Chapter 2: God Messed Up A Few Things
And so here I am, in front of the all-powerful being tha-
"I can feel the sarcasm, you know?"
"OH MY, I didn't mean to-"
"JESUS CAN YOU BE A BIT MOR-"
*Door opens*
"Did you call for me fathe-"
"FOR THE NAME OF… ME, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEANT."
Said the all-powerful being while closing the door to not let anyone else in this chaotic conversation. "Ugh, he likes that joke too much"… and after a little silence.
"So… it was your fault that I got a badly 'wired' body, right?" I asked the otherworld- "YESYESYES, it was my fault, btw can you stop that?"
"Aight, I will stop for now."
I started to think about my next question...
"So what was that 6th sense that I got before dying?"
"6th sense?... Oh! I get what you are talking about" He said and then opened a book that again, he got out of nowhere. He also put on some circular glasses to read, now he really looked like Santa...
"You see, there is this thing that when you evolve, and I mean in a spiritual way, your soul will let you detect things outside of your body. You could say that is sort of a domain although you seem to be able to only sense things and not manipulate them."
"I kind of get it… but what about evolving thing?"
"I mean that through your will and hard work you will break your body's limiter which is also why you got your super strength. But it's not as simple as just exercising, you have to go through do-or-die situations, many hard challenges, and have a firm resolve to never give up. Even if you end up blinded by such resolve…" He trailed off and lowered his glasses to shoot me a glance.
Damn, he went right for the jugular, I felt like he saw through me...
Then he continued.
"From then, your soul becomes stronger, therefore your body's potential can be limitless, and it kind of affects your DNA although it's not detectable, more like it affects the constitution of your body. So let's say you evolve from Human to High Human, like if you became a purer version of yourself. But all that happens only after breaking your limiter. If the limiter is slightly raised, then it will let you become a bit stronger but that's it, no actual changes. There is also the thing that you call enlightenment, but it doesn't necessarily mean attaining something which lets you grow more. Enlightenment can be the realization that you lack something, I'm sure you came to a realization at the end of your life, did you not?"
'I feel that the last part wasn't really a question...' I thought before speaking.
"...Like some type of forced evolution...? So I just do what I always do, is what you are saying?"
He nods.
After getting confirmation of my suspicions. I contemplate what I learned just now. Strong will is what makes a soul strong, from there your body's limit goes higher or breaks it.
So it is literally to do my 200% effort as always. Thank you Uncle for your teachings.
Then I hesitated to say something, he noticed and spoke before I could.
"No, your uncle hasn't been here. He did indeed somewhat raise his limiter… but only somewhat compared to you before you broke it. He did have a firm resolve, but he accepted his death unlike you… His soul will not retain his memories, but it is strong enough for it to keep his character, albeit slightly changed, and have some momentary feelings of what you people call deja vu"
I nodded with the feeling of a knot in my throat. God gives me a few moments to recover...
"Now onto why you ended here..." Then he closed the book and before I noticed his glasses had disappeared.
"… your will to not give up at the end was a bit too strong, so you ended up here in the high plane of existence instead of going back through the reincarnation cycle while just having a higher potential for your next body. But the thing is, you shouldn't have ended here nor gone through the reincarnation cycle. You should've survived back then, the thing is your body couldn't keep up … we know how bad that old body yours was"
*Sigh*
"So what now?"
"Well. That's rather simple, reincarnation. It's just that you will remember your past life in your new body. Although you may have to wait 300 hundred years or so, your soul has become too strong for the humans of your era."
"Wait! How can humans become so strong in just 300 years?"
"You are not gonna be reborn with your current strength, although the limiter for humans is gonna be higher later on, and yours is gonna be abnormal." He said with a bit of a laugh in between.
"It's not about strength, it's more about potential. Your last body was… It was kinda trash, I'm honestly more surprised by the fact that you managed to break your limiter than that you ended up down in here. But yes, you will be born again in 300 years"
Something about this didn't feel right… So I spoke after a bit of thought.
"….you did something to the humans after my death didn't you?" I asked full of suspicion. I'm not a scientist but Human potential can't advance so much in just 300 years, as there were very few people who could fight me before my death. Hell! I could take bullets to the stomach and they could not even pierce my muscles!
"Alright alright. You got me. I just did a little change after your death, but I won't touch anything anymore, it will be up to luck from now on. I promise." He rolled his eyes.
Now. So I will be reborn and….
"WAIT!!!!" I screamed.
"....Y-yeah?" He said a bit startled.
"I will be reborn as a baby right?" I questioned with a grave expression.
"Well of course" He answered as if I asked something stupid.
I imagined myself as a baby…
'...'
'...'
'ugh, I don't want to shit myself and be carried everywhere.'
"Can't I be reborn as a kid or something?" For the first time, I might start praying.
"Hm…? Yes, there is bound to be a kid who is actually compatible with your soul, unlike your old body."
"... You never told me that my soul was incompatible with my body…"
"OOPS!!!" He then pointed at me and shot some type of blue light, and suddenly everything went black.

I woke up… again.
*sigh*
'That old bastard…' I thought while standing on a black void… again with this?
There was a difference this time. I could somehow feel… Yes, I can feel but not in the way that you would expect, it's more like I can sense that time is going a lot faster than before when I was here. And it's a lot less of a messy feeling.
While I was contemplating this new sensation I noticed some sort of light at the corner of my eye. I started to walk towards it, it felt like a really long walk but still managed to reach the light in 20 steps. The light was actually some sort of blue letter, I opened the letter and as I guessed it, it was from the old man.
{Letter for that disrespectful human that calls me "old man"
I'm pretty sure that you felt it by now, you are in the void but now the time flows faster so you just have to wait a little bit for your reincarnation, since you said that you didn't want to be a baby I decided to let you have a body of a kid that is a special situation, you won't have to wait for that much, instead of waiting for 300 years you just have to wait 200 years. So it won't be that bad, as it will feel like a few dozen minutes for you.
As I said, your soul resonates with this body so you might end up sharing some of his will and feelings, but don't worry, from what I've seen about your life it seems that you both are somewhat alike. By the way, I won't tell you about the situation of your era, it will be a lot more fun if you discover it for yourself, wouldn't it?
But a little warning… Well. it is more of a note for someone like you, you might be at a bit of a disadvantage, but that just means that you have to work harder right?}
"... why are my past and new body at disadvantage?" I said with dissatisfaction and suddenly another letter appeared at my side. Out of reflex, I held it before it could fall to the floor.
It was a red-letter this time… and so I opened it.
{What I meant by disadvantage is that some people may look at you with pity, but I don't think that it will affect someone like you, your new body will be the opposite of the last one, trust me on this one, your potential is gonna be high and you will feel more alive than ever. d(｡◕‿◕｡)b }
"Higher potential huh? I mean, from my old body I can only go up… WAIT!!! So will I be a victim of racism or something? I mean, I do hate French, the language itself, not the people… mostly because Big Sis made me study it to 'gEt a GirlFriEnD' as it is the language of 'lOvE' although if you ever put the dude who invented French in front of me I will make him swallow his teeth. Seriously how do you make counting numbers a GODdamn multiplication-" While going on with my rant I got interrupted by a white letter… *smack* which landed on my face as if telling me to stop.
I opened the letter…
{DON'T USE THE NAME OF LORD AND SAVIOR THAT WA-}
*tear*
I tore the letter into pieces without bothering to finish reading it.
*SMACK*
This time a bigger letter fell on my face in a more forceful manner. I didn't even bother opening it and did the same as I did with the last letter.
*TEAR*
So this went for a while, a bigger letter would fall and I would tear it into pieces. It got to the point that he threw books at me but I would still tear them into pieces.
After a few minutes...
*bonk*
A mailbox fell on my head.
"ACK!" I cover my forehead with my right hand.
'That hurt...'
"Wait wha-" Before I could finish my realization that I somehow felt pain now, I was suddenly being pulled from somewhere.
I was sent flying to where the sky would be if I could see it that is.
After a few seconds, I felt as if I entered a warm body of water. I have never gone to a hot spring but I bet they would give me the same type of feeling I'm experiencing right now...
