Chapter 13: The Good, the Selfish and The Psycho
Samir then pulls himself together and starts talking "Alright SBAHACHO, hit me, what is this death note? Why is it thrown to the human's planet? Why would you give a thing this much strong to human?" then he stands up and sits back on his place, and acts as if Sbahacho is his friend, as if he wasn't scared at all, and started looking at him and waiting for him to answer.
Sbahacho puts the manga down and starts talking "alright, the death note was… and that is how N caught KIRA, now we the Shinigami community decided that it was fun, the brain game thing, so we came out with this idea, spreading four deferent death notes on different places on the world, and change some few laws, and we decided that the person who controls the four death notes will become immortal, and his accompanied Shinigami will get the chance to experience twenty human years"
Samir was listening without too much attention until he heard four death notes and immortality. After Sbahacho finished talking Samir started talking "Do you have any idea about how your stupid game is going to destroy the world? Do you have any idea about what you are all about to create?" while saying that he was changing his laptop's disk, and he pulled an old phone of his from a locker, then turned it on right after he finished asking.
Sbahacho starts answering carelessly "We have chosen you all very carefully, none of the four of you have any political, or racial commitment so you can all be better than your leaders. And it will be a super fun game to watch He-He!" the moment he finishes talking, Samir turns on his old phone, that had old otaku profiles of his without his name nor pictures from 2017, and he says to Sbahacho, "But what if I don't do anything? I just hide it in somewhere?" Sbahacho laughs, then there won't be a winner and we will have to send other two soon!"
Samir on this one moment decides that he has to conquer all of the other three death notes to keep them away from all the other people that may use them to start a war or do genocides, starting with the first two he had already known about.
3 hours earlier in Paris, a small apartment.
Juliette has just made it home, and started cooking her dinner, while doing so, she was watching the world news on her phone, she was cooking meat balls that night, after she fried them and started eating, she remembered the death note she found in her locker, so she opened it and started reading all of the rules that were written on it, while eating and drinking coke.
After she finished reading she started laughing, she thought that it was some sort of a prank, and she threw it away, then she drank coke again and remembered that none of her friends worked that day, so she picked it again and stood still, thinking to herself how is she going to make sure that it was real, so she put it on the table, and finished eating while thinking carefully, then out of the bloom she remembered that a rapper was conducted innocent because his victim's family couldn't afford a lawyer, this guy's name was Mathew Kain, so she wrote his name and wrote beside it, (dying because of a heart attack while smoking drugs) and she closes it.
Almost an hour later, she sees on Facebook a post "God never forgets, this guy escaped jail for a horrible crime and today he died out of a heart attack after taking so much drugs…" Juliette put her right hand on her mouth, while she was holding her phone by her left hand, and then she turned slowly to the death note that was still put on the dining table.
Juliette went running to it and said "I can do anything" then she heard a little devilish laughter from the corner of her kitchen, behind her, when she turned back to see, there was a little Shinigami about 143 centimetres tall, looked like a naked fourteen years-old male, covered in toilet paper, the head was pretty much like an extremely hungry young boy with big dark brown eyes and a hat. This Shinigami didn't look to scary, in fact it looked cute and sweet.
Juliette looked it slowly and shouted a little AH! Then spoke to it "Who are you? And what are you doing on my apartment?" The Shinigami walked towards her and started talking "well, I am a Shinigami, a God of death, you people here call me Le Dieu du Mort, if I am correct! And I came with that little thing that I left in your locker, here is the thing, there are other three of that and if you can put your hands on them, you will become immortal!" the Shinigami's words hit Juliette's brain like a tsunami, she took about forty seconds to process what he had said and then she said "but why are you doing this?" the Shinigami just hands her a bunch of papers, that described Kira's era, and why did the death notes go to earth.
It took Juliette about forty minutes to read them all and started talking "my nick name is Judith! And I will get those death notes and become the world's ruler, or at least help those that need"
Meanwhile, in a top-secret prison, Xian was going back to his sell after he had a shower, after he entered and got his hand cuffs taken of, he stretched for ten minutes and he noticed the death note on his bed, then he picked it up and started reading it.
After he read it, he wrote the name of one of the prisoners on it and wrote beside it "he screams three times right before he dies" and that is what happens.
About four minutes later, Xian hears three screams one after one and then he sees the medical team runs by his cell an he smiles to the death note.
Right after the noise stops, he starts to think about a way out of the prison, so he was getting to know all of the prisoners' and officers' names.
On the fourth day Xian meets Shido, one of the Shinigami that was present on Yagami Light's era. When Xian meets him, he doesn't get scared, worried or even shows that he is surprised, he just says "Hey, Shinigami I suppose?! Are you Ryuk?" Shido looks at him and answers "Yes, a Shinigami, but I am not Ryuk, Ryuk is with another death note holder"
Xian on this moment shows confusion and says "Isn't there just one death notes on the human's world? What had happened?" then he looks at Shido and stares on his eyes, as if Xian was the Shinigami.
Shido tells Xian the whole story of the four death notes and everything.
Xian understands it all and tells Shido to gets ready "okay then, let's get our selves out of this prison first! Then let's get the other notes!"
