Chapter 38: Prisca revelation
The blank eyes of April got feel with a surprise expression. She raised her head to confirm if that voice was really for the person she's thinking of.
''Huh?'' Her eyes opened widely, she was stunned.
''But your highness, the orders come directly from the king'' said one of the guards
''It will be my matter. Now leave her, she will come with me'' said the silhouette
The guards were hesitant but finally they allowed April to go with the person and they left them at the corridor.
''You? What? '' she was speechless
''Come with me'' said the person

Edward's Appartement .
April was stunned. Why has Edward Stop the guards from bringing her to the pyre?. Did he wanted to insult her before ? Or maybe he wanted to kill her by himself ? All sorts of questions was passing in her mind.
He took the plate of food that was on the table and reached out to her. She was looking down, she lifted her head . She was hesitant, does she take it or not?
''My arm is hurting. Will you take it?'' He said still stretching his hand with the plate of food to her
She finally took it and directly she started eating. Three days, three days she hasn't eaten good food and she even thinks that she lost some weight .
She finished the plate of food very fast. Then , a deep silence installed but April broke it.
''Did you wanted to give me food before I die?'' She asked sarcastically
''Stop saying foolish things. You will not die because you're innocent '' he said calmly
''Huh??!'' and again her eyes opened widely
''In...no..cent?'' She asked
''Why are you surprise? Aren't you innocent ?'' He asked
''I'm innocent but.... how do you know it? I thought that you were sure that I'm guilty of all those accusations ''
''Prisca, she explained to me all the truth and in detail '' said Edward
''Prisca??'' She asked confused

EDWARD OFFICE
''Your highness someone want to see you?'' Asked Gaëtan
''Who's that?'' He asked
'' It's me '' the person entered without permission
''What are you doing here?''
''I'm here to save my sister '' said Prisca
''She's totally innocent. All this had been plan by Sir Laurent '' she added
''What's Sir laurent doing in this story ? What will he gain seeing April dead''
'' Sir Laurent and my sister had made a deal. She has to refund the entire money that my father owed him before 2 months, if she can't he will married her and me too , and my father will be a servant for him'' she explained
''Actually my father is held by him as we are talking, I don't know how he is now. Knowing that April had married you, he knew that she will afford the money and he didn't want''
Edward was speechless, he couldn't imagine that Sir laurent was such a cruel person. He knew very well that Laurent wasn't an angel but he went too far.
''Why has she not told me?''
'' She's too proud and didn't want that people saw our father as an incapable man but I think they have another reason, she's so afraid when we're talking about it '' She replied
''Please Prince Edward trust me! '' she added
For Edward it wasn't clear but looking at Prisca he saw sincerity in her eyes, her heartbeat was normal it meant that she wasn't lying.
''I trust you don't worry. You can leave , I will solve the problem '' he said.

At midnight
In Laurent's Mansion.
''My guards told me you wanted to see me? Is there any problem?'' Laurent Asked.
He threw an envelope on the table
''What's that?'' He asked
''Your money and now you can allow April'' he said with a calm voice but yet still frightening
''Which money? ''
''Do you really want that I explained? Firstly, liberate her father and secondly, never approach her even at 2mm'' he said threatening him.
Laurent smirked mischievously
''If not what? I'm not afraid of you , Edward ''
Edward didn't smile once, his calm expression darkened in a leap of time
''Do you want that I remember to you why they call me the most dangerous among the 7 monster?'' Edward Asked
He aura changes , the color of his eyes changes, his height was increasing and weight too , his face changes.
Laurent started stepping back frightened by what he was seeing. Laurent said some incantation and a green glow showed on his right hand.
Edward started laughing.
''Do you really think that your magic will do any thing to me ?'' He said with his voice but the was having another deep frightened voice , mixed together .
He carried Laurent and started to press his neck. Laurent was struggling to get out from his hand.
"Now, go very far from this kingdom. If I see you just once then I will remove your eyes , play with them as a ball then caught your tongue and give to my horses and finally scatter your body that even your family will not recognize it'' he said still with that mixed voice

Edward hasn't told the part where he was in laurent mansion to her. He ended at Prisca revelation .
''Now you're free. Your father too in fact your entire family, free from Laurent ''
April began to cried.
''Why are you crying?'' He asked confused and little embarrassed. He didn't like to see her like that
''Tears of joy'' she smiled
''Don't Forget it, We are a team '' he said with a bright smile.
April looked at him and her too smiled.
Then suddenly, the door of his room opened .
''Edward! Why have you liberate the prisoner!'' Asked Salomon
