Chapter 11: Angel's Bday
"So you'll turn 16 the next week right" Ronn asked Tara in a surprising tone . "You turned 16 even before we met " Tara said .
"Yeah . I actually don't celebrate Birthdays. I don't have much friends. Das and Mom are my only best friends ." Ronn said with a bit disappointment. "Then who am I ?" Tara asked sadly. "You are always something more than a bestie and less than a lover " Ronn said. Tara felt happy then. "So are you not inviting me for the party ? " Ronn asked after a moment's silence. "I called you for inviting you." Tara said. "Aha , so where is the grand party going to take place ?" Ronn eagerly asked.
"There is no grand party and all . Just my family and Karthik's family . That's all . I don't have much friends here . I really miss Geeta .But she can't come . " Tara said .
"Well , who is this Karthik ? Boyfriend or something ? " Ronn ridiculously asked her .It was a blessing that he can't see Tara's face at that moment . She was all blushing .But she said " What are you talking about ? He's like an idol . He is the centre of attraction where ever he goes . Smart and handsome . How can a girl like me be his Girl friend ? " Tara asked .
" You are an Angel .Anyone can fall for you once they get to know you . You are extremely special " Ronn said .
"Aha , then I didn't see you falling ." She said laughing.
"Well, gravity was little less , so I just floated " Ronn mockingly answered and they both laughed.

Time : 7.00 pm at night
Tara's eyes were covered with a black silk cloth and Kiran took her inside car .
"Where are you taking me Kiran ?" She asked trying to uncover her eyes . Kiran didn't allowed her to do that .
"We are kidnapping you .. buhahhahaa " Kiran said . "Nice joke . but give it another try ." Tara said with contempt . "Okay okay don't open your eyes please " Kiran said .
"I'll think about it " Tara annoyingly said.
The sleeveless Red frock she was wearing was beaded with white pearls and she wore a matching necklace and earrings which made her look like a real Angel . Her hair was curled to waves for the event which made her look even perfect . Her black flat sandals whose strips she ties inces above the ankle was perfect for the dress . Kiran was holding Tara's hands so she won't remove the clothes from over her eyes . "Let her free . She won't open her eyes till I ask her "
Tara recognised the voice .It was Karthik .She felt so happy to hear his voice .
"You go and sit with the driver uncle " Karthik said . Then Tara felt someone sitting near her and all the three doors got shut and the car started moving . She suddenly lost her balance and the one besides held her arms. ."He smells good. I wonder which deoderant he uses ." Tara said to herself.
"Are you okay ?" It was Karthik's voice . Tara now know who is sitting besides her .
"Yeah . Fine " She replied , even though she didn't liked to close her eyes at all . Kiran put the music in the car and it sang
"Put your head on my shoulder
Hold me in your arms , baby .."
Tara felt the lyrics and she hummed silently along with the music.

It was nearly 8.00 and they entered a night club near the old airport road .Tara wasn't allowed to open her eyes still so Karthik held her palm and cleared her way.
Kiran was walking infront of them wearing his new casual dark green suit and white t-shirt and black jeans . They entered a large hall with coloured Led lights glaring all around. Dj songs were heard from the hall and Karthik suddenly stood close to Tara and she could feel his warmth . He stood behind her and she wondered what he was up to . He whispered in her ears "It's all for you Tara , Happy Birthday dear . " and took the black clothing from over her eyes and she opened her eyes and got surprised . The whole Cloudnyn club was reserved for her by him . Her parents and his parents stood there wishing " Happy Birthday Tara dear .. " She was over joyed and she said " Wow .. Thank you ... Thank you so much .. " Then she noticed the boy who stood near the corner . It was Ronn. They didn't gave much attention to him but Tara's eyes were just fixed on him .He wore his black shirt and blue jeans and was simple in his clothing.
"Ronn ... " She ran to him as soon as she finished seeking blessings from parents. They hugged ."Happy Birthday Angel " He said .
"I didn't expect you would come .Thank you Ronn .. This is the best surprise I could get . I missed you so much . It's been 2 months . " Tara said in one breath .
"I know .. I just came to see you and wish you .Happy Birthday Tara"
"Who is he ?" Kiran asked to Karthik .
"How would I know ?" Karthik said with a confused look .
"This is Ronn , My bestie . Ronn ; meet Karthik , Kiran , Mom , Papa , His parents .. " Tara introduced Ronn to everyone pointing each one .
Cloudnyn is one of the hottest party destination in Bangalore. The unique themed based club which attracts most of the people. It is inspired by Sci-fi movies & games, CloudNYN is a stimulating brand new underground nightclub with a military sci-fi theme decor and atmosphere. She had her Bday celebrated there .
"I didn't wanted it here . I was expecting Howard Johnson or Sterling Mac or something " Kiran said looking at the place .
"Shh .. Tara have never been to club and she once shown interest in going .That's why I wanted to surprise her on her Bday with her wish in bucket list fullfilled . Just enjoy . " Karthik told to Kiran .
"You are crazy . You always finds every minute details about her which even I didn't give much importance . Can I ask you something ? Are you in love with her or anything ? " Kiran looked straight to Karthik's face . Karthik didn't expect that question from Kiran's mouth at all . "Just enjoy the party bro . You can question me later " Karthik said with a serious look on his face .
"Hmm .. I will find it myself ." Kiran said.
Ronn was listening to all their conversation.He felt a pain in his heart but didn't knew why .
"Comeon Ronn , let's dance " Tara said . Ronn suddenly came to consciousness and walked towards her with a smile .
They danced , laughed and partied .
Karthik stood watching them and he sighed and asked himself "Is he her boyfriend?" .
