more detail shortly afterwards.
"When entering the Factory, try to find some barrels with a type of powder inside, this powder is called 'gunpowder' and is used to shoot ammunition into the cannon, young them by the Factory and set fire to the barrels from afar, as there will be an explosion shortly thereafter."
The group agrees with the plan and head towards Gongmen City Jail.

the chapter was delayed because my 3 year old cousin apparently knows how to use the mdu computer, and he deleted that chapter, i have no luck so i had to rewrite the chapter. Hope you like it.
