Chapter 4: Chapter 4: Training With Korin & Kami
After their stay at the Brief's house, the next day they said their goodbyes and said that they will come back after six months.
Then the saiyans flew off of the capsule corps, shocking the Briefs but they just shrugged it off thinking that it's normal for the other alien species to fly.
While they're flying in a triangular formation, Vegeta in the front, Nappa in the right and Raditz in the left. Vegeta remember something:
Vegeta: 'Oh, I forgot about Immortal Korin. But I didn't sense him yesterday, it's probably because he was suppressing his ki. Not like Kami and Mr. Popo, they probably think that no one can sense them other than Korin since their location is undetectable even for the satellites. Anyway, Korin's tower is just below the lookout so it's not that hard to find him.'
Raditz: "Hey Vegeta, where are we heading to?"
Vegeta reply without turning his head:
Vegeta: "We're heading to Korin's tower to learn his techniques."
The two saiyans nodded their heads before looking at each other, they were curious who's this Korin that could teach them something other than fighting.
After a while, they reached the tower and landed on the ground. Then the saiyans look upwards, they can see the top of the tower even though it's so high because of their highly trained eyes.
Vegeta then look back at Raditz and Nappa and said:
Vegeta: "We will climb this tower without flying and using ki."
The two saiyans were confused but they just nodded their heads. Then the three of them began to climb the tower.
After a few minutes of non-stop climbing, they reached the top of Korin's tower without much sweat, especially Vegeta.
Korin, who was expecting this because of the information he got from Kami, was still surprised by how fast they climbed the tower.
Korin cleared his throat and said:
Korin: "Uh-uhm, well I didn't expect you to climb the tower in just a few minutes. Anyway, what is the reason for your visit here?"
After Nappa saw Korin and no one else, he lean and whisper to Vegeta's ear with doubtful tone and ask:
Nappa:"Hey, is this really the sage that will guide us? He's just a talking cat."
When Vegeta glared at Nappa, Nappa felt a chill on his spine and shut up.
Vegeta then looked at Korin and bow while saying:
Vegeta: "Immortal Korin, we heard some rumors that if someone was able to pass the test by climbing the tower they will receive guidance and teaching from the sage residing at this tower. So we came here to receive your guidance and knowledge in martial arts."
The other two saiyans were surprised by Vegeta's action. For the first time, they really saw Vegeta bowing to someone else! Even with Frieza they haven't seen him bow. But when they felt Vegeta's glare, they copied his action and bow.
Korin nodded then said:
Korin: "Well, since you passed the test and are very polite, there's no reason for me to refuse you."
After some short introduction, the training with Korin began.
-After 5 days-
After 5 days, the training came to an end.
After the training ended, Korin was very shocked and impressed to see the progress of their training. In just 5 days, all the saiyans were able to finish and learn everything Korin can teach, especially Vegeta.
Vegeta was able to learn everything Korin could teach him in just a day like a sponge. Now his ki sense is more advanced than the previous one. The previous technique that he developed uses his ki to make thin lines and spread it in all directions while rotating it like a radar. While the one he learned from Korin is more advanced, by making a 2 dimensional sensor using his ki around his body while coating it in his surroundings instead of 1 dimensional lines. After some experimentation, he added Korin's technique to the one he developed making the 2 dimensional sensor rotate around his body, making it more sensitive to any slightest movement around his range. He can use it to locate, read power levels accurately like a scouter and he can even use it to see without his eyes if given enough time to train it more. Although for now the range is only ⅓ of earth's surface. In his remaining time in Korin's tower while waiting for the other saiyan to finish their training, he just meditated to widen the range of his ki sense.

Raditz was able to learn everything Korin could teach him in 4 days and now he can also sense ki in a 10 kilometer radius. Because of his somewhat arrogant personality, he took a longer time to learn everything, but still a very fast progress compared to the previous martial artist who climbed the tower.
Nappa was the last one to learn everything. I think because of his age, he became more stubborn to listen to others, especially if it's a cat. He can also sense ki in a 10 kilometer radius.
Now all their moves and techniques are more refined. There power level also increased:

Vegeta - 30,000(PL) & 3,000(MP)
Raditz - 9,500
Nappa - 11,300
They were able to increase their power level by a huge margin because of their zenkai boost, Vegeta's healing magic, and especially the senzu beans after Vegeta 'discovered' that it can recover any injuries and stamina. When they have time they always spar with each other, Vegeta vs. Nappa & Raditz.
Vegeta always suppresses his power level around Raditz' level to gain zenkai boost and experience. He was able to learn to suppress his ki to 10% after some experimentation and knowledge of his previous life.
In these 5 days, Vegeta also discovered that he can use his gravity multiplier in his body and the multiplier also increased to x15. He then used x15 weight in his armor, gloves, boots, undershirt and his body.
When he first multiplied the gravity on his body by 15, he felt the pull of gravity to him a little bit, making him sweat drop. He was still able to stand his ground after multiplying it by 15 because he was used to x10 earth's gravity from his home planet.
Before they left the tower, Vegeta took two barrels of senzu beans leaving only one barrel to Korin and placed it in his Dino-capsule that he got from Dr. Brief to avoid Yajirobe from eating all of them.
After that, they said their goodbyes and Vegeta signaled the other saiyans to follow him towards the lookout just above Korin's tower.
After some time, they landed on the lookout and were greeted by a black genie, Mr. Popo.
Mr. Popo greeted them and said:
Mr. Popo: "Greetings! I'm the assistant of Kami, the guardian of earth, Mr. Popo. So, you're the visitors of our planet huh. What can I do for you?"
Vegeta then stepped forward and leaned forward, then greet Mr. Popo:
Vegeta: "Greetings, Mr. Popo! We came from a near extinct race, called saiyan. We originally live from a very far planet that was destroyed a year ago. We came here on earth to find a place to live and to get stronger."
Mr. Popo then nodded and said:
Mr. Popo: "Mhm, mhm. So you came here to seek guidance and to learn martial arts. Ok, wait here for a moment, I will call Kami."
After some time, Mr. Popo came back with a green man with a wrinkled face showing his old age. He was wearing a white dress and a blue cape and had wooden stuff in his right hand. It's Kami, the earth's guardian.
When Kami arrived, Vegeta greeted him and said:
Vegeta: "Kami, the earth's guardian. We are here to seek guidance and learn from you."
Kami then look at Vegeta like he was looking through his soul and said:
Kami: "I can sense that you've killed so many people, more than I can imagine. Tell me, what is the reason you want to become stronger?"
Raditz and Nappa looked at each other and then back to Kami. Vegeta then said:
Vegeta: "We want to gain power and kill the one who destroyed our home planet and people."
Vegeta said with a frown look on his face.
Kami looked at the other saiyans who seemed to agree with Vegeta and said:
Kami: "So, you came here for vengeance?"
Vegeta: "No, we want to kill the one who destroyed our home planet to stop him from doing it again in the future. And also to protect this planet from any threats that may come since we will be staying here for the next following years in the future after our journey ends."
Vegeta said with a serious face.
The other saiyans were surprised by what's the other reason Vegeta wanted to get stronger other than vengeance. But they just shrugged it off because it's also good for them since in this past year, Vegeta no longer beat and mock them for simple mistakes except for sparring. They just think that it's because of what happened to their home planet that caused a big change to their prince.
Kami looked again at Vegeta and said:
Kami: "I see, since I can sense that you have no ill intention towards this planet and you're not lying about what you said. I have no reason to refuse. Ok, for the next six months I will guide and teach you everything I know in martial arts."
After that, the training with Kami began.
-Six months later-
For the last six months, Raditz and Nappa were wearing special clothes made by Kami with different weights, (250kg) for Raditz and (400kg) for Nappa, since it's the limit of Kami's power he can no longer increase the weight more than 400kg. Nappa had heavier clothes since his body was more mature than Raditz. The two of them were also able to increase the range of their ki sensing to ¼ of earth's surface. And thanks to the meditation technique that Kami gave them, they now have full control over their oozaru form. They can now also suppress their power level to the average human on this planet like Vegeta can do.
On the other hand, Vegeta was able to increase his ki sensing to the maximum level that the mortal can do. And he now has complete control over his emotions thanks to Kami's meditation with some improvements he made. He also made his own specially designed weighted clothes around (300kg) and was able to increase his gravity multiplier on his body by 50x.

He can also feel that he can turn to a super saiyan anytime he wants without having enough S-cells and power level to transform because of his royal family lineage which is a very special bloodline that makes it easier for them to turn to a super saiyan if a certain requirements were achieved. The only problem that he doesn't want to transform is because he feels that if he transforms, his body wouldn't be able to contain the huge influx of raging ki which can destroy the whole planet because his body is not matured enough and adapted to a huge power level.
(I said this because unlike Gohan, who's still a kid around 9 - 10 years old was able to turn into a super saiyan, especially super saiyan 2 in cell saga. Gohan was able to contain his explosive power because from the start of cell games, his body was already used to having a power level around 50,000,000, especially that he trained it for 7 - 8 in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. While our mc doesn't even reach a power level of over a million, though if given enough time he can even surpass Gohan. It's just like how Goku transformed to super saiyan 3, he can't hold his transformation for a long time or he will disperse and go back to the other world in buu saga. Goku will never be able to achieve that transformation if he didn't die where some of his body limiters are removed because it's not his original body he was using and he trained it for several years in King Kai's planet just to hold it for a short time in the living world.)
When Vegeta first felt that he could turn into a super saiyan, he felt that his multiplier would be 250 × base power and if mastered it would be 300 × base power. Unlike the ordinary mastered super saiyan multiplier which is 80 × base power.
There power level now is:
Vegeta - 350,000(PL) & 35,000(MP)
Raditz - 51,000(PL)
Nappa - 90,500(PL)
(Take note that they became this strong because of their tough training and zenkai, but not to the level where they will try to kill each other and heal them later on just to gain a huge zenkai boost like the original Vegeta. And also, they didn't enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber yet because based on the show, each person can only enter the HTCB 2 days in a lifetime because of the limit in Kami's power.)
After their training, they thanked Kami and Mr. Popo and said their goodbyes while also saying hi to Korin on the way.
Then they went straight to the capsule corps to check the status of the spaceship.

Silent_Cuber Hi guys! I was thinking of making Raditz a baseball player and Nappa a basketball player. To be honest, I just want to focus more to Vegeta, since he's the mc of this story. I'm also running out of ideas for them because if I continue to include them in mc's adventure, they'll be more like a shadow who always tailing our mc. Don't worry, I will also make them super saiyan in the future
