Chapter 2: The Upcoming Threat
In my memory, if I don't mistaken, there was a huge beast attack that was about to befall this village.
If I remember correctly, in my past life, when that situation occurred, although the hut I lived with my grandpa was located above the mountain and far from the main village, it was still found by the beasts and was also attacked.
For the sake of my safety, my old grandpa used some kind of unknown power he has and sent me flying, far away, and was left alone with a smile on his face while crowded by beasts.

Everyone was finished at that time. And nothing left for me anymore.
I roared like a beast and cursed heaven for such a bad fate I have. That was also when my path towards supremacy started.
I was able to gain strength by killing beasts and eating them. My power grew with each death befalling upon my hand.
In the end, I found out that something was hidden within my body, an ancient bird that was covered by everlasting heaven and abyss flame. A legendary and ancient Phoenix.
I was able to awaken the power of the Phoenix after ten years of killing and cultivating.
That was how everything ended and started.
However, that was what happened in the past (or future? Idk), and in this lifetime, I will make sure to change such fate.
Like; at this time, I won't let my grandpa sacrifice himself just for me.
With these memories intact in my head and the desire for more power, I didn't stop training until my body couldn't keep up anymore.
Not long after, the dead of the night arrived.
I went back to the hut but was kicked out by grandpa because of my nasty smell.
In the end, even though it was a dead night and the air was cold, making me shiver, I left no choice and decided to go to the nearest lake to have a quick and nice bath.
