Chapter 140: Catastrophe : Part 3

Kiaran was pushed away by his sister in a flash of lightning, leaving him staggered back onto the floor. Adreanna quickly protected her brother from her other brother. It was a mess. It was a play.

It was Kiaran's play.

Axel's knife clanged with Adreanna's. She took the knife out of her sleeve, and it went into nothingness after he touched it. It was the power that Axel was so afraid of. It added more irony that she encouraged him to use it wisely before he became like this.

She told him to use the power for a reason. Now, the reason he used the power was to hurt and possibly eliminate her.

Kiaran exhaled as his eyes of a sea bored into his demon counterpart. "You're using Axel now? Haven't he had enough?"

Adreanna bared her teeth as she took the impact from Axel's weapon that managed to cut her wrist a little. She made a swift move and tried to learn Axel's attack pattern.
