Chapter 149: Mischief

Princess Cassandra woke up again.

Her body felt tired from the practice. Princess Cassandra looked around but this time around she saw Duke Salvador sitting on the chair beside her. His eyes were closed as Cassandra could see that he was asleep.

Princess Cassandra's lips curled up as she moved towards the Duke. Her hands extended as she wanted to touch his face. Duke Salvador looked so at peace that Princess Cassandra couldn't help herself.

'I want to touch up, I think I shouldn't.' Princess Cassandra could see the dark circles beneath the Duke's eyes. Princess Cassandra felt sad. She knew that it was all because of her that the Duke had suffered so much.

Princess Cassandra could not help but take her hand back. Her eyes were filled with sadness. Cassandra could not help but sigh. 

'I should start practicing. I could feel that the time is getting nearer. But I do not want to go into space again. Should I just practice the moves here?'
