Chapter Purposes
This auxiliary chapter is just a little add-on page that is completely optional, here I might go through some of the changes I made to the canon, why I changed scenes, why I got rid of certain scenes and why some scenes are still in the story anyway. Just in case some people have issues with the changes I make in the story this is here to justify why I made said changes. Though if you still think I executed a scene or plot point wrong feel free to comment on it.

Chapter 1-2
The first section of the prologue is to foreshadow the importance of a certain Majin and to hint at two characters who will have deep roots in the story, though for different reasons. The following parts should be self-evident, mainly foreshadowing for later parts of the main story and to introduce a couple of characters early.
Bardock has a transformation that you might not expect, this will come back into another plotline later down the line and I wanted to hint at it here. I made the decision to make frieza's army much more technologically adept than in the show, don't worry they won't lean on it too much, but it will definitely be more important.
There's a little hint at how I'm changing the power scaling of the series, though Frieza will probably be an even greater threat in this when he finally shows up.
Other than the introduction of certain characters and Goku meeting Gohan, there's also the little curve of a certain Saiyan with Whis which will be important much later on (late/ post super)

Chapter 3
Tried to change and describe Goku's living conditions a little, other than that it was pretty much all canon needed for characterization of Goku and the introduction of Bulma. I was going to show a bit more of Bulma's journey here, though I think that would just bloat out content a bit with no real point.

Chapter 4
Pretty much canon (well, anime canon) with very minor changes up till the meeting with Bulma. Though I think it is needed to show a bit more of Goku's mindset and how he treats every day activities by himself.
The Bulma encounter was a very interesting write since It shows a lot of new aspects to both their characters, how Goku's too trusting and a bit slow while Bulma is very intelligent but her emotions can cloud her judgment easily. It was a very important change from the source material and shows the first look at my take on Bulma, who will hopefully be getting much more screentime later in the series compared to canon
Chapter 5
More warped canon content, further setting the characters into their new mould while the story moves forward as it should. It was actually a very fun write, balancing out which character aspects I wanted to show. If you can't tell I'm trying to treat Bulma as an actual person that will have more to her character than she gets angry and wants a boyfriend. While a lot of people may enjoy her character for that simplicity, it just doesn't work with how characters are framed later in the story and I am personally not a huge fan of extremely perverse jokes which is all that bulma's character is originally written around.
