Time flows and it had been twenty days since Sam crossed over to this world now.
Sam was but a normal person before expect for being an Otaku , so no matter what he had it hard while adapting to this world.
He had the system so he could train all he wanted. But the main problem remained which was fighting expression.
For a man who had been used to peaceful life, suddenly becoming used to fighting for his life was not an easy thing to do. Sam knew that he had to quickly adapt his mind. So he thought and used the easiest way to do it in his current situation.
Wake up , train , eat food , train, rest , fight with serious beats in the forest , rest , eat food , train, meditate and review the fights in his mind again and again and lastly eat again and then sleep. This became his daily routine.
He really had it hard. After all fighting beasts was dangerous for him as they had terrifying instincts. At first they could easily see through his stealth by their exceptional hearing and sensitivity to smell. Sam thus had to work hard on improving his stealth.
Once his position was exposed , the beasts could deal with his throwing weapons as they were most effective when fired from the blind spot of the enemy. So he had to work hard to improve his aim and learn how to predict the flow of battle so that he could see openings and ruthlessly attack them.
Gradually Sam started to cope up with the battles and his fear vanished and was exchanged with self confidence. Thus his plan to intentionally corner himself by battling strong beasts in life and death battles went very well.
After all he had to move on instinct as in the middle of battles one rarely had the chance to properly think what move you want to use next. Besides he was not a mind reader so it's not like he knew what the next attack of his opponent would be.
Thus fighting and fighting all the time with different kinds of strong beasts , improved his battle instinct at a very fast pace and his techniques blended into muscle memory.
Sam learnt jutsu during his training and learnt to use them according to various patterns during battles according to the situation. Thus his techniques arsenal improved too.
Basically he cornered himself so that he was forced to improve during battle. Life and death battles were the best to stimulate his potential so he started mastering his techniques much quickly than he could master during simple training sessions.
Well still the timeframe of twenty days was too short. So he mainly focused on basic taijutsu , shurikenjutsu and 3 Academy jutsu. He did not try to learn any other jutsu because he had made up his mind to first master the basics to great extent before starting learning higher level techniques. After all the more his base is solid , the more future progress will be smooth.
Sam was most proud of his achievement in Stealth skill because he had made great progress in it and it had already leveled up to level 35/100.
In this world , nobody else used chakra or had even unlocked it. So he did not focus on chakra suppressing technique. Instead he mainly focused on hiding his breath , smell and emotions from the enemy.
Sam was not arrogant about his talent though despite his pace of progress which would put even many geniuses of Naruto world to shame. After all Sam knew the real reason behind his fast progress.
It was his system !
Normal ninja had to learn from the basics while he had experience directly transferred inside his mind so he had knowledge on the basics already from the start which saved him a lot of time. After all it took him for others to learn the basics of new and unfamiliar techniques while he had the great cheat.
Take Steath skill for example. Breathing Controling technique , dusgusing and hiding body odor techniques , train your mind to keep your emotions in check. The steps seemed simple but it took a long time to get their basics down for others even if they were geniuses. Sam did not take even a second to do that as he got experience from system directly inside his mind.
So Basically he was cheating and he loved it!
Skills aside , Sam's progress of his physical side was too amazing. His body potential rose to truly great level after merging Uzumaki's strong vitality with his body's already strong potential. Thus he had it easy while breaking his body's limits for now.
Sam liked muscular body but liked the lean and sinner type body more. So he purchased Academy taijutsu from the system as it contained various body stretching steps which insured that the body would have Low Fat percentage and made the body more flexible and agile which was ideal for Ninja.
He had great vitality so his endurance was great and it took less time to recover his stamina. Sam did not miss these facts and abused them while training his body.
Now he was 5 ft 11 inches tall with a perfect body which had less fat percentage and compact muscles which hide great strength in them. Combined with his slightly tan skin and sword like eyebrows, his appearance looked like a swordsman and very manly.
In the forest there lived three strongest nests which had their own territory. One was a 5 meter tall ape who had great agility and great strength. Second was a Tiger who was 3 meters tall and 6 meters long. Last one was a Alligator which was quite long and had very tough scales.
No wonder the bandits did not dare to claim the mountain as their own. After all even if their captain had high bounty , he was definitely weaker than any one of these beasts. So the mountain bandits had no choice but to abandon the " mountain " and make their main base inside the town instead.
Sam could now easily deal with these beasts though as his skill had reached satisfactory level and besides his body strength was not far off from the big Ape and his agiity could easily play with the white tiger.
Sam was satisfied with the result of his training as he had trained his mind and body to better level than he had expected. But he was not done yet as he knew that his potential was barely unlocked yet.
Compared to Garp who could smash mountains with a punch, he had a long long way to go.

Twenty Days!! Sam had spent twenty days in this forest and had experienced huge change in strength and mindset here. So it was no surprise that he was feeling a little emotional as he was finally leaving and most probably wont be coming back here in future either.
He looked at the silhouette of the town in the distance and the entrance to the forest while he was standing in middle of the road.
Thoughts flashed in his mind as he remembered the more than fifty battles he had with the three beasts and the memories of the old owner of this body who had died an unwilling and cruel death.
" Mayor and Bandits!! " light of resolution flashed in his narrowed eyes as he had made the decision to get rid of some scum of this world.
Sam no longer hesitated as he started walking slowly towards the town ahead while his whole body radiated a pressure which belonged to only strong men.
He wore a white long sleeved shirt with Uzumaki symbol on it's back which tightly enveloped his upper body and showed his well trained muscles. He wore simple black anbu pants and dark blue shinobi sandals.
His whole aura had changed drastically from the time he had just woken up in this world with a body which had barely any trained muscles and had suffered from countless blunt wounds.
At this moment one of the future strongest in the world had firmly taken first step towards the long and exciting journey ahead. The man who would be later Magic Sword due to his terrifying skill with the sword and control of elements which looked like magic. ..
