Chapter 154: Shed on the rooftop

I ignored Ashton and went back to my desk with Jeff. I am anxiously waiting for Ed to return. I hope that he will bring some good news. I really want all of these to stop. I want to live a quiet and normal life.

I received a notification on my phone and what I read made the hairs all over my body stand.

Where is Hunt rushing off too? Do you guys have a lead as to who I am? I don't think you will ever know who I am, Helena. I will only reveal myself when I want to kill you.

I immediately called Ed, not even noticing the calculating gleam that was in Luke's eyes as he saw me walking towards the tall windows that faced the busy street.

The phone rang but no one answered. I tried again and the call went through. 

"Ed?" I sighed in relief. "Where are you?"

"Rooftop." 

I froze. This voice does not belong to Ed. Someone has his phone.

"Who are you?"

"If you want to see him alive you better come to the rooftop. Alone."
