The result was a dogpile on top of poor Pikachu,

"Why do you feel the need to do that" Nat channels her inner Sokka
"Because it's fun" I smile back still holding her in my arms
"So what are those exactly" She says pointing at the pile of Pokémon's
"Well call them emergency food rations but they do have names. The turtle is called Squirtle. Don't give me that look I'm not the one who named them"
"Right so what does he do?" she looks as the little guys struggle to get up
I use magic to make Squirtle float towards us
"He uses water to attack people, and tackles them when he builds up momentum in the air by spinning while hiding inside the shell. Other than the fact that they can apparently evolve to get bigger and stronger, I have absolutely no idea." I answer honestly
"Each of them has something unique but they can all evolve into something stronger, these guys are only a bit stronger than you average human right now. I do know that there are some special types that can apparently blow up a planet,"
"You're joking" says Nat with a very nervous look on her face
"Nope, I'm dead serious" I don't want to mess with them especially since I have watched like 10 episodes from season 1 of Pokémon, all the things I know are from memes and shit, and I can't even trust that. Imagine a Pokémon just straight up deletes me, I wouldn't even want to come back alive its too embarrassing, I'd rather stay dead
"Didn't you say you had other things to show me?" Nat brings it up because from what I can tell she is hoping for more of these things by the way she is cuddling with them right now. Ohh right give water to the fish, don't want it to die just yet.
I form a water bubble and throw Magikarp in there
"Yea thanks for reminding me, for the first time I got some things that I'm actually allowed to share with others, the 'pets' don't count since they are bound to me, and technically you will just be 'taking care of them' for me.
But these are for you I open up the inventory and show the Tangle Web Comb and the Golden Tiger Claws to her.
"Okay claws and a comb, I'm guessing there is more to it than that" good she has learned to keep an open mind, even I would have had the same reaction if someone gave me a Comb and told me it was an artifact
"The Comb is called Tangle Web Comb, you need to say its name to activate it, actually you can whisper it and it will still work, but it depends on the users' preference. Once activated, it shot a stream of hair from its teeth at the intended target and bind it. However, it requires complete focus from the user, or the hair would bind them instead. "
" Interesting " I can see her already thinking of the uses, it's easy to conceal and carry, and it's capable of binding up her opponents
"What about the claws?" She looks at me with expecting eyes
" The claws actually have the ability to make portals" I say while watching her expression change to disbelief
"It can make portals?!" I kinda get where she is coming from, so its better if I just show her
I pun on the claws call out "Golden Tiger Claws" and slash at the air in front of me, making it seem as I tore a chunk of space out leaving a claw mark with a purple-white spiral in it
Visualize appearing behind Nat and just jump in it, it takes a second to float a bit into the tunnel before I feel the claw vibrate a bit signaling I should cut the space again
"Boo" *BAM* I try to scare her but all I get is a punch to the face
"Oww. What's your face made of? Steel?" Nat says while she nurses her hand
"Sorry couldn't help myself, and it's because I'm so strong that all my physical abilities are heightened as well." I rub my nose a bit, it stung a bit, must be because I was so relaxed
"Anyway, the claws allow the user to transport between two places instantly by ripping a hole in space that the holder could jump into, coming out of another hole in a place of their choice within seconds. So its a perfect tool for you, I want you to use it the moment you feel any sort of danger, No objections" I give her an 'I ain't taking no for an Answer' look
"Finee~, I know my limits. So can I try these puppies out?" she giggles like a kid who got a new toy
" Sure, just be careful, even if they are simple in concept, they are still old and dangerous artifacts. Generally, those types of things tend to be sensitive and have a little sentence, so don't insult them." I warn her before she picked them up
"Sentience? It can think?" she stops her hand from touching them
"Not full thoughts, but more like sense emotions, It can decide if you are 'worthy' of using it, in a way" I honestly don't know how to explain it, there are so many types of artifacts that each has its own characteristics
"So it's a weaker version of Thor's Hammer" she tilts her head a bit, I don't know why she did that but it's freaking adorable
" It's not exactly a fair comparison, Thor's Hammer is a divine weapon, these were made by some monk who achieved enlightenment " Nat opens her mouth
"No its not Buddha, it was a different type of monk| and she closes it back with a snap
She takes a good look at the 2 items and all of the Pokemon that are currently cuddling with her. Then she looks back at me with a sultry" You'd better prepare yourself, you gave me a lot of good things especially these little guys, so you can expect something good"
"I look forward to it, now let's get rid of your sister before both of us get into the mood again" she sighs at the mention of her sister
" Rightt~, can you put her somewhere where we don't have to worry about her and just leave her there? Don't get me wrong I love my sister but she is an adult and I don't want to be cockblocked again, didn't know it would feel so annoying," she grumbles
Ahhh the legendary cockblock didn't think it would happen to me to be honest. Me and Nat have been eyeing each other since the beginning. But the fact that we are trying for something more serious than a quick fuck made us want to slow down.
I didn't think she would like the Pokemons this much, I could have done this after I sent Yelena away. If I did I would have gotten laid right now... Mistakes were made bois...
