Chapter 2: The First Day
After a long drive now we are in the school.we were given temporary rooms to unpack and we will be called for dinner.I sat there thinking"what am I suppose to do when am new here.Or am I to sit here for them to call us for dinner.They told us that those with no talent will be given talent books to practice and learn.I have been chasing talents since childhood and now am going to get one for free."
I decided to go out after a deep though thinking.
"Wow,this school is Soo sick big that it can even house all of us in the whole country,now that is why all the children are here.while I was going around looking the for somewhere quiet,I heard a sound of robotic voice.
"Attention all students should come to the dining hall within 1hour.
"What the hell,I don't even know where the dining is.How am I suppose to go there and within 1,that is good.
While walking around I saw picture of the school and decided to have a look and when I got there there was the school plan.
"Thank God,now I know my way to the dining"I said.
Follow the green line on the ground and you will get to the dining hall.
Following the line I got a point where I saw two people grudging against one person.
"Why did you disobey us when you can't beat us"one of them said.
"Hey stop it,why are you beating him,stop else I will report you"I said
"What will you do you low level brat"he responded.
Upon hearing his voice I knew who he is, he is Enoch one of the world leaders son and the next successor.I don't know him that much but I have seen him on television many times.And he even set a record of getting a talent at the age of 8.It is said that he reached a breakthrough last month.
"He doesn't know me, does he"?he asked his companion.
"Maybe not my Lord"he said bowing down.
"Ok I will spare you for today,but next time I will not spare you".he said before leaving.
"I already know you"I thought in my head.
The boy on the floor got up and cleaned his dress before he uttered"Thank you,but you shouldn't have done that l,he is ...
I cut him of before he could finish"the son of one of the world leaders"I finished the sentence for him.
"My name is Prince"he said and gave his hands for a handshake.
"Am Bernard"I gave out my hand and we shoke hands.
Hurry let go the dining we only have about 10 minutes.i know the way there
"Come on let go then" I said while jogging forward.
"Ok let go"
After we had gotten there we were served our best food and I sat with Prince but I didn't see Enoch there.
"So that is how it is here,the respectables eat in their room"I said.
After finishing eating,we were told to head to oelur temporary rooms and sleep there for tonight and tomorrow we shall get our permanent room's.On our way back I and Prince talked alot and we told each other that we will be friends cause we all don't have any talent and we will train together sometime.And I hope that I get rooms with you.As we were talking, someone passed me bumping into me.
"Oh,sorry am in a hurry"she said.
"Ok is nothing"I responded.
"Wow is you mistress Harriet,the Sun rays leaders daughter.She is Soo beautiful not only on television but real".Prince was quite dazed by the beauty.
"Oh yes thanks for the compliment"she said and turned to me."Are you alright,are you hurt?.
"Oh,me no am okay,really really ok"I said.
She continued"okay then I will be going she Shaked my hands before leaving .we will be friends ok.what is your name."
"Am Ber.....before I can talk Prince responded saying"I am Prince and he is Bernard,we are friends.Hope to see you next time".
"Ok then I will be on my way"bye she said and went.
"Bye bye"we responded.
