Chapter 5: The Ship

The ship outer shell would be made completely of Katchin, It would be a mostly cube shape with two extended panels. The panels would extend about a meter and would be an auxiliary cannon that can rotate around and be used in a gun fight. The bottom most side would be a similar panel that can extended and retract into the ship as a manual controllable gun turret. The inner chambers would be constructed into 27 separated rooms. The inner most room would be also made of Katchin and in case of drastic emergency disconnected from all other rooms and the outer shell and be used as an escape pod. This room also doubles as the control room to pilot the ship, only one other room would stay connected to this one during an escape event. This room would be also made of katchin and would act as the entire ships main power source and engine. The room on the opposite side of the engine would be the Sleeping Quarters with 4 Queen sized beds interlocked that can be disconnect and pushed around and walled off incase of multiple occupants or guests. Below the Sleeping Quarters is where the Kitchen and food storage of the ship are located. Directly below the Control room would stand as entrance to the manual turret and also be used as an armory for any acquired weapons, armors or tools. Behind the armory opposite of the Kitchen would be the bathroom. The Whole bathroom could be used as a shower, a sectioned area would be constructed specifically to be flooded and used as a bathtub. A sink and toilet are also included in the bathroom but also sectioned into a blurred glassed area that remains dry to protect towels and toilet paper from being soaked. The 3 side rooms of the bottom floor would be connected by three large doors that can be opened to make the space a wide open room. These three rooms gravity chambers and are used for training. Each room can be synchronized to one shared gravity level or each room can be set to a different gravity level to improve training. On the opposite side of the 3 training rooms would be a similar set of 3 rooms that can be opened up. These 3 rooms act as a Library, Laboratory and Fabrication plant in that order. These rooms can be opened up for easy access to research and material. Each room is loaded with several decontaminating station in case of research going wrong. The room above the library would be second engine and power source. The Opposite side above one of the training rooms would sit a similar third engine and power source. On the Opposite side of the two secondary engine rooms would sit two separate storage rooms. The storage room directly above the Fabrication plant would be for raw material storage and can directly feed into the fabricator for fabrication purposes. The other storage room that would sit above the training room would be for related to training, hold various weighted clothing exercise equipment and even solid blocks made of different materials for the use similarly of that of a punching bag. The middle room in-between the third engine and training room storage would be a medical bay contain two large orb-like healing pods that take approximately 2 days to recover someone from the brink of death. This medical bay would also have and assortment of normal medical equipment that would be used for minor injuries. The opposite side to the medical bay above the laboratory would sit a room similar to that of the medical bay but would house 2 gestation pods in case of child care and 8 oval-like pods that double both as a stasis pod for living and dead bodies or the check up and medical assessment of ill patients. The Top 9 floors would be all fully connected and would have no doors or walls to separate them. This floor would have a complete dirt floor covered in grass, 4 fountains would be set in the corners of the top floor. These 4 fountains would be used to regulate water levels in the soil and dirt of the top floor. Basic fruits and vegetables would be grown on the top floor, but other plants would be prepared for future plantation and harvest. In the middle of the room would sit a Ki generator that pushes ki into the direct atmosphere in order to fertilize the plants strengthening the crops grown and allow for the plantation of any future plants that may require ambient ki to grow. Four Staircases would be compacted into the 4 corners of the ship to connect the multiple levels. Within the vary center of the ship stands a pillar that acts as an elevator, this elevator is the easiest way of travel between the middle of the ship. This elevator has a very complex system that can easily disconnect in case of control and main engine escape pod activation. Each room would be equipped with fire safety and fire suppression gear. The top floor the control room the Main engine room and the kitchen would all be equipped with sprinklers incase of an emergency. An Airlock would sit on each bottom outer room that acts as an exit, the only side to not have such an exit would be the side that holds the main engine room. The side of the ship that hold the main engine has an airlock that sits at height of the engine room this is in case the control room and main engine room are fired as an escape pod. The entire ship outside of the ship is black with blue accents that act as a camera system the can view the outside and project it onto wall integrated screens in each room. The top floor does not have wall integrated screens and instead has 4 monitors that hang slightly tilted on the ceiling for viewing. Local Internet and media can be connected to these screens and monitors when landed on a planet that has such creations. A complete storage of all the Public Tuffle researched technologies are also stored within the ship's computers. An auto pilot is on the ship, when not manually flown the auto pilot flies the ship. The Auto pilot can be also called by a bracelet and the auto pilot will fly to where it has been called and find a suitable place to land. The Bracelet that can be used to call the auto pilot also has many features to control different parts of the ship. A voice activation is also on the ship in case the bracelet cannot be used. The Bracelet and voice activation software is keyed to only respond to Z the Tuffle. Finally a service droid is tasked to clean and take care of the ship when during flight or in standby mode, It can also be controlled by the bracelet and voice activation.
