Chapter 11: 11. Melt down.
Ye Mu came to visit me multiple times after that to ask questions and cultivate around me. Apparently she figured out that the energy gathers faster around my body.
She also purchased some medicine off of me to help her and her family cultivate, she had asked why I was buying so many herbs. I answered and even gave her some of the pills and elixirs. They were mostly useless for me.
In exchange I had requested her to get two items from the Heavenly Mark's family. A demon spirit page, and a set of soul weapon Katars.
Cost me 25 million demon spirit coins.
However it was worth it.
The demon spirit page gave me the ability called Repair, I could fix damaged or destroyed items back to when they were first created. Old inscriptions? A second to repair. Destroyed weapons? A second to repair. Cracked armor? A second to repair. Moldy or unreadable books? A second to repair.
As for the Soul weapon katars. Those were a roughly designed Zanpakuto which I was quite interested in.
Kisuke had the knowledge to create, Zanpakuto so I was able to figure it out not to mention with the forging knowledge of Hephaestus in my mind.
"First order of business, get out all the energy from the weapons. I dont want to waste all the stored energy in the thunder gods meteor sword." in front of me opens up a large portal which I step through. Right into my soul realm which i can now enter.
i grab the large door sized blade and awkwardly carry it to an empty spot of land.
Taking out another blade i swing it towards the ground and for a large formation before stabbing the massive blade into the center of it.
Placing my hands on the formation from the outside I fire it up. A blinding light appears from the formation and energy is quickly sucked out of the sword into the ground.
It's all contained in the center of the formation and pushed into a small white ball underneath the ground.
Another ball starts to form, it's a bluish color and crackles with lightning. This would be a divine spark of lightning that had formed inside of the blade.
It quickly shoots up into the sky to join the rest of the divine sparks i had gathered.
About 5 minutes later the formation dims.
Walking into the formation I pull out the blade and stick my hand into the ground pulling our a glowing white jawbreaker sized orb.
"Mighr as well get the excess energy from the nightmare demon pot as well."
I head over to the jade bed and grab my spirit energy gourd before popping in the orb of energy to be melted down into liquid and stored.
My soul force locks onto the nightmare demon pot and I'm sucked inside of a large dark cavernous space.
On the floor is pure energy sloshing around.
I take my gourd and start sucking it up like a massive vacuum.
About half an hour later all the energy is stored inside of my gourd which is glowing.
It would definitely get me quite a few cultivation ranks. However I dont need them right now as they wouldn't do me much good.
After exiting the pot, I plop the gourd back into the jade bed and set the pot next to it. It can also cultivate and draw in energy to be nourished.
"I'll save it for the higher realms, increase my cultivation in a single jump." I turn towards the katars and the meteor sword. "However for you guys you arent too necessary."
I plan on making a couple of items from the metal. A pill cauldron for starters, I can make medicines in the air but it's so much easier to create medicine in a cauldron. I can do more and easier plus after looking at the demon pot I want to make another item that can store excess medical energy. I have alot of old pills from ancient ruins I'm not going to eat so I'm going to make a pill eating cauldron. See if it can use excess energy to make my medicines more effective.
I pull a large black smithing hammer and anvil out of my spatial ring and toss it on the ground.
The area heats up as I coat the weapons in soul fire.
"Not enough heat." I look at the unphased weapons and crank it up a notch.
A minute later the katars turn red hot.
"Keep going."
The area is absolutely boiling from the heat as I take my shirt off and wipe the sweat that is already forming.
The katars start to bubble and melt however the meteor sword is just now turning red.
"Good material!" I shout as a scorching heatwave bursts out toasting the ground.
Soon I have a large glob of molten metal. I combine the materials together which actually strengthens the material.
I pull out a head sized glob and quick start shaping it with fire and hammer blows.
*CLANG*CLANG*CLANG!*
Hammer blows ring out as a large bowl shape is quickly formed.
The metal is reheated, and hammered hundreds of times, taking hours to make a simple cauldron.
Various different runes are engraved on the outside with special chisels which I had to forge mid way because I had nothing that could cut into the metal.
"Forging is a pain in the ass!" I groan cutting into the metal cauldron.
For hours I etched runes and formations into the pitch black cauldron. I had taken quite a few designs from the nightmare demon pot. I was going to call this the nightmare medical cauldron.
When medicine was made it could take the medical dregs and nourish the cauldron, in turn this would raise the quality of the pills or other medicines I had created. I could also feed it spiritual energy and old pills, medical plants that have gone slightly bad, kind of like a pet slime that just ate leftovers.
