Chapter 53: Adventure with Ch-Chi pt2
Chi-Chi grabbed me by my shoulder. "Are you okay Z?"
It was surprising that she came to comfort me, but I accepted it. "Yeah I am fine. To be honest...I thought I was evil. That Monsters only ever tortured or killed people. However I had forgotten the true depths of evil. How are the people?"
"Uh, they are fine. I think..."
"You don't have to say anything Chi-Chi, for now just think about what we are gonna do with this town. I think we should send them to the Ox King's village. Do you think your dad can take care of them?"
She nodded, she really wanted to comment on my previous words. They were a tad edgy, but I honestly didn't think about it. There was still crimes that could be completed by individuals that could be considered evil. I suppose I was a little too self-righteous think I was both the hero and villain. i was closer to being called a neutral party if anything. It was a little depressing for me.
Chi-Chi obviously didn't know the reason why I was sad or the fact I was hiding both self hate and hate for the pigs I killed. I wish I could've tortured them or something. Except even if I knew I think i would've just killed them anyway. I just killed them because I was being possessive and didn't want them to even try to peep on Chi-Chi bathe in the springs.
I stood up, "Go tell them about leaving this town. I am gonna just do what we came here to do."
She nodded, "Z if you need to talk...We can take some time to."
I already had a sample of the water, I really didn't need anything else from here. However I would drain the water just like in the anime. That way not only will the villagers no longer have a reason to live here, but also allow me to show Chi-Chi the stone at the bottom and explain the Bansho Fan.
I heard foot steps behind me once more. Chi-Chi had already left to tell the villagers. So I turned around to meet the person who came over. "Y-You wil pay for this!" A creature that looked like a blue demon held a large sword and swung it at me. It shattered against my skin almost instantly, in a village of shape shifters. I knew this person wasn't actually gonna be something dangerous.
I took a guess at their identity, "Are you the master of the pigs?"
"H-How, No I am Shin Fan La The mighty demo-"
I punched him in his throat and his form changed back to what I guess was his normal form. He was a dog man who looked like a Labrador. I punched him in the throat again,"Answer who are you."
"Yo-*cuk* you were right...I am the master of the shapeshifters. I have taught many my craft! i can teach you too if you spare my life. Please I don't wan-"
i punched him in the throat again and he fell down coughing. I debated about killing him...but I could torture him for the sake of satisfaction. Not to mention I could just add him to the Work Detail Team that I had planned. Force him to not only work as a punishment, but also force him to teach shapeshifting if I really wanted him too. I delivered and kick to his head and tossed him to the side for now.
Leaving the the shapeshifting master unconscious for now was fine. i could then later ask Oolong and Puar about the guy. Oolong would be hesitant, but I am pretty sure Puar would answer honestly. Once Z3 collects the dragon balls he can ask Puar about it. Since Puar should eventually visit Yamcha at the lookout. In the end no one would miss the leader of a bunch of filthy pigs specially with what they have done...
I dived into the water. If I remembered correctly there was a way to drain the water. Finding a cartoonish drain stopper underwater I pulled it out. The water then flowed down into a very deep aquifer. Something to remember I suppose. Developing Earth would eventually require the use of water facilities. Water with Ki infused into no doubt would help a bunch.
Re-clogging the Hole I noticed water slowly trickled back into the reservoir. Which meant the pool would eventually refill. Which was even better. I scanned and took a picture of the pillar at the bottom of the pool to show Chi-Chi that way she didn't actually have to go down and see it. I knew Master Roshi made the stone or something like it and the whole thing was a bunch of Hogwash. However that didn't mean it wasn't useful.
I sighed, I was a excited for this adventure now i just felt depressed...

Finding one Dragon ball at the bottom of lake I thought it was gonna be easy. Until one of the damned fish swallowed the thing making me have to figure out which fish it was. One second it was on the radar the next it vanished. I landed where the location was being just above a lake. I debated about just vaporizing the lake and dissecting the fish, but not all of them were big enough to swallow the dragon ball.
Destroying random lakes also might cause some planetary problems later. If I remembered correctly there was 3-4 villages that had problems with water and another few dozen that struggled with food. Didn't really want to be the cause of a shortage due to vaporizing a lake. Specially with what was going on with the main body.
The depressive thought were shared between each body so a little more good was shining through right now. I broke of a tree branch and wrapped a vine on the end. For the bait I just shot a small bird out of a tree with a ki attack and tied it to the end of the vine. It was time for some good ol fishing practice.
It would help get my mind off the shitty moral problem I was facing.
