Chapter 51: A Date a with Sif
"Are you awake?"
Kai slowly opened his eyes and heard a soft voice in his ears. He turned his head and saw Sif sitting next to him with concerned look.
"Where am I?"
Kai suddenly remembered him using supernova to send Malekith flying. It seems his body couldn't handle this move without straining himself.
"This is my house" Sif softly said.
"Your home?" Kai looked around curiously. To be honest...the room doesn't look like a women would live in, but knowing Sifs personally it's was normal.
"After you defeated Malekith, you fainted and I took you home. I didn't expect you to be so strong even without Aether. Sigh* it's a pity Malekith ran away" Sif shook her head a little disappointed.
Kai notice that when she spoken him her voice was gentle unlike the cold tone before.
"He ran?"
Kai thought Malekith would be dead after his attack, he didn't expect him to survive and ran.
The leader of dark elf is really unusual, But if he can beat him once, he can do it a second time. After he absorbs Aether, he's not afraid of Malekith.
"How's the situation outside?" Kai asked.
"It's not good" Sif's face turn dark "This time, the dark elves made a big assault and Asgard casualty's aren't little. Odin has organize a legion to pay back the dark elves.
Kai nodded. Odin's character won't let them go without retaliation. Even if their race were wiped out Malekith won't give up on Aether, After all it was important to him.
"Since I've won the bet, you won't go back on your words, right?" Kai looked at Sif and said.
Sif was stunned for a moment before her face redden a little "O-Of course, a warrior never go backs on their word, since I lost I owe you a date!"
"You may not know but you've become a hero in Asgard. Killing Kurse, injuring Malekith, and stoping the dark elves invasion. Countless women would want to have a date with you" Sif said with a faint smile.
Looking at Sif's smile, Kai became a little bewitch and subconsciously grabbed her hand "Your smile is beautiful, I want you to show to me and only me from now on and in the future"
Sif face redden and nodded shyly.
Kai suddenly asked "I heard you only like warriors, there should be many in Asgard and you should have seen many. If you've meet a stronger person that me then would you still chose me?"
Sif smiled seeing him a little angry "What kind of women do you think I am? I like powerful warriors because only the strong are worthy of me. I won't deny there will be stronger people then you but if you work hard you will definite surpass them!"
"Hehe, believe me, give me a little time and I will be the strongest person in the world" Kai smug and said with confidence.
Sif looked at his hand and said "I only promise to a date and nothing more"
"It doesn't matter, at least I'll be the first and last man you'll date. We won't do more stuff today but how bout the future? So, Sif when do our date start?" Kai smiled and said.
"You! Let go of my hand first" Sif tried freeing her hand.
Kai smiled and didn't remove his hand instead tighten it "Holding hand is normal when your on a date"
"Is it?" Sif has no knowledge of such things. Her whole life she was basically working out, fighting and it repeats. She has no experience with dating at all.
"Of course it's true, is today fine? Anyway, outside is not suitable so we can have a home date"
"mm? What can we do at home?" Sif curiously asked,
Kai chuckled and laugh "we can do a lot of things, even if we don't do anything, just being alone with you is good"
"Hmph, Slick tongue" Sif pouted angrily though she didn't look angry.
