Chapter 4: Starting a New Business

When evening came, Shuwan came back with a very happy face. It looks like she's got the shop they're going to rent out for them to open a jewelry shop. Yueyin greeted her with curiosity and wanted to know what made her Aunt look so happy. "Aunt Shuwan, you look very happy. Did we get a shop to open our new business?" asked Yueyin, who Shuwan immediately noded. She then sat across from Yueyin after putting down the merchandise she had brought with her. "Yueyin, our jewelry is selling a lot today, even I can pay the rent for our shop for the next three months, It's just that we have to be patient because our shop is not so strategically located. We might have a bit of trouble selling our things, but don't worry because I I have a relative in Louyang City that I can ask to help sell our jewelry there. Yueyin said as she took Shuwan's hand and led her inside for dinner. They chatted again and then packed up their things because they lived in the shop they rented from tomorrow. "Yueyin, you better get some sleep soon. We're leaving very early tomorrow because I want us to open our shop that very day." Shuwan said to Yueyin, who immediately nodded her head.

"Yes, ma'am. I will rest for a while, bear it in a moment everything will be okay." Yueyin said, still helping her Aunt put all their things in. Yueyin and Shuwan then immediately rested after everything was packed. Tomorrow they are just left alone. The two of them went straight to their room and went to sleep. Yueyin could sleep well now, and she didn't dream anymore like last night until the next day she woke up earlier than Shuwan. Yueyin immediately took a shower and prepared breakfast. Then when she was ready, she woke Shuwan up. The two quickly ate breakfast and prepared to leave their homes for downtown Kaifeng. They had hired a horse-drawn carriage to help them carry their things. The two of them would arrive at the shop they rented at noon if their journey was smooth.

"Auntie, has everything been brought?" Yueyin asked when she saw that her aunt was already sitting in the carriage they rented. "It's all Yueyin, come in quickly." said Shuwan, who Yueyin immediately noded. She immediately went up and sat beside Shuwan, who immediately asked the carriage owner to leave. Shuwan and Yueyin kept talking along the way, and when they were tired, they asked the carriage owner to stop.

"Sir, we'd better rest for a bit. We've brought our provisions for lunch before we continue our journey." Shuwan and Yueyin immediately got off as the carriage stopped. They then ate together beside their carriage. Yueyin and Shuwan and carriage owners were grateful that their journey was smooth and there were no problems during the trip. After the food was finished, the three immediately got back into the carriage and continued their journey. By noon, Yueyin and Shuwan had arrived at the shop they had rented. The carriage owner also helps them unload the luggage.

"Thank you, sir. Here is your carriage." Shuwan said as she handed the money to the carriage owner, who immediately left Yueyin and Shuwan's shop. They immediately tidied up their things and started to organize the shop. If they had time, they would immediately open this shop, but they would start opening their shop tomorrow morning if they were tired.

"Auntie, you look really tired. Just let me take care of everything. Auntie should get some rest first." Yueyin said to Shuwan, who immediately nodded, somehow she felt nauseous after getting on the carriage. She used to walk to the city, but because she had a lot of luggage, she hired a horse-drawn carriage to help her but instead made him dizzy and had to lie down.

"Yueyin, I really need to sleep for a while. Don't push yourself, if you're tired you also get some rest." said Shuwan, who immediately left Yueyin heading into her room. After Shuwan slept, Yueyin immediately cleaned up her new shop using her spiritual power. In the blink of an eye, all the things that were still messy were now neatly arranged, and they were ready to open the shop tomorrow. Shuwan finally had to eat dinner alone and immediately returned to her room. She's going to bed early this time. Tomorrow she must have passion and hard work to start their business.
