Chapter 14: #Chapter 14(Toying with)
The monster rapidly jumped ahead towards the crippled man as he unraveled an extended dark sickle-like arm... preparing to chop that man in half.
*Boom!*
The earth shook as the soil beneath the monster's foot burst after it jumped forward with such an incredible force.
Watching this... the crippled man directly fled away with urgency. Limping with difficulties with his broken body.
But to no avail... the degree at which he could accomplish in such circumstances don't enable him to do so. if only he was in his best condition then fleeing won't be a difficulty.
Not even a second passed. The monster had already appeared before him as it hoisted the sickle-like arm upward with a large smile on its lower face.
The piercing red glowing eyes gazed deeply into the man's heart as it was filled with disdain and mischievousness.
The high 7 meters physique overlooked the tiny ant as the silhouette of such a figure shrouded the whole person.
Understanding that the following moment he might perish the man gritted his teeth as he attempted to back away.
Believing that the smallest possibility of survival might be worth his best shot. He rapidly exhorted every strength in his body to function to the utmost while gritting his teeth heavily.
*Swoosh!*
*Boom!*
The monster slashed down with vast pressure, resulting in an enormous blast occurring.
Luckily the man avoided at the last juncture... inched away from the blade-like weapon from chopping his body from top to the bottom.
However, next, he has blasted 10 meters away while his right arm clasped tightly onto the wounded area.
"Arghh!!!"
The man shrieked in discomfort as he withstood the continuous pain of his fleshy wound moving around.
Similarly, as if a pig was being peeled alive. A terrifying sense of pain that could instantly knock out an ordinary human in a flash.
Not wanting to allow the human to rest... the monster directly sprinted forward with a horrible momentum as the soil shivered due to its heavy footstep.
"Hahaha, you better duck down! or else you might lose your head hahaha!"
The monster cracked up crazily as he slashed horizontally towards the man.
"Shit!"
Glimpsing the incoming death from the right... His pupils rapidly enlarged as he urged his body frantically once again to duck down!.
*Swooosh!* *Sizzles!* *boom!!*
The slash was so dreadful that once it made contact with the vacant air above the man's head.
The air directly roared with rage as a seemingly faint electrical current could be seen sparked about against the ever-moving sword body.
The wind was distorted... pushing away to the left with horrible velocity... blasting the surrounding trees into large craters and even sword marks on the ground.
"Arghh!!..."
Overcoming that he instantly galloped in the opposite direction where there existed a giant boulder roughly 10 meters in size.
Seizing his little bit of chance to survive...
But unexpectedly!
*swoosh!!*
"You are very sluggish hahaha!!... enough fiddling around. it's time to finish you off."
The monster emerged next to him in an instant!!! without a warning nor noise!.
what was left behind to determine the cause would be the gust of dust that materialized around the monster's prior spot.
Implying that this monster had galloped here with abrupt physical force alone. A horrified look ensued on the man's face as his eyes magnified in panic...
While he was about to take the next step, the time appeared to be decompressed as the monster sliced down towards the man's head.
But this time it was a lethal one.
All of those moves that had transpired before were simply an act.
An act of playfulness... toying with one's heart and sanity, while he was battling to stay alive and the monster enjoying the hunt.
"It seems this is it"
the man mumbled as he watched the ever-coming sword of death with despair.
"Now now... don't die too quickly..."
"Who?!!"
*Boom!*
By the sudden interval of a new unusual voice, an enormous eruption materialized itself as the monster was blasted hundreds of meters away into the forest.
The man was propelled away by the large force produced against the wind as the area from before had already been sunken into a large crater with dust all around it... filling up the sky.
"Hey, you human... try to stay alive a little bit longer won't ya?... I need to ask you some important questions."
the mysterious voice resounded
But this time the dust in the large crater was waved away by a huge tail and a moment later a large behemoth could be glimpsed existing there in the middle of it.
The oddly patterned skin outline with the elegant darkish green color of it.
Added with the rectangular-shaped head as the long-bladed-like tongue flickered about on the outside. The emerald-colored slit pair of eyes gave off a sense of noble and sovereignty.
"Now who might you be???"
An arrogant voice filled with an authoritative tone suddenly came over as a dark shadow leaped up onto the sky from the wilderness hundreds of meters away.
Plummeting back down next to the new behemoth that had appeared.
*Boom!* *Dribbles!*
the earth next to Hiro was caved in as a huge monster squatted down next to him.
The red glowing eyes stared towards Hiro's face with curiosity and resentment as he slowly stood up and straighten his back.
Hiro as not to be surpassed... deliberately extended his head higher and taller until attaining 8 meters tall standing face to face against the monster right in front of him.
Both of these behemoths gazed against each other while the air began to thicken.
An imperceptible momentum abruptly exploded... compressing the air with a sense of heaviness and gradually the area began to tremble uncontrollably.
"Me?... I'm just an existence that is more powerful than you..."
Hiro answered back with a heavy tone as the smile on the monster's face vanished.
