Synopsis
“Are you ready?” I asked, holding the flash up.
“As ready as I’ll ever be,” Yale said, staring straight ahead as the light lit up the entire tunnel.
We waited a second before the ground started rumbling and shaking.
I whistled, “This is going to be a big catch.”
Yale didn’t answer, she was too busy preparing herself as we watched hundreds of gooy creatures running towards us.
“Darling?”
“Already on it.”
In the prestigious school of an unimportant name, is where I go to, with my girlfriend, Yale Cassese. The Princess of the school. Popular, beloved and wealthy. She has it all.
And yet she chose me, so you gotta understand that maybe she does not really have it all, you know. Then again, I accept so maybe we are on the same boat.
As normal as our day life is, our nightlife tends to be much more interesting. We live very different lives comparing our day to our night lives.
She is Yale when she wants to be and then Rumant, my boyfriend, when he wants to be. I don't mind either of them, honestly. Either way, they are my life and I will protect them from anything that dares threaten them.
Even if that is ... me.

I was a little confused in the first chapter but it grew on me as I kept reading. I can't wait to see where the story goes with the characters. Well done author.
It went beyond my imagination, never really expected the novel to go that way... Please do keep it up since lots will definitely want to read it!
I really love this story, the characters are beautiful, I love the relationship between Zion and Ru, the fact hes allowed to sleep around due to their trust is something I admire. I love the story and plotline, the character relationships are beautiful and the depth in them is interesting too. Although, there are quite a few plotholes and sometimes there’re a few mistakes that contradict what’s already been said in the novel, but it doesn’t majorly affect the plot so I guess it’s okay. The ending wasn’t the most appealing, if you’re building up for a sequel it may have been better to be more subtle because otherwise people that don’t read the sequel won’t have a satisfactory ending, however, I as someone who will read the sequel am praying that zion recovers or gets surgery because it won’t be much of a story if the main character can’t move properly honestly. Totally recommended. I was confused at first about the world background and what are cleaners. It made me even think that cleaners are like prostitutes or something but it isn't. Blame it to my dirty mind. First, the world setting is in modern day only that there is a mix of fantasy as the two MCs belong to an organization of mutated individuals. They are a hidden organization trying to fight of fantastical creatures secretly. I don't want to spill anything about this. Just read this to know. Also, I like how the couple (MCs) is different from the standard. You might get confuse at first but it became clear around 5-10 chapters. So, you better start reading this❤️
This is such a great novel with an interesting storyline that you don't normally come across. At first I couldn't get my head around the plot, but it caught me by surprise as I continued it. I can't help but want to read it more. I love how Zion and Rumant brought up their identity crisis to solve head on... Keep up the good work, author!
